Thomas has done an impressive work and I highly recommend him as a professional and very reliable sales representative.

I purchased a truck in April 2021 (one week ago). I bought the truck as is but with the caveat that it was guaranteed to crank and run. I sent a wrecker to pick up the truck because it was the only way I had to get it home. I got it back to my yard and the motor was locked up. I called back and they told me to pack sand. Im pretty sure multiple employees knew the motor was bad and conspired to defraud me. I have attached a screenshot showing the email I had with the sales rep that guaranteed the truck would run. I would not buy theses vehicles as there is a high probability they will hide problems to get rid of problem trucks.

Never completely fixed the problems after purchase. The 15 day guarantee promised if any concerns have the fixed within this window. Fraud operations.

Let me start by saying.... I would give this location a negative rating if I could.This location is by far the SLOWEST place on earth... The manager over the shop is just outright rude towards his PAYING CUSTOMERS. Took over 35mins just to get fuel. There is always an excuse for any issues brought up to the manager. They could careless about their customers hours of service restriction & will waste as much of your H.O.S as they can!!! If I wasnt forced to fuel at Penske....I WOULD NEVER use them!!So if you like not having your time wasted & being treated like your an APPRECIATED CUSTOMER. I would suggest you go elsewhere. This location is not that by any means.
