Worst metro store ever! very unprofessional and never open on time. Metro will lose customers based on this store alone. Very sad since ive had metro for 10 years now and never had an issue until now.

I would give no stars if it was an option. The customer service is always completely awful with the acception of one employee, and I dont think she works there any more, I went in today to pay my bill, I get it I went up to the door at 5:42pm where it is clearly posted that they close at 6pm I get it you dont want to do anything the last half hour of your shift okay sure, but all I wanted was to pay my bill. Literally a 4minute transaction. The man comes up to the door and tells me they are closed... Im sorry but you have 18 minutes left Im not touching anything.. there was absolutely NO reason to turn me away. If they close earlier by all means but at least change the signs and online information...

First experience at this Metro Pcs was absolutely dreadful. The store opened up at 10am, I go there around 11 and the doors are locked, I stood outside for 10 minutes banging on the door and then the female employee there suddenly appears and unlocks the door. No greeting, nothing and then slithers back behind the counter. She then proceeded to give me the worst customer service ever. Im due for an upgrade and then she tells me that I would have to buy the phone in full and there isnt a trade in option or financing option. Ive never been so displeased, Im definitely switching to a different carrier.

It says it opens up at 10 am I get there at 11:30 and the door is locked. I get a text saying theres an upgrade for me. She says no and I have to buy the phone and its 800 I cant finance it. Every phone carrier says you can finance a phone but metro. There service sucks. Because of that bad experience with that employee Im switching my carrier.

I came in here with an issue that another metro pcs caused. I was furious . Once I entered the store the there was this nice lovely girl that understood my problem and right away she did everthing in her power to help me. Finally she found a solution and I can say my day changed from being upset to being happy. Now, I only deal with this store. I am one very satisfied customer.

I went in to purchase a phone for me and my son as a new customer, and Darian was extremely helpful. She informed us about the promotions that were taking place and answered every question i had. She walked through every phone with me and selected phones that were in my budget. Thank you darian for your professionalism. This is my new go to store.

My name is myde I bought two phones for me and my daughter for Christmas the young lady put a screen protector on my phone that was the improper one that does not go to my phone two weeks later my phone broke. I had to pay out of my pocket to get my phone fixed the young lady had no remorse for what shes done and told me that it was the right phone the right phone case for my phone. I was very highly upset and I still add and to this day shes very rude and nasty and I refuse to go to that location.

I have been going to the Lindenhurst location for 3 years.Since the last girl left the service has plumetted.The sign says open at 10AM and they are never open at 10AM.Today I waited till 10:30 before giving up.The sign on the door has a number to call if the store isnt open at 10 and the number is disconnected.They need to change their management or change their signs.Will be looking for a different carrier if things dont improve quickly.

Im currently waiting for the store to open when its supposed to be opened already. The manager Evelyn is a disaster! My external speaker blew one week after buying the phone she suggested to me. So she said it was covered under warranty and would order me a new one. Its been over a month and shes still giving me the run around avoiding other.employees when they call her in reference to my problem. I can guarantee I will not be leaving this store today without a new phone of equal or greater value!
