I grew up enjoying the old muscle cars of the late 60s and early 70s. So this place was a dream to visit. Honestly, I was tempted to consider buying one of these gems. I loved the old 55 and 57 Ford Fairlanes they had. My wife loved the Volkswagen Bugs. The number of cars was astounding. But just to be able to walk around and look at these carsxwas really cool.

I live in New Zealand and I found my dream car at streetside classic Atlanta. One of the sales team (won’t mention any names) was good to deal with and dealt with everything that needed to be dealt with to get the car to NZ for me.The car has now arrived in New Zealand and I can’t get it on the road, there is so much rust that the new paint job is pretty much keeping car in one piece. There was never a mention of any rust and sales person said the car is in Mint condition.$85 k car is now costing me 125kYou can’t tell me they didn’t know about this rust. And now everyone ignoring my emails etc.So thanks streetside legal, I willKeep spreading the word of how great you guys are 😡😡😡😡

Stopped in to take a look at some classic cars. I had been looking online and a couple I had seen had my interest. So, I went with the family to take a closer look. The facility was well laid out and very well lit. The online descriptions were accurate and the staff there was most helpful without being pushy. If you are shopping for a collector car, this is a good option.

Streetside was great for us because we went there to look at all the vehicles on display just like at a massive air conditioned car show! The people in the front showroom are all very friendly and dont try to sell you anything, theyre just there to assist you if you need them. When I get ready to purchase a used classic, (or not so classic but cool), used vehicle, Im heading back there first.

After visiting the Nashville location several years ago I really expected a good experience with the Atlanta location.Dont assume anything...This was by far one of the worst experiences Ive had shopping for a car. (classic or otherwise). After contacting the dealer a couple days in advance, we decided to drop in after being told dropping in was fine. We walked in, found the salesman we had previously spoken with was on the phone and we told to go out to the car and wait. No problem. He finished up in about 15 minutes and came out to put the car on a lift for us. Once the car was up, we were left to poke around it for a few minutes and were told hed be back in 10 to check on us....35 minutes later we were still waiting and the salesman had gone back to a phone call in the interim. Finally someone else came over to take us on a test drive. (Close to an hour of being here and nothing really getting accomplished) As we get in the car, the rep with us from the dealer climbed into the backseat stepping on the seats with his shoes multiple times (I have a feeling the owner wouldnt appreciate that, we didnt as the potential buyer) At this point, Im anxious to see how the car drives but Im told I have to drive on a quarter mile stretch at 35-40 mph in a car thats advertised as a great daily driver-no traffic, no redlights, not getting up to operating temp unless Im making laps up and down this service road. The real fun came when I asked if my local technician could inspect the car....sure but he has to come to them. Not possible as he runs his own business across town. I asked if we could maybe call the customer to ask if it would be ok. Another 20 minutes of waiting time to be told no, its not an option. Upon handing them my business card to say call me if anything changes, it was snatched out my hand and met with clear frustration by the salesman. Ive been in the car business, this isnt how you manage customer expectations or service, whether theyre buying a 10k car or a 250k car. The staff doesnt respect customers time or their clients cars. Quantity over quality seems to be the game at the Atlanta location. The only people that were nice seemed to be management and they had no reference for the exchanges happening between salespeople and customers on the floor. If youre shopping for a classic, avoid this entire model and find a local niche dealer (Happy to give references in Atlanta) that understands this business is about the client.

I bought a K5 blazer from these guys. They made process was simple and easy. Understand they are a consignment shop and do not have a competent mechanic on hand. The write up made the truck sound perfect. I asked if the truck was ready to be driven home, is it leaking fluids? Do all the lights work etc? I got 10 min from the dealership and noticed smoke coming from under the hood 30 min down the road the cab was filled with smoke. Somebody improperly installed the valve covers and they were leaking directly onto the headers. This was a stupid and easy fix. Now roughly 9 months later most of the bondo has fallen out and after discussing this in detail with a body guy my only real choice is to part out the truck. Im sure Streetside will reply, you bought it as is. Yeah I made a huge mistake. Buyer beware!

Prior to my retirement I had over 40 years experience in new car dealership management so when it comes to being able to evaluate an operation like Streetside Classics I am probably as good as it gets. I bought from them by getting a description of the car over the phone, flying from Allentown, PA to Atlanta, wrapping up a deal and then driving the car home. I did not feel at that time that I could fairly evaluate this company with such limited interaction. When it came time to sell the car I called Cody, we worked out the consignment price, I drove the car back down wrapped up the paperwork with no surprises and flew home. Once again a very professional approach to all of their dealings with me and within 60 days the car was sold. These people are not just good...they are great. They know their business and how to treat a customer whether that customer is buying or consigning.Do yourself a favor...do business with them.

I would have to say the worst experience Ive had in my car purchasing history. Bought a v8 s10 from them that they said was solid and immaculate paint job. After truck arrived at my house, I had trouble with the starter the first day. Paint job has clear coat peeling and bubbles in paint. Now Ive found out that there is engine problem and block is cracked where starter is connected to block and that is the reason for starter troubles. Needs a new block. I have relayed info to business to which they responded what do you expect to get for 13k. I expect to get what was told to me about the truck. Be very careful if you would decide to business with this company. Very shady. Lesson learned

