I always shop at this GameStop, I would give it five stars but because of the attitude and disrespectful things a particular employee does and shows when I am in there is why I give them 4 stars out of 5 stars, I will acknowledge the excitement and happiness that I have at the new and awesome change in the fact that GameStop in Lexington, NC IS bringing back PC ACCESSORIES and many other cool things, so yeah Im excited for that, here is the new keyboard I bought from them last week its awesome, I advice everyone who is interested in all things gaming to visit and enjoy?!

Great store to shop in. The store associates provide a mixed experience of unpleasantness and helpfulness. It seems they do not want to be there. They have a job, car, and home, but seem uninterested in GameStop affairs. Store design and occasional helpfulness make shopping pleasant at times acceptable. Seems this should have been a Microsoft Games Studio like rd party software developer Ubisoft.

Ordered one of the dungeons and dragons pops over two weeks ago in store RUSH delivered to my house which I still have not received. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times over the span of a week and cannot get an employee on the phone.

I absolutely love this place & pay for the membership or card or whatever it is. Its totally worth it when you have tons of games and game systems. Customer service is by far top notch as well!!

I went into the store to get a replacement left controller side for my Nintendo switch. I went to the Nintendo section and grabbed a box hanging up in the “new” section. When I went to checkout, the clerk said he didn’t have any in the back and they just keep them hanging up to let customers know they can ship them if they want to order one. I was flabbergasted. I am in the store that is open. If I wanted one shipped to myself I would have ordered online. Ridiculous. They also sell their pairs for the controller at $79.99 which is $10 higher than walmart.

How can a video game store be complete out of consoles? And when you call no one answers. Do better!

Service has greatly improved over the last several months. The employees are now much friendlier and have the necessary knowledge to take care of any clients need. It may be due to a lack of staff, but the only issue is that they are unable to properly attend phone calls.

Its a game stop.. so customer service is what it is. Pricing signs were a little off for where they had the display. Picked up a couple games to get home to find out they didnt put the disc in the case. Live and learn I suppose.

The employees are nice and very helpful. If I need any questions answered, they are quick on answering them.

Poor customer service, 3 employees working but only one at a register with customers lined up to check out. They either lie intentionally to get you to buy the warranty or are untrained in how it works because Ive had nothing but problems trying to exchange my items with the warranty. The assistant manager, Cameron is condescending and is not interested in actually helping. I wont be returning to gamestop again.

No good deals on any games. Crammed more game related stuff on shelves than anything else. They wont even price match Amazon on anything either. If they go out of business its their own fault.

A lot of cool toys in the store. But if you want to trade games in you would be better off going to a pawn shop

Normally when I go in the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The person who we spoke with knew his games. He even talked me into the new Iceborne Game. Cant wait till Sept. He was very knowledgeable.

Traded my ps4 for a switch and didn’t have to wait to be helped.

Employees are know it alls that talk over you the whole time. I couldnt get a word in. Wanted the extended warranty but they were too busy talking to listen.

We went to the GameStop in Lexington to get 3DS the staff was helpful and got what we needed. We payed for the 3DS then turn around and bought a game to go with the 3DS system will go back again.
