We walked through the entire lot looking at trucks. We actually got in over 10 trucks & noone came out to talk to us. My son actually saw one he wanted & had money to purchase but said he wouldnt buy because of poor service.

I bought 2 trucks from here December 23,2020 and it is now June 11, 2021 and I have still yet to receive my title for one of the trucks that I purchased out right. Everytime I call, they say theyre gonna get back to me when Robby gets in but no call back. Then they say the same thing when I call back. Do not buy a truck from here. I cant even sell my truck cause they wont tell me where my title is!

I purchased a 2010 F250 from them less than a year ago. The abs module was out, and I was told and guaranteed that they would send me a replacement. Well almost a year later, I still didn’t have the abs module. So I went out and purchased a new one myself. Basically they got the one star for not being a dealership of their word. And yes I attempted to contact them multiple times.

I have to say that Ride Time, Inc. In lethasprings is the best place to go get a truck from. I went and bought me one and I a great experience with them. I walked on the lot and was free to look at all they had no one punching me into any sale and that where very helpful. When I made up my mind on the one I wanted it was fast and easy no hassle to to the paperwork and get my new truck. The next time I am ready to get another truck that the place for me.

I bought a 2007 f250 from here in January 2018 and never had any problems with it until now september 2019. I took it to a local shop and they quoted me $950 to replace 1 fuel injector which seemed a little high to me. I called the Ride Time for a recommendation for another shop and to see if that was a fair price. They offered to do the work at their shop so i brought it to them. They fixed my truck and only charged for the part $275!!!! Its rare to find a dealership that will still help you over a year after your purchase. This is the only place i will ever buy a truck!!!!!!!!

We Bought a truck nearly 3 months ago and still can’t get the tag for it because the first time they sent the wrong info on the title and wrong purchase date on the bill of sale along with the wrong address for our lean holder. Every time I call it was a different story and now 11 days ago they said they have to order a new title from Texas and that it would be 8 days. It’s been 11 more days and still every time I call they say they are waiting on the title still. So I haven’t been able to drive the truck in over 2 weeks because the 2nd temp tag the tag office gave us expired 2 weeks ago and since it’s been over 60 days since we bought the truck the tag office says they can’t issue yet another temp tag. The dealer also always says they will call me back which never happens. My loan company is very upset because they still don’t have the title paperwork and again the truck has been sitting for 2 weeks because we can’t get the tag! It’s looking like we are gonna have to hire an attorney at this point. We are going without a vehicle that we paid over 20,000 dollars for. It’s looking more and more like title fraud every day. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone as when you pay that kind of money for a vehicle you should not have to not be able to drive it for weeks because of them messing up on the paperwork and dragging their feet! We are giving it a few more days and we will have to contact an attorney. Don’t let these people’s smiles and charm con you into buying from them they are very good at that but after the check clears they just don’t care about you anymore.

Bought my 2008 Tacoma from this place, got a great deal and the financing people were easy to deal with. Later I got the truck all scratched off-roading, I got in touch with and he Robby went out of his way to get me a dealers price getting the truck repainted. Good buying experience but Im really appreciative of their service after the sale. Will definitely be back in the future.

I would be very very cautious when dealing with this dealership. They brag about being a family owned and that meant that they were honest & sincere in their deals. I went to look at a truck, they quoted me a price, it was late in the day so I went back the next day to purchase & they had raised the price another $1400 from the original quoted price (handshake). When u asked why it was more the owner stated that he didn’t really look at the paperwork the day before & realized he couldn’t honor the quote or handshake. But he would finance the difference as a way for making money. Needless to say, I didn’t buy the truck because I will not deal with people who with not honor their word.

I purchased a 2007 f250 a week or so ago and after I left and drove about 40 miles the check engine light came on. so I contacted the car lot sat up a time and day that worked for the both of us. this morning I took it up there and Robby found that it had a bad pigtail to the exhaust back pressure sensor he called around and the only one he could find was 30 mins away. So he sent someone to go get it an hour worth of drive time there and back. He dont try to order it or find it cheaper he got what it needed then and there. When they returned with the part he installed it test drove it made sure it was right before I left with it.... I bought a used truck and when you buy a used truck you take a chance on having problems and my chance was I did but ride time made it right so cant complain about that. Their trucks and cars are not perfect they are used and you cant expect them to catch every problem one has they fix what they know and in my case made it right on what they didnt know. If you want a perfect vehicle I would suggest you go buy a new vehicle but with that new vehicle your also going to pay new vehicle price and new vehicles have problems to. If you want to buy a good used vehicle from a family owned company who aint trying to sell you any and everything you dont want go see Robby and his folks up at ride time.

