I enjoy going to this Kroger so much I go maybe five times per week on average. I. So Content on ALL THE customer service especially the front end staff! And even more the Self check out regular ladies. 🙏 . It shows that Management and Leadership are Above and beyond and lead by Great Example! 👏👏👏👏👏.

Late night it’s clean, and they moved fast to get the customers out.. one thing they could do it unfreeze the Ice cream in the back top shelf… I couldn’t get my flavor because of that.. but everything else was good. The lady in the seafood department she is freaking awesome. Thank you for your help.

I come to the Kroger often to do Instacart and in fact I do Instacart ALL OVER Metro Atlanta and this one is by far the worst kept. Raggedy carts (unlike Mableton), old food, no way to sanitize carts IF they’re brought back in, loooong lines etc. You see the pictures, come get a bar yourself. About a month ago I was coming in to grab some water and learned that an employee was hit by a pick up truck and according to Kroger policy they (Kroger of Lithia Springs) was supposed to provide grief counseling to employees and supposed to close the store.. Do you think they did? AND in typical Kroger fashion (on Thornton Rd) there is a line at the money center and no associate to help

I love this Kroger. Its always neat and clean and staff is always friendly. Its that time of year where displays of fall start to appear and Kroger is already making themselves available for the upcoming festivities of what fall brings. The store is always clean and stocked and is starting to look great. I hate they got rid of the bank of America but we cant have it all right?

Three star rating is based solely on the self checkout. I had to get help for five items on the self checkout because it wouldn’t pay for the items that I got. The system isn’t smart enough to recognize that when I stop scanning items and move to pay that it’s done. You have to click items on the screen to tell it you are done. Other chain’s self checkouts I have used in the country are able to do this so I know it’s possible. Kroger really needs to work on this as a whole across their chain as this slows the process down. I should not need help to do self checkout because your system isn’t able to recognize that I have already swiped my card and done the debit card process and stuck in a loop on the Kroger card acceptance portion.

Went in for my 2nd covid shot at the farmacy the staff got me in and out. Did some grocery shopping at self check out with no problems.

This is absolutely the worst Kroger. I’ve lived close by this Kroger for just over 2 years. The decline in customer service over this past year is mind blowing. The supervisor walks around talking and joking with staff, meanwhile the lines are to the back of the store. You can walk into the cart area, to find no available carts nor baskets, but you’ll see staff standing around chatting or standing right by the entrance smoking. During this pandemic while people are begging for work, you’d think they’d up their staff to accommodate the volume of customers that frequent the store. It’s simply a horrible experience

Came here to purchase a whole chicken to cook Father’s Day dinner only to get home and find it stuffed with maggots. Tried calling the store only to get the run around! Never shopping here AGAIN!

This is the worst slowest kroger Ive ever been too. The employees are extremely rude! They wont let you return items that you have a receipt for ! Not only that I couldnt remember the number I used when i made the purchase and he would not do the return even though I had my receipt Ive never in my life had a Kroger do that to me before never even heard of that before.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. I have been trying to return something over a week and no one is ever there. The customer service is always roped up like a crime scene. I was told it would t be open until 6 in the evening. WHAAAAT??? What’s the explanation for that. The old ladies do nothing but congregate over by the time clock and gossip like their at home. Just ghetto. They need to shut it down and build a Publix. I will not be shopping there again.

I hated my experience at this kroger .. I came to visit the customer service line .. thats supposed to be open at 8 am, showed up at 9:30 only to find a line of people and a empty customer service desk.. after standing there nearly 10 minutes someone gets impatient and asks for help.. only to be told that they were not going to open customer service until 10:30! Complete inconvenience to be left standing there .. any of the employees could have let us know it was closed and furthermore they should 100% have a sign up saying it was closed .. for whatever reason.

