The staff and manager over the property was very polite and helpful. They made sure i was welcomed and all my needs as well as questions were met. I would recommend them to anyone. Great deals and customer service experience 👍🏾

I have been using Lithia Springs Storage now since May 2020. I have greatly enjoyed using their facility, as they have competitive pricing, and very accessible units. There are carts available for moving bulky items, if necessary. Ms. Lynn is always so pleasant and nice every time we speak!

The roaches are pretty bad here. Im not sure if its a new tenant but recently weve had to kill several roaches. The staff is very nice and friendly. But I dont like bugs. Its really creeping me out.The facility is well lit. Weve had a few issues with getting in the guiding. The customer service agent gave us a temp code once but the next time we had an issue they didnt help us. We were locked out on a Friday night. Im not sure if I would recc9mend this place. I the prices for storage are higher than any other storage facility. I asked the staff why, she said because their in high demand..buy Uhaul isnt as high, so we went there and rented another storage unit. Im dreding relocating but we need a bigger u it but the prices here are too high so we gotta move.

I have stored with Lithia Springs Self Storge for over 2 years now, my experience from day 1 has been nothing but positive. Ms. Lynn in the office has always been very pleasant, shes awesome, accommodating and down to business and I like that. They care about the upkeep of the facility which is always good to see.

Issues with roaches and entering the building. We really needed to get into our storage and tge door wouldnt open. It made us run late the following day.

Ive reserved a U-Haul truck two days in advanced Came up here early and they have given my U-Haul away!!!!

Clean facility, smooth process, no crazy smells. We stored our items there while in transition between homes. I was concerned were to place my great-grandmothers antique dining set. The storage is climate controlled and I did not have a problem with any of the items that were stored a the facility for a year. I would recommend the self storage to anyone.

I visited the office recently. The manager on duty Andy was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I was having trouble getting registered online. She helped me with my rental and we praticed social distancing to keep safe. The property is clean and very secure. I got the storage unit, some supplies and also rented a uhaul.

Ive had over a dozen storage units here in the Atlanta and Atlanta metro area since 2003. Lithia Springs Self Storage was my favorite for many reasons and why Ive used them exclusively for over 4 years now. Great prices. The entire facility is indoors and climate controlled. 24/7 access with no inconvenient gate hours, NO BULL!, Clean facility with lights that actually work and a clean restroom. Convenient location not far off the I-20 exit. Proper carts, handtrucks for helping you tote your belongings, truck rentals, moving and packing supplies, and last but not least they actually have friendly knowledgeable staff that listen to you, greet you by name, help you understand everything so theres no hidden fees charges penalties or tricks. I never once have worried about storing any of my belongings and valuables here. Most of the other facilities Ive done business with were considered good quality places and some arent bad at all but Lithia Springs Self Storage is hands down the best storage facility Ive ever used and absolutely would I use them again should I need to store anything. Part of me hopes I do need to store again just because I kinda miss the place. I hope you guys read this review yall have always been great and appreciated! Thank you so much Jasmine.