Wonderful sakes people....but unless you have bad credit, and no other option...GO ELSEWHERE!! I drove a truck, after having to wait for 3 other tire kickers to take their free joy ride, went 2 miles and blew the head gasket because they had the programmer turned up to the MAX!!! This is a We finance everyone dealer....you get what they tell you you can get...and hopefully you dont rely on it to get you home... I had over $30K in my pocket, and was treated like I just came there from my cardboard box....left a business card for them to call me about a recent truck that just came in...that was a MONTH ago...still no calls. Dont waste your time!

I bought a 2008 GMC Sierra SLT 3500hd duramax allison transmission from them and I didnt have a way to go pick it up. Im 64 one legged in a wheelchair so they brought the truck to my house. Well the check engine light came on and I called them and they told me that they will take care of it for me. The radio didnt work so they sent it to a shop and got it fixed for me. Really great people there. If I get another truck it will come from there.

Do NOT BUY without checking the vehichle 100% My fiance and i got a truck from here a month ago, had paint job on so i asked about it and was told the truck only had a busted fender so they painted the whole truck which was a lie, truck is a 07 but has a 03 to 04 hood and grille. The headlight were just sitting in the truck and hood was not bolted down correct, the bed fender were not painted completely, the paint covered up the fact the whole rocker was rusted out! The truck looks like a flood truck the whole engine bay covered in dirt and finding dirt caked in the frame with rocks as well, and was told by bill that it was buffing compound from the paint on the engine bay....incorrect. So now not even a month into a truck i have to replace rockers and replacing a center support bearing not to mention a rear main seal, fuel filter was clogged so changed that, coolant sensor went out 2 days after purchase. Just so much going wrong with the truck and customer service was not great (except for the lady in front) when i ask bill about it he said are you going to buy the truck or notand rushed us through the process. Quick to take my money not quick to get back to us or answer question .

Purchased my truck in September of 2018 and I’ve had to put money into the truck and I’ve only put 5,000 miles on the truck. I’ve put in a thermostat, done a PM (because nobody knew if the oil had been changed or not when I purchased), all cab mounts needs to be replaced ($1,500) right now & recently the malfunction light is on. Took 2 months to get my tag from them. You call them for assistance they have attitudes and not want to assist as they would if you’re buying. Once you leave the lot it’s all on you. Bad bad bad experience for me thinking I’m buying my dream truck but it’s been nothing but a headache & nightmare.

Start with the positives. Nice and personable on the front side. Large selection of trucks.Bought a 2008 F-350 in February. Wasnt able to get the tag until 2 weeks ago (had to call them several times and got a different story each time I called). Tag issues wasnt that big of deal since the truck has been in the shop almost the entire time I have owned it. Transmission went out week 1. They tried to help- gave me contact info to their mechanic. Quoted over $4k to fix. Ended up buying used and putting in myself for $1300. Then the second week of running it suddenly developed a massive exhaust leak. Took it to my mechanic this time and he fixed the exhaust leak, had to replace rocker arms and head gaskets (oil in the cooler). Ran it for almost two full weeks this before what appears to be a cracked piston. Leaving my family (wife and two kids under the age of 2) in a difficult situation 4 hours from home.I spoke with owner before I had the exhaust leak fixed. I told him that I didnt think it was right to make money off the backs of other small businesses when he hadnt provided a reliable product (I understand buying used vehicles- I replaced headlights, break lights, wipers, brakes, fixed tailgate handle, cleaned broken glass from inside door panels from what looks like a prior accident etc). My proposal was that we split repair cost 50/50 until he reached break even on the truck. I told him I didnt expect him to lose money, but he shouldnt make it off me while I cant get any work done with the sub par truck he sold. With this latest fix (if the cheap $4200 option works) I will have invested more than $13k into this truck less than 5 months after purchase.Had someone purchase another truck at the same time. Had issues with tag as well and issues with a check engine light coming on within two weeks that would require a several thousand dollar fix.In my opinion they sell crappy vehicles and are adept at covering up some tell tell signs of major issues. Got a 2013 Ford F-250 truck from them in February 2019 already had to replace the fuel pump which cost a $1000.00 the wipers will only run on high. 4 months later having trouble with the truck not starting. Do not buy from them the money you pay for the vehicle, you will end up paying a lot more within the first 6 months.