Bathroom is disgusting. Mind you they have a deli here. Which means all the employees use this nasty restroom then go back to handle raw meats and the such

I brought this kitchen tool from Thornton rd Kroger, it didnt work as expected so I took it back to Kroger for return. They told me its pandemic we are not taking any returns I come back. I saw them working last week I took my tool to return they did such circus about the mater and said we dont take return if it is more then two weeks, The customer service lady ignored me from the beginning I dont know why maybe I was wearing Hizab well I never treated this way any Kroger before, feel ashamed of my self to going to that Kroger again I will share my experience with my colleague, friends and family

This Kroger is digusting. The customer service is never open. They always have signs posted about circumstances they could not control. The employees are rude. Ms Rose at the checkout just yells all over the store gossiping about other employees I came from Douglasville. This store is so ghetto, I have started driving back down that way to shop. The little Mexican boy that used to be at the customer service counter is rude for no reason, allll the time!!! I hate this store with a passion

This store is highly disorganized and needs to have the powers that be come in and restore order. Also it doesnt make things any better being that they have a security guard in the store

I went into the store to get a money order only to find out that their customer care desk was closed. When I asked one of their Associates about it I was told that I needed to learn to read Because clearly there was a sign that said that customer care was closed. Im not quite sure why this individual went out of their way to be so rude. I do understand the things can be stressful working in grocery retail but that is hardly an excuse to talk to someone the way that I was spoke to. I wont be coming back to this store for money orders, groceries, or anything else for that matter.

Tonight I stopped by this location to pick up a 50lb bag of Pet Pride dog food. There was none on the shelf. (This is a Kroger brand item). I had to go to the front and have customer service page someone, since no one was around. The associate who associated me was very nice. She directed me to the manager. The manager on duty went to the back as well (what was JUST done and no stock). This is where the customer service was lost. In total I was there 30 minutes and left with no dog food for my pups. There were three 20lb bags of the exact same food on the shelf and the manager looked and said oh I cant do anything with those and proceeded to walk off, not really apologizing or offering to do anything for my wait time!! I was furious. I took my business to the MUCH more pleasant Brownsville Road store. This store is one I stay away from... And this experience solidified it for me.

It was this was an older Kroger a little bit run down. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The store has a hole could use freshening up. They Carried your normal Kroger products. Less as this is a smaller store. They also have gas pumps.

I love the selections here however I cant shop without being approached by several men trying to hookup

Pretty clean location. Staff is fairly nice. Good prices and they do a good job rotating their inventory. Certain days though they have an issue with all their carts being all over the parking lot and hardly any in the store. But it is a good location to shop at.

Ive been going to this Kroger for a couple of years now. Customer service is good, the store is clean, and they usually dont run out of produce as often as some of the other Kroger locations that I frequent closer to where I live. The daily manager specials (clearance sections) are definitely worth checking out at this location. Check out usually is pretty quick as well.

Unfortunately they don’t bother to let you know they don’t sell cigarettes after 10 pm, since they don’t have the courtesy of making that know I’m letting you know don’t waste your time just go the QT across the street and save yourself the trouble ...

Most of the time the service is pretty good... there is normally an issue with freshness of some produce. The area that will probably cause me to stop shopping there is the Service Desk! They never have more than 1 person at any time... It is a shame that people must suffer to return spoiled food etc. I will pay a little more and drive a little further for service.

This store steals from customers and doesnt care. I have shopped here 4 years and they havent did anything correct but steal!!! BE WARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The manager got on the speaker tonight and said if everyone is not inline by 9 is cashiers are going to walk out of the store and he is going to close the store and lock it. So dont make me be the bad guy its 9:42 everybody bring your purchases up to the register. Wow so much for customer service. Thank God I was out of there at 9:50. Will not stop at that Kroger anymore!

She greeted me with a smile and Hello, welcome to Krogers, was your shopping experience a pleasant one? I said yes, and was shocked because I had never, I mean ever had a cashier or Customer Service Representative, to ever say that to me at no shopping center in this area. She was the joy of my visit to Krogers with her energetic attitude and kindness. In addition to that said, she even asked me for my Krogers Discount Card and OH MY GOODNESS! I am glad she did, because I saved an extra $3.00 on my purchases! I never do surveys but I had to for this one. Whom ever do these surveys, PLEASE tell The young lady Mrs. Kayla, I said, Thanks for her kindness, knowledge of the Krogers Card, and courtesy.

