New to gaming. The guy that helped me did an excellent job of recommending my console brand and a few fun but different games. Ive already been back for more games. Also I joined their rewards club. Nice addition.

So, I walk in, cash literally in hand, and the store employee is chattering away about taking naps with some guy. Im clearly searching (fruitlessly) for something, again CASH. IN. HAND. He doesnt even acknowledge that Im in the store. So I left with my hundred bucks and will be shopping elsewhere, where perhaps someone interested in doing a job will ask if I need help finding anything. This was 5570B on Sunset. 4th gamestop Ive been to this week, actually, and have NOT had the same problem on Garners Ferry, Forest Dr, or Augusta Rd. Excellent service at those.

What would my son do if there was no game stop he would explode into thin air LOL. Wish they had these when I was a boy. always a pleasant visit to GameStop even though it is costing me money. Love to see the smile on my sons face when we are headed out the door.

Love this place and the people .The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Please dont ever get rid of gamestop. We decided to purchase the nintendo switch, 2games, 2 controllers and screen protector. I would never choose any other place to buy buy video games or accessories.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Pretty much have to come here at least once a year to buy Christmas presents. I dont live in the area or it would be a lot more, lol. You cant beat the customer service at this location, so if youre in the area I highly recommend stopping in.

Dude at front desk was alot of help. Trade in values and cash values are a rip off. But if you want a game or need something they will have it to get you playing again.

If youre a female customer employees wont offer to help unless you ask. When male customers come in theyre treated better

Its definitely a smaller gamestop, but the staff was really nice and helpful. They do midnight releases here which are pretty well-organized across most gamestops from my limited experience with them. Its no surprise that trade-ins generally arent worth it, but their used game deals are always pretty decent and can be good when theyre running sales. Rule of thumb is if youre gonna buy something from gamestop just check and see if you can find it cheaper elsewhere because you usually can unless its a used game.

Been there twice, and both times, the staff has been super helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and seem like they can tell you about even the most obscure games.

Dont try to sell back games to them. For a 60 dollar game I bought from them a year ago. They offered $2 dollars. Now they are reselling the game for $25dollars. Crooks