. I will not buy a vehicle from yall. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a place to buy a vehicle. Call and get told Ill call back in 30 min. Five hours later still no call. Call back and guy answers phone tell who I was he puts me on hold for 20 mins then phone someone hangs phone up. I call back get told by a lady that I will get a call back in five minutes and hour later no call so call back again finally get bill on the phone and he acts like he dont care wither I buy a truck or not. So I call back today to talk to bill and hes with customers Ill have him call you back. Its almost 12 now and still no phone call. This process has been going on since Monday. So if anybody ever ask me where to get a truck from I will make sure I dont tell them about yall. If I am treated like this I can just imagine what kind of deal I would get if I was to buy a truck from yall.

Have a large inventory which is nice, drove to see two trucks that were listed online and said to be in very good shape. Both were in what i would consider poor condition. Ones hood would not fully close, had sheetrock screws in the headliner and would not shift properly. The other had cut wires hanging down onto the pedals i had to move before i could test drive it and a large spot of paint missing on the bed that had been spray painted over so thick it had ran. Staff was nice enough, just wish ads for the vehicles stated problems so i didnt have to find them after arriving.

Not friendly, sales lady got mad because I asked several times if truck had been wrecked. Both headlights mounts on truck broke lights just wiggled. Tuner on dash not working. Truck put on lot without being checked for existing problems. Looked light a 4 year old had detailed it. And.......

I only gave 1 star because you have to. Bought a truck from this place 2 years ago and within 3 days of pulling off the lot, i was broken down on the side of the road. Had to put $2,000 in the truck because the radiator was full of mud. That is where it all started. Now 2 years later, a truck that i paid $20,000 for, now has around $38,000 invested because these people are scam artists. If you cant tell that you shouldnt buy a vehicle from here, just look at all of the other horrible reviews that have been left, and that are very similar to mine. STAY AWAYYYY!!!

I bought a truck here on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was very unprofessional. Not to mention they were more concerned about there dog then they were about there customers. I liked the idea of a family owned business but I believe now that it was only a “sales tactic”. I drove the truck home (2.5 hours) 1 hour into the drive the head light quit working. The windshield wiper fell off, and the check engine light came on!! I also found that lug nuts were broken or missing. I called them first thing Monday morning to bring the truck back (it took three calls to reach the owner). He said that they could fix the somwof the problems if they didn’t cost to much!All I wanted to do was bring the peice of junk they sold me back!!I would not recommend them to anyone!

October of 2017 I bout an 05 Cummins to use for work since I travel the country and haul a camper and welding rig. Had to rewire the entire bed. No problem, that comes with having a flatbed. Injector pump went out while I was 1200 moles from home, cant seem to keep the CEL off. Had to replace ecm, long story short, Ive put 8000 miles pn it and havent been able to drive it since early November because every time the shop fixes a problem another rises. Wouldnt suggest buying from here until they get and actual Mechanic in and not someone to just duct tape it together. So unless you like having a money pit, tow bills and losing your job due to an unreliable vehicle, go elsewhere.Update, after sinking nearly 8k in repairs and still unable to drive it more than 2 days before something new pops up I let it get repod. Go to a junkyard youll get something more reliable.

Went in to take a duramax pre purchase inspected. They said nothing was wrong with it. On my way to my personal shop the truck went into reduced power mode and would not accelerate. They put me in a vehicle and also put me in danger on a busy road. Finally got to the shop and they said it had a fuel leak and that it had been wrecked and had a new motor. Dont deal with these people. The owner agreed on a price and the lady who works the front desk started yelling at him for taking my offer. She is the reason I did not give them almost $32k. Your loss not mine.