I went to kroger lithia springs kroger to purchase gas. I noticed that the pump was not working  properly so I started to pump manually. When I finished pumping and started to leave I noticed that my gas needle was not moving. I turned the car off and back on, drove around the pump and the needle still did not move. I went to the window and asked to speak with a manager to explain the problem and let him know that the pump was not working properly.This man was not listening to anything that I had to say. He was talking down to me as though I had done something wrong, or worse yet as if I was trying to take advantage of the company. He (Joey) store manager  was asked me questions  I didnt have the answers to about the pumps.  All I wanted was the gas I paid for. I ask him to do an incident report of what happened he refused to and told me he would give me 10.00 in gas but not do a report. After getting no where with Joey the store manager. I called the corporate officeI talked with two managers the last was Hailey a senior manager from the corporate office who told me that there was NOTHING she could do. I understand I get it now.. I felt helpless and angry. I had been robed of my money and treated as though I was a criminal and kroger its manager (Joey)and corporate supervisor (Hailey) did not care.

Kroger gets the best products and they are cheap. If you want a lot and pay less go to Kroger. The best place to be. Their staffs are friendly and they get the best customers service. Long live for Kroger.

Can’t really complain about this location. Lines moves pretty quickly during the day and it’s arranged pretty typical to most Krogers. They have a Bank of America inside which is nice. The lunch buffet is cheap and the food is decent.

5star for Pickup Service - young lady Quintazya (aka Quin) is professional and has a genuine smile and genuine kindness.Location itself provides as much as any Kroger. However their self checkout Reps are quick to assist... and floor staff go above and beyond. Once had a rep (manager / lady) take me all over the store to get thg he last few things I needed due to being in a rush.Customer service - top notch.4Star only due to their limited selection of meat and produce. Check in advance.

It is one of the larger stores with more selections. The store was well maintained and staff were friendly. Even left a bag in the shuffle and the man bagging our items tracked us down in the parking lot. Also worth mentioning, its located in a nice area.

The store is pretty much on point. Customer service can be slow because of the lottery & Western Union. I dont use their pharmacy. I had a bad experience there. But the foods fresh, the checkout is reasonably fast but they have limited handicapped spaces. This is a busy store right off exit 44, and a landmark. Its in a strip mall. Best time to visit is early am and late night. Its a 24 hour location. I like to do their online surveys to rack up on gas points, and the gas gets expensive especially holidays

The pharmacy at Kroger deserves 5 Stars. The people working to fill and deliver prescriptions or answer customers concerns and questions are awesome.However, the store smells and would not be inviting to shop in for food consumed by humans. While I had shopped here previously, I believe its officially off my list of stores to shop from in the future.Additionally, before you reach the entrance, 2, 3 or more people will have asked you for money. Unfortunately, you cant distinguish who has a real need from the con.

Kroger is always convenient and friendly. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because they could add a few more healthy choices in produce. Could not find the green wraps (in-lieu of wheat). Selection of products are important but they still do a fairly decent job.

Went to Kroger on Thornton Road today in Lithia Springs and was so pleased with how fast I was checked out. When I got to the front the only lanes available were self check out and I had quite a few items. A woman looked at me and asked if I was ready for check out and open a lane right away for me. This was super appreciative as I was wanting to hurry home and she came right on time.

They may have low prices if you have a Kroger Plus card, but it is dirty and products are misplaced all over the store. It was loud and feels creepy. The parking lot had people who do not obey traffic laws, and I did not feel safe.

The worst Krogers in town... every time I go there to make a purchase; something is left behind... they spend so much time talking that they miss something going into the bag.. I will now drive 20/30 minutes to another location before i ever visit this grocery store.

I like this store ok but, I bought a package of Oscar Mayer oven roasted turkey breast today and its bad. Like I-have-to-throw-it-out BAD. Expiration date of Sept 29, 2020. $5 wasted and now I have to go back to the store. I think itll be Publix

The people are very friendly. The store usually have the items I am looking for. The lines move pretty good, especially on busy days. I have been in other stores where the wait time was crazy. But, not here. Keep up the good work.

This young lady, Darlene, was working at the fuel center. It was freezing outside and she was diligently cleaning the parking lot while no one was around. When she got busy she was kind enough to let me take her picture in the booth, while helping all the customers with a warm smile.People like Darlene really care, and I appreciate it. Just a slight difference between this location and a mediocre walmart. Disregard by staff and shoppers. Long wait at checkout or self checkout where the girl doesnt get out of her phone to even notice the assistance light is blinking.

