These guys have done a lot of work on my old 83 Scrambler and they do good work.

My family has dependended other all my life. Will never go anywhere but there.

The owner can be a grouch but their prices are normal/fair, and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Not only that, they changed out both cv axels on my equinox in less than 3 hours after I dropped it off. If time, quality, and accurate pricing is important to you, its a good auto shop. If youre someone who values fake smiles and empty gestures, this aint the place for you. They work hard and dont have time to be prince charming for you. They shoot straight and tell it like it is. No haggling.

Theyre always professional and courteous about my time and need of my vehicles. I appreciate that.

I had used them before and I dont remember him being so mean, but I had my car towed there on a Monday and never heard from him and I called twice and by Friday he hasnt even looked at my car. Yelled at me and said I can come get it and he hung up on me. I had my car towed to another garage and it was fixed the next business day. I guess he doesnt need the business. He will never get mine again.

I have had many vehicles serviced here from oil changes to major work. All done in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful and great to work with and have come to be like family. Tim and Marsha are wonderful caring folks. I would recommend them to take care of any vehicle problems you may have, or just for the simple oil change!!!

Fast service, but high prices...

Weve had our vehicles serviced here over 10 years, and my in-laws have been with Tisdale Garage longer than that. Theyve treated us fairly, they have reasonable charges, and always try to work with our schedules. I wont go anywhere else for auto repair. I trust them to do what needs to be done and not gouge us or add imaginary repairs.

I was charged 5 times what the estimate was and threatened to keep my truck when I didn’t pay it in cash. Then later realized the work had not been completed and left my truck without parts. Use this shop at great risk!

Turns out that Tim Smith is the biggest crook in Little Rock. I will never do business with them again. He’s rude and unprofessional.

There is no other garage I would take my car to--Tisdales keeps it in great shape. All their employees are courteous and helpful. I have used them for years and highly recommend them!

I broke down in my tractor trailer at their front door. While thats not what they fix they were kind helpful and left me with a good feeling.If I lived near here they would be my first choice. Top notch people.

Wish I could give zero stars. Their fake reviews fooled us, dont be fooled by them. My wife had them replace our radiator and then it gave out on her a week later. Cost was higher than normal but they said they could get us in right away so we went ahead and did it. She was stranded on side of road with car overheating a week after they fixed it. Went to another shop to get it looked at and the new shop had to re-install things properly for our new radiator because it wasnt done right the first time. Will never recommend or go to this place again! cost us a lot a money to fix their mistake.

Do not go here unless you want to spend extra money fixing their mistakes. I had to take my car to the dodge dealership to fix the problems that this place caused. It cost me extra money and time off of work. Dont let the mechanics here work on your vehicle. And Do Not listen to the bogus reviews on their website.
