I literally got a flat within a couple feet of this location. I pulled on the lot just as they were closing, they were not able to give me full service but they were nice to put my spare on free of charge, even though they were closing. I had my 2 small children in the car so I really appreciate them going out of their way!

Horrible experienceI brought my vehicle in for a front end noise on Tuesday and needed to travel out of town for an important commitment the Friday of that week. Mind you, I had a fairly pleasant experience prior. I was told that the vehicle was ready. I pull the vehicle out of the parking lot and the vehicle was making the same exact noise after a $1K repair job. I ended up having to bring the vehicle back. They told me one of the parts were defective and they would order the new part. Nobody checked their work before calling me back?! I reemphasize that I need to leave town on Friday. Friday afternoon comes and they tell me although they ordered the part, someone forgot to put it on the delivery truck. I ask is there anything they can do to make it right. They state that they are sorry but theres nothing they can do. I end up having to leave town without my vehicle, borrow and paying to service another vehicle, and arrived at my commitment late. They call me the next day with your vehicle is ready with no offer of restitution. Terrible experience

I took my wife’s car up here to get servicedshe has a warranty with carvana for free oil changes an tire rotations etc.. usually this is a big headache with companies to get everything figured out but i spoke with Jacob an he was able to help me through the whole process getting this figured out. Garfield was pretty helpful too

I was blown away by the customer service I received here. I grew up in a family business that took great pride in excellent customer service so I recognize how rare it is to find. These guys answered my questions honestly, gave me some economical options for repair and for keeping my car rolling for longer. While there, I saw folks coming in thrilled to talk with them again and customers called them by name. They were very busy, as it was Friday night, but tried hard to get me in and out as fast as they feasibly could and recognized and apologized that I had to wait. You know, I see that as a mark of them doing the right thing. If I went to a doctor who had no patients, I would be concerned about his skill set. Great experience!

Dont Trust Them! We took my daughters car in because one of the tires was leaking air. Tires Plus told us they patched a hole while we waited about an hour. We were charged approx. $20. Three days later...still leaking. I took the car to my mechanic. He checked the tire and found a hole....BUT NO PATCH.

Located off of hwy 78 in Lawrenceville, this Tire Plus is located right off the highway next to TitleMax. I came in to get tires rotated and an alignment. The wait time was almost 3 hours. It was a hundred degrees outside, but inside was nice and cool. The people were friendly, and the prices was right. They had a large waiting area with television and things for children to do. The only problem I had was they did not check the other tires. one was low and the other one had an object stuck in it. Im sure it was an oversight I will visit this place again.

They are very inadequate and horrible customer service specially a guy name Sean try to avoid him, if you don’t want to have your blood pressure boil. I waited there for six hours for a break pad and to change new tires, however it took many hours just to get the parts from some place because they don’t have the parts at the location and once they get one part. There was another part missing and I had to wait for another more. I recommend if you have to go to this place for some service, and if you hear the name Sean make a u turn and go home.

Ask for Garfield. I went to two other shops before my tire balance was done the right way!!! I will be back!

I needed to replace two tires on my car and get an oil change. I called Tires Plus and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The service was smooth and fast. I picked up my car within 2 hours of dropping the car for service.Garfield was a great attendant.

NEVER AGAIN. Went in for an oil change. The next day, I pulled my car out of the drive way and saw oil! I popped the hood and the cap was missing, oil all over the engine and coming out the hood. I will not be returning to this location ever again!

Was there the other day for oil change and flat repair. Jason their manager is awesome- one of the better store managers I’ve seen from multiple stores in multiple states.Having worked in the tire industry 10+ years and only been in ATL for a year I can confidently say this is my go to place for auto and tires.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had bad service. Their prices are very good compared to other places. They helped me diagnose and solve a vibration issue. On previous cars they have also replaced shocks/struts and brought me out in the garage to show me the problems of my shocks not rebounding back up. They don’t try to upsell you on everything. It’s a good company and I trust their work.

Very Rude and lazy and very bad customer service(James) first off I got my car sent over to them, if I wouldnt have called today Nobody wouldnt have called me. James said I was calling to much. First off Im the customer and no matter how you feel you never be rude to a customer, then when I asked for the number to the complaint hotline he told me to look it up myself! Very Rude person and I dont recommend nobody to talk to him he always have a attitude anyway. Tires Plus Lilburn is a scam.Tires plus tries to bait and switch tires. The way their scam works is they post a sale online and when you arrive they say they dont have the tires so they try to make you buy more expensive tires,I warned my wife they was a very high chance they were scam artist. When she arrived at the Lilburn store. They as I said, told her, they didnt have the tires and pushed more expensive tires,Avoid this new store like the plague.

I was told by pep boys that my RFT could not be fixed with a slow leak and that I would need a completely new tire which is not cheap especially since my tire was fairly new. Brought my car to tire plus a week ago and in no time the problem was spotted and fixed! Saved me time and money. The entire staff is professional and friendly which is a plus!!!!

