Ive been dealing with this place for awhile very nice people especially fred and flora who are outstanding people who are always nice to me and my family and the manager also is kind!!!!

I love going to this pawn shop. I don’t aways buy cash some times I put on layaway. I aways find good deals! The staff is aways friendly some times it’s really busy but I understand. The manager she is aways helpful with any questions I ask.Will aways go back to shop!!

Edited, last time was 3 stars: Giving the benefit of the doubt the last time I was there on a jigsaw I tried to get rid of, which was kind of my own stupidity for trying to sell. Usually nice to talk to. Just remember, they dont take every single thing that comes in. Might go back soon if they have a good deal that I can afford. Thanks

I have been to several pawn shops in the area and I must say the service and selection at Pawn Way is superior by far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are more than fair. Recommended.

Incompetent Employee

Pretty good shop overall. Prices are sane, people are nice. Never borrowed from them, but I have shopped there at least a dozen times, found a few good deals.

This is by far the BEST pawn shop I have ever been to! I have also visited their sister store, Pawn Way in High Point, NC, and I must say, the service did not compare to the excellent customer service I receive at Pawn Way of Lexington! The brokers in High Point did not seem to care about my needs and seemed as if I was bothering them when I had questions. Also, the store didnt have near the variety the Lexington store has! Every time I walk in to the Lexington store looking for a specific item or needing to pawn an item, I walk out satisfied. My favorite pawn broker is Tammy P. She knows exactly what kind of things I like so as soon as I walk into the store, she can direct me straight to thing I WANT to look at rather than trying to sell me things I do not need nor want. I recommend this pawn shop to anyone who is looking for a fast, reliable and personable experience.Keep it up, Pawn Way! :)

This place has really went down hill horrible customer service the people be rude. I have done lots of business but I’ll be taking my business else where from now on..they never take any of my stuff anymore An I bring in the latest electronics had a Sirius XM radio an a nice camera wouldn’t take neither plus all I wanted to do was pawn it’s not like you was gonna lose money I just needed $30 which I know they prob would of told me like $10 even if they would of took it they stay lowballing I advise people to stay far away!!!

Changed from 4 to 1 star. If you bring in jewelry to sell or pawn they dont want to pay you for the stones. THats where the money is. I was offered $45.00 for a PROVEN $1500.00 stone. The silver was worth 30 they wanted to add the weight of the stone but not pay for it. Thieves!!!!

They have a helpful wonderful staff and best prices in town. I wouldnt use anyone but PAWN WAY. They also offer discounts for active duty military.

Wanted to look at TV they couldnt get it to show me a picture and told me that if I bought it and it wouldnt hook up to cable I would not get my money back. It had no remote and couldnt even prove the TV even worked but would sell me a universal remote for it ? Have bought many things from there but dont think Ill be going back again. Also it wouldnt Hook up to either HDMI.

I hate this place because I just took a PS3 with 4 games and one of the games was Madden 16 and they offered me 8 dollars for that game and it was brand new. I used to go here a lot. After what I went through today and the rudeness of the employees, I bet I never go again. Ive never seen so much inconsistency in one company in my life. I dont understand how something can be okay one time and not okay the next. Maybe the employees should know that if a regular customer (at any business) should not be treated rudely when they say they havent had any problems with something being pawned a certain way in the past. The women should have got the manager and brought him over to talk to me when I said I pawned my item the way it was in the past and it was okay and the manager could have made a real judgement call on what to do or explained if policy changed since the last time I was in. Those women were so rude for long time employees. Maybe they dont like their jobs anymore and need to find new jobs. So sad you had to lose at least 2 customers over rude employees and bad decision making skills . Now I have to look for a shop in Winston Salem.This issue was resolved by the owner immediately. Carolyn took care of everything.

Mark is fair. If you think his offer isnt enough for your ps3 I personally invite you to take it to a pawnway guarantee you wont get anything over $45.00 for it all. Mark is one of the fairest pawn brokers you when do business with. Pawn way youre lucky to get 15 - 20% of retail value Mark has consistently paid me 25-40 %.Do your research before you bad mouth a Mans business practices.

You can find a lot of good deals at Pawnway but the issue I have is the brokers there are very inconsistent or not on the same page one broker might give you one price and another broker may give you another an its a vastly different amount

I went and put a 45$ deposit on a gun, I had my receipt showing I was paying a week early on the gun, they sold the gun out from under me saying the guy had rights to do so, the firearm was in the forsale case so the guy had no rights when I paid down on it, it was in the back of store they have horrible service and may they burn in hell