IDK whats going on with this location. There is a sign on the door saying that they stay open until 5am, they usually close at 1am as I was leaving at 1250am the door was already locked and they refused to allow guest at the door inside. I understand we all want to go home in a timely fashion however I feel having that sign on the door is misleading and then of you close at 1 am close at 1am not 1250am. Walmart is up the street and open 24 hours just saying.

I received the best customer service in any grocery store at the Thornton Rd Kroger this morning. I arrived very early and the fresh vegetables werent all out yet. I decided to leave with canned goods, but Christopher M. ran to the self checkout to give me the vegetables I wanted. Outstanding work!

This Kroger is nice and clean. I would say this was one of their average stores. The selection was of average taste for most. Id visit with no problem in a pinch.

The customer service is so slow have been in line for 20 min. It took her 20 minutes on one person. They need somebody else that is faster

I wish I could give this Kroger more stars but it is EXTREMELY frustrating going into this Kroger and most items are either expired or within a week of expiring. I strongly urge you too check the expiration dates on whatever you purchase. Anytime I see a manager in the store I point out to them they have expired goods on the shelf and each time my concerns are not taken seriously. In addition the store has a strong order of fish. If you dont mind traveling for quality, non-expiring products and a store that doesnt smell there is a Kroger in powder springs up Thornton rd that I use frequently. Also there is a Publix in Lithia Springs that is of decent quality.

I love this location for the most part, some staff are really engaging and friendly, which means a lot to me when it comes to patronizing a business. The staff used to help unload my groceries onto the belt, but for some odd reason that has stopped. Otherwise, I like the store, its organized, and clean, and checkout has never been long, they dont mind opening another register to reduce wait times.

I had an extremely bad experience, not only did the management not schedule anyone to bag my groceries, the cashier was super slow and took 5 minutes to void one apple from my total. Also she dropped my produce on the floor after she had taken it out the bag and put it directly on the belt which is unsanitary.

WARNING!!Yesterday I picked up prescriptions. While sitting in the pharmacy area, a woman walks up with her kid in a cart. The kid tries to get the womans attention, but she ignored him. The kid urinated in the cart. She wiped it up off the floor, but did nothing about the cart. Im not shopping for anything in this store that will require me to use a shopping cart. Probably nothing at all. The sad thing is the problem with this store isnt the staff. The problem is with the customers. Every time I go in this store its some kind of hot mess lurking about. Ill drive to Douglasville from now on.

As far as Kroger go this one is OK. They force you to checkout in express or self checkout. The stock staff and seafood staff were very good. The bathroom has no soap, so I wonder how clean the employee hands are.

This is the best laid out Kroger that Ive ever been into very well-stocked even though some items that I normally shop for are no longer available at that store. The pharmacy staff is top-notch extremely friendly and very very customer-focused.

Pretty decent locale but FLOWERS I wouldnt recommend browsing the bargain bins here. Theyre not just a few days old, theyre badly bruised and moldy (and still $2/bunch for moldy flowers). Also, the fresh full price still lose a good bit of petals when picked up.Im a huge fan of Kroger for value on cut flowers, but I just wouldnt recommend this one for it. Their plants, fine. Rest of the store, great. I just thought Id warn anyone coming specifically for flowers to try a different store.

Ive been to many stores throughout the Cobb County area and this store needs some help. As soon as you hit the door the smell of seafood slaps you in the face uuuggghhh. Its so strong I couldnt shop I grabbed a few things and left because the smell was giving me a headache. Please figure out a way to mask that smell...thanks in advance.

The store itself is ok....however they tend to run out of sale items quickly, especially produce. The hot food in the deli case always looks old and dried out and they never have enough people to serve you.

New theft deterrent system on shopping carts needs to be fine tuned. Our cart would not allow us to take it out of the store. An employee had to unlock it before we could leave with our purchases.

I love Kroger however, all are not the same. I have found the ones in areas where housing is more expensive to be nicer, better stocked, and more registers are open. I also do not like how Kroger is now trying to limit the consumers ability to save money...only 1 coupon can be used and only on items that are regularly priced so couponing isnt that beneficial...its better at Publix for now.
