The location was convenient and the pricing was fair in the beginning but it was only temporary. No option for climate control units, so I had cobwebs and dust on everything. My items were only stored for 8 months. The staff were very nice though and courteous.

The facility was always clean and utility carts were always available when needed. Also, there were a couple of times that I could not remember the gate access and had to inquire within the office. The staff were always professional during every visit.

We had to quickly get a storage unit during construction of our house and this location made everything so easy! We even lost the keys to the lock and had to go in for a new one and they quickly cut the old one off. Clean location with GREAT customer service!Thank you!!

Im very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism, not to mention I got a note that is failed to attach my lock properly and if I couldnt fix the problem they would cut my lock and replace it. While that would have been a pain, I caused the problem, and Id much rather buy a new lock than lose my valuables!! Thanks Cube Smart!

I got 2 storage spaces due to availability, one here and one with a different company. This place is like the Hilton, and the other is a motel six. And I pay the same price. Its nuts. This place is so clean, theres a bathroom if you need it, the temperature is the climate control is good, and the place doesnt smell funky. The other place does. I price checked everywhere from douglasville to the perimeter up to mableton. This is the best space for the money. Highly recommended.

The Employees are very nice! The Move-In and Move-Out process went easy and smooth.

They constantly raise fees and have no appreciation for their customers. The communication is aweful. I could write a book, been on and off the phone between, customer care and everyone else that would listen to my list of complaints.

Brittany Rice at the Lee Rd location in Lithia Springs, GA was extremely helpful. I went in thinking I wanted the smallest hint they had but I had never used a storage unit before so that size ended up being too small. Brittany showed me 3 different sized units and worked with me to determine the best one to suit my needs. She was very patient and very helpful! If you go to the Cube Storage at 1636 Lee Rd! Ask for Brittany! She’s awesome!!!

My review is low because prices have gone up two times in the middle of a pandemic. While other companies are offering a percentage break, yall are giving out percentage increases. My unit went from being $86 to now $112 according to this letter I just got. This absolutely ridiculous. How do yall think this is ok? No worries Ill take my business to a company that has values and morals because clearly yall dont!

Cube Smart doesnt care about their customers during a pandemic or in general. I understand if we were in normal times but people its a PANDEMIC!!!! I did get my stuff out right before Auction for a $950 fee. Dont rent here!! They dont deserve your money.

I initially signed up for the storage unit online, I made a reservation for a 10 x 15. Once I came to the location to look at the unit they told me that they did not have any 10 x 15’s available even though I had a reservation. They did however say that they had a 10 x 20 available, looking at the storage unit size I could tell it was not 20 feet long. I told the lady that there’s no way that this unit is 20 feet long she informed me that it is, I had to go and get a tape measure from my truck to show her that it was indeed 15 feet long. She told me that they would have to fix it in their computer and then I can come back the next day and reserve the unit, which I did. While setting up my account they try to force me into purchasing insurance from them, only after inquiring did I find I can use my homeowners insurance. I requested that my account be set up on auto pay, after one month I received a notice that my payment was still due. I called the location and the lady was apologetic and told me she would get the auto pay set up for me. After the second monthly payment was due I received a past due notice for the previous month, I called the location and the gentleman told me that they cannot set up auto pay over the phone and that the lady I spoke to the first time was misinformed. He then told me he can waive the late fee in a tone which was not so friendly as if I was the one who made the mistake. I ended up calling the corporate number to get the auto pay situation resolved, and by the way the gentleman who said he would waive the late fee never did that. I went ahead and paid it anyways, if it was not a burden to move all my things out of there I would have done so immediately I will never do business with this location ever again.

Tiwauna is best! I visited Cubesmart today to pay for my unit but I left my bank card at home. She was so patient and professional throughout the process and she even gave me a Cubesmart cardholder to attach to the back of my cell phone so that I can keep up with my card.I called before coming and she was just as courteous on the phone. I have been using cube storage for six months and since the first visit my experience has been great. This is my first storage experience and was happy that Brittany and cube storage has made this pleasurable. This location offers packing supplies, boxes, locks and tape.

Staff was wonderful! I went to check out the units before renting and Quansye was super helpful. Showed me multiple sizes and answered all my questions. Was really knowledgeable and upfront about the process. I was really impressed at the time. Place seemed really clean and secure. One of the worst scenarios happened. I went to go get my stuff out of storage and to my surprise, there was a red lock on my storage. I could not get into my storage. My account is up to date and has been for weeks. I live in California. I came to get My stuff. When choosing this facility, I was assured that if any complications arised they have an emergency personnel who could be dispatched to deal with these situations. I understand human error happens, I was not only inconvenienced but also disrespected. There was no sort of compromise or care towards this unfortunate situation. The Manager Decourdey Harris gave so many excuses and refused to speak with me even after the operator Nick asked him to explain to me why accessing my storage unit the same night would be a problem.His excuse he gave the operator was that he was 30 miles away. I had just driven 110 miles from Columbus Ga to the Lithia Springs location. I literally gave these people my personal information, which I did not have to. I let them know I had to get to the airport at 6am Jan 27 to fly back to California. The only solution was that the storage would be open the next day at 9:30 a.m. I arrived at the facility at 6pm Jan 26, 2020. It was a very reasonable request especially since it was still early in the evening. My account has been up to date since Jan 6. It is Jan 27. This facility definitely needs someone to come in and handle management who dont value customers. Hopefully this gets to Jessica Thomas or Corporate to handle this.

Nice clean and friendly facility. Thats the good. I have a 40 foot camper that needs to be stored. They assured me that they had a spot. They did have a spot but good luck getting it in or out. I even tried one if their pricier 50 foot spots. Here is a little secret folks: no matter how good a driver you are, if your parking spot has no room left or right, you will never get your rig in or out without smashing into the vehicles on either side. That parking spots also have insufficient angles. If you have a very small rig then this is your place. Just hate being told that they can accommodate me only to find out that they cant.

Staff is great and facility is always clean. Never had any issues with my unit. Can pay online, and speak with customer service in addition to going to the facility.

This is a very well-kept facility. The staff there (Ms. Ruth and Mr. Chris) goes above and beyond to make sure that every tent recieves the finest quality of customer service. I have been renting a storage from this facility for over eight years so that alone should speak for it self, but also it is alway keep clean, nice, and neat. I havent had any problems out of the time that I have been at the storage and I love the fact that they have 24 hour security with the local sheriff officers that patrols the premises at night.