Buyer beware....please be advised that Street Side Classics sold a vehicle that was a fire hazard and never disclosed. We contacted Street Side Classics and dealt with Tom S. Tom made representations that the 1956 Corvette we were purchasing was a 9 out of 10 car. He sent pictures and advised us of the pristine condition of the vehicle. Bit of back story here, but we live in Florida and obviously the car was in Georgia. Upon further questioning and asking Tom to place his representations in writing, he sent us additional photos revealing slight damages. Tom claimed he overlooked these damages at first and apologized. We had the vehicle inspected by an NCS specialist who advised us that the car was in great condition. After the inspection we asked Street Side Classics to refer an appraiser.Upon delivery of the vehicle that was scheduled by Street Side Classics, we received the car in poor mechanical condition. I immediately contacted the appraiser who clearly stated and put in his report that the car scored a 1 out of 5 on the mechanical side and is a dangerous fire hazard. The appraiser stated he took the car for a test drive and left the car approximately 1 block away on the test drive. He stated that he then went in and spoke to Tom and advised him that the car was unsafe to drive and that he feared the car would catch fire. He stated to us that he clearly advised Tom to not ship this car to the customer and to make sure the customer is advised of this liability. Tom never contacted us and the car was shipped to one of our homes that we do not permanently reside at in Central Florida.Upon receiving the car, it was immediately apparent that the car barely ran and something serious was wrong with it. I then called the appraiser who stated during the appraisal, which we were traveling at the time of, that he advised Tom of the liability of the car catching fire and that the car did not run properly. I called and asked for management at Street side Classics and spoke to Richard Wiernek, who immediately was defensive and continued to interrupt me. Richard continued to remind me that we bought an AS IS car and signed multiple contracts. I understand contract law, however it was their obligation to advise me that they were selling a car that was a fire hazard. We took the car to a Corvette specialty shop in South Florida who also confirmed that the car has many mechanical issues and is indeed a fire hazard. Apparently, the air cleaner is rubbing on the distributor cap and brushing against the wires, which could cause a spark and ignite the car, since the carburetor is pushing gas through the area where a potential spark could occur. Richard the Sales Manager offered no suggestions. He was rude, demeaning, and continued to cut me off stating that we purchased an AS IS contract. Street Side Classics of Atlanta is extremely deceptive and has made no attempt to correct their wrong doing. The sales manager is a terrible representation of what should be a customer service oriented business position. Between work and personal use, we have purchased over 100 vehicles and have never experienced such poor service and lack of concern for the customer. Steer clear of Streetside!

Where do I start.... From the moment I walked in the door the customer service was terrible. I called ahead of time to let the salesperson Matt Duncan know that I was coming. No customers were in the store when I arrived, but everyone was acting so busy ( go figure). I had to actually speak first to get help. The sad part about this was that I was actually in there to buy a vehicle. Once I made an announcement looking for Matt, he mystically pops out of the corner. I had to explain to him who I was after getting off the phone with him ten minutes earlier. He had a puzzled look on his face as though he was a deer looking into a headlight. I should have left a that moment, but like said before I was there to purchase a car. This is where the real red flags began. I made a offer on a nice vehicle that appeared to be showroom ready, boy was I wrong. Before I go down the list of items wrong with the car, I was clear before I walked in the door that I am purchasing a car that two decades older than I am. I know that it will be some minor repairs, but I really had a different mindset going in to streetside classic because I felt they did a more thorough vehicle inspection because there name is representing these consignment cars. So I proceed with purchase and came back to pick up my car and I noticed that the fuel tank was low (this was odd). So I went back in to ask my salesperson Matt why the tank wasnt filled on a 21,000.00 dollar car that was just purchased and he explained to me that they had no way to fill the fuel tank (even though there is a quicktrip less the 1/8 of a mile down the road. I proceed to drive the vehicle home and after 20 minutes the car start to smokes and dies on me. I call my salesperson back and explain to him what had just had and thats when the true jerk customer service showed. He and his sales manager Richard Wiernek explain to me that It couldnt that much wrong with the car. It drove off the lot.... give it a couple of minutes to cool down and it should be fine. But no it wasnt fine. I had to get a new purchased car towed home. The following was wrong when I drove off the lot.1. No antifreeze coolant was in the car2. No Transmission fluid was in the car3. The battery was bad4. The carburetor had to be rebuilt.5. The fuel pump was defective. To be totally honest, I expected things like the carb, fuel pump, and even the battery to be replaced. But to drive off a lot with no coolant fluid and transmission fluid was just unacceptable. I guess they didnt have access to a part store to get that either as Matt probably would say. The saddest part out of all this is that I never hear back from the sales team to see if I even made it home. What a bunch of jerks and bad customer service at this location. I did have plans to go back a purchase another car from streetside Atlanta next month, but think I should take my business elsewhere. I hope the Charlotte and Dallas/ Ft. Worth locations have better service. Its sad, but I guess Ill have to leave my city to get decent services for my next purchase. Donna Robbins, Matthew Riley, or Bob Mueller should really consider sending this guys to customer service and etiquette classes.

BEWARE before driving long distances. I was dealing on a truck with the Atlanta location. The pictures that they had online looked great, probably a good 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. When I was talking to the salesman Chris on the phone I told him the truck really looked good. His response was wait till you see it in person, the pictures dont do the truck justice, it looks alot better in person. So I put down a deposit on the truck after coming to terms on the sale price. My wife and I pulled a trailer 9 hours one way to Atlanta to pick up the truck. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. The trucks paint and bodywork looked like some 10 year olds first attempt at being a bodyman. It was just terrible. Plus everything that could leak was leaking. I drove it around their saleslot and had to hold the headliner up with one hand while steering with the other. So the wife and I drove another 9 hours backhome with an empty trailer. Thankfully they did give me my deposit back. I will never again consider buying a vehicle from them. I understand vintage vehicles will have things that need work when you buy them but the salesman should be honest about the vehicle before having the customer drive that far. The most baffling part of this experience was how they got the truck to look that good in the pictures. I have an idea but..........