Installed tires ordered from Tire Rack on my Lexus same day as they arrived. Fast, friendly service, and extremely professional. Go see Chris and Jason, and get your auto needs attended to.

Used to be 5 star but quality of work has declined. Took my car for an alignment and its still vibrating like I shared with the guy who checked me in. Clearly they didnt do a final test drive. Have another car there now for a second time for a problem they said they fixed before but didnt. Ugh!

Told me I need to come back in the morning for an oil change.

An hour before coming here, I called the number listed and asked about how long it would take to fix a flat tire. The answer was 30 minutes. I showed up and the man at the desk told me it would be an hour and a half. And said he had never spoken to me, and after all it was free, so what was the big deal. Not a good customer service experience. It feels like a bait and switch, and does not encourage me to return when I’m going to be spending $500 on tires. I recommend you stay away from this place.

The guys I used to work with arent there so today turned out to be the worst! I made an appointment on yesterday to come in at 10:30 to have a new used vehicle I bought checked out. Well, after being told to come back in an hour which I gave them another 30 minutes on top of that and my vehicle wasnt even touched. How do you tell somebody to make an appointment and they drop their vehicle off and you tell them oh something came up?You had my phone number to call and say that since I told you Ill be waiting across the street at Lowes and will be back at the time you said. I nursed it till I got nervous and stopped here .. 15 mins till close.Jon, the manager, and Lijah the technician fixed my tire .. at no cost .. because that’s what they do .. to win your business they help you when you’re in trouble.Who does that anymore??They stayed overtime to help .. what great guys they are. Ive always had great experiences here. Their never pushy. Ive had to wait, at times, but nothing extraordinary. Several times Ive asked them about things Ive been uncertain about with my car and theyve never used my ignorance as an opportunity to sell me anything.

Had an appointment at 8am and even came in 15min early it took them 35min just to take my car back for a simple tire patch. Now an hour and half after my appointment Im still waiting.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I came to the HWY 78 location on October 26 to be able to get a tune up for my car and an oil change so I could travel for the holidays and I ended up having to pay over 500 dollars in service AND I NEVER GOT MY OIL CHANGED. I went to the seemingly friendly location and was asked questions like Why do you need a tune up? Is there a specific reason why youre getting an oil change I thought it was strange that they asked but I took it as a courtesy measure. During my visit the young man I believe his name to be Vinny came out and told me that there was oil in my Spark Plug chamber and that it needed to be replaced, and happily I obliged, I NEEDED the car in running condition. He explained to me that the part needed wouldnt be in until the following day (Tuesday Oct 27) and that they would finish my oil change and change my windshield wipers. I went in the next day for the heavy duty work and had to sit outside in the garage bc their lobby was being renovated. When my car was taken off the lift they cranked it and the smoke from the exhaust was white and it smoked up the garage. I looked at them and they looked at me and DID NOT MENTION ANY ISSUE with the smoke. (I definitely thought these were car mechanics and not little boys in playing in auto shop class.) Thinking everything is cool Vinny checked me out a staggering 498 dollars tab not including the oil change I paid for on the previous day, and I leave. Now fast forward to a full month later November 26 my oil light comes on and I check my oil. THE OIL CHAMBER IS DRY AND HAS BLACK OIL ON THE GAUGE. So that means these men who claim to be mechanics DID NOT change my oil and charged me for it, Thank God someone taught me how to look under the hood of the car. AND NOW The white smoke I notice has a smell to it and I hear that can be the cause of a blown head gasket, and I as a faithful customer since 2011 should have been made aware of that issue. As a woman who does not know much about cars outside of the basics I was completely blindsided by this and I feel ripped off. Just know, I will never be back. And I hope and pray that they didnt do this on purpose.

Incapable of aligning wheels after three attempts on a near new vehicle that a nearby garage could on the same day. Refused to center steering wheel. Refused refund until I raised my voice.

Left my truck the day before to get tires the next day. I got there at 2 (mind you they close at 4 on Sundays) got there and it wasnt ready!! Was told it would be ready at 245-3 well its 3:40 and its still not ready. Worst customer service ever. Not reliable. The bathroom is nasty. The person at the cointer did not seem to care at all. Never coming here.

I have dealt with a lot of shadiness an unprofessionalism, but this tire plus takes the cake, I took my bmw up here to get my passenger side control arm and bushing replaced and they changed the bushing on the driver side in which I never discussed with anyone. Not to mention they got my bushing from worldpac, not knocking worldpac, but I know paying damn near $300 for just a bushing replacement that was more than likely refurbished from worldpac is a rip off, not to mention I dropped my car off at 1:30 which I had an appointment for and didnt get my car back until after 7:30, my wife passed by the shop several times that day and my car was exactly where I parked it and every time I called to check on it they kept telling me there working on it. Long story short if you want good service all around this location is not it. I will continue to drive back to the other location in the next county over because good service is hard to find close to my home.
