Staff here does a great job even when severely understaffed. Hopefully cleaning the bead surface fixes the low pressure issue long term.Listened to a very irate, unreasonable customer rant and rave, Brian handled the situation very professionally and, in the end, the customer seemed to understand the situation and was satisfied. Should have been taped and used as a positive lesson in customer handling.

Never been to any automotive-related business, let alone a tire store, that treats its customers as well as Belle Tire on Middlebelt in Livonia…honest evaluations, top service, and exceptional customer care! BTW, the new Falkens on my wife’s Compass look great…

This Belle Tire location is close to my house and very convenient. Matt and Mark did a great job. Friendly and fast. Even though they were busy, I dropped my car off for service and it was done in a couple of hours. They called me promptly to let me know my vehicle was ready. Overall, a 5-star experience. Thank you Belle Tire @ 7 and Middlebelt in Livonia. Ill be back.

They installed my windshield, when I took my car in for having 3 flats (wouldnt hold air) go to pick it up and 2 of my tires were flat. Still didnt hold air. And the windshield whistles so they didnt install it properly.

This location is well managed. Throughout my 10 years in the area, theyve repaired/patched my tires 3 times for free, never caring if I bought them there or not. After calling and visiting several places, including Belle Tire locations, Jeff was able to get my daughters car in for a wheel alignment. Its her first car and I wanted the job to be done right. Jeffs attitude and personality was awesome. He made all the hectic disappear. Jeff is willing to answer all your questions and make sure you are satisfied.Jeff said to expect to be there for an hour and a half. So, I got comfortable and expected to wait. Within 40 minutes I was back on my way to finish my errands.The store is clean, organized and has plenty of seating for guests if needed. Honestly if your looking for tires do not go here, I bought 4 brand new tires and the day the said they was gona be in the store ended up taking another day so I waited for nothing. When they finally got the tires they was the wrong size so they said they would upgrade me at no cost for the mistake but in the end they charged me and extra 100 plus for them and it wouldnt have been a big deal if they helped me out with correcting a random air bump that appeared but they said to contact the company and figure it out myself. I absolutely regret going here I shouldve just listened to my friends who recommended discount tire as they wouldve help me out

Emergency flat tire as I was passing by my Belle Tire store. Jeff had to order the tire, but said it would be done by closing. I got a call about 3 pm letting me know that an alignment would be a good idea. Considering the age of the vehicle, I agreed. The car was ready by 5, well before closing, and at the time I had a ride back to my Belle Tire store. My family has been taking cars here for at least 30 years, and we have always been very happy with the kind, thorough service from everyone!!

I have been to this location a few times for brakes and for tire concerns. My most recent visit was 11-27-19. I am an early bird so I arrived as soon as it opened. I was greeted by a worker by the name of Matthew. Super nice and informed me right away that it would be a little while before my tire would be worked on because of work that was still left over from the prior day. I completely understood. I know how it usually goes in an auto center.The wait was a tad bit longer than what I expected. Long story short, my vehicle wasnt ready until the afternoon. The manager I am assuming, as well as Matthew apologized for the delay. I truly appreciated it.This was the only reason I rated it with 4 stars instead of 5.Very clean shop with refreshments available if you wanted them.The only thing I would like to see improvement on is for the staff to inform the customers possibly on the hour if their car is being serviced or if there is still a long wait. I waited 2.5 hours before I was informed that my car hadnt been looked at yet.Other than that, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Very nice and polite staff.

Theres another tire place across from Belle that I went to first only because the turn was easier.That place tried the classic there is no way this can be fixed, but look at the tires we have for sale scam. Exacy the same thing they tried on me maybe 15 years ago. Once a snake, always a snake.So I went across the street to Belle. Oh, thats an easy one. I said thats what I thought. That other shop said that its irreparable. They said yeah, they always say that. So, less than 15 minutes later, Ive had a cup of tea, my tire has been healed, and Im on the road.When I did need new tires, guess where I went.

I bought tires from Belle Tire a couple years ago. I had a nail in a tire that needed to be fixed. Dropped it off and after a few hours went to pick up the repaired vehicle. The cost, zero dollars! How great is that?

Paul is amazing and lord knows he and my Malibu were almost on speed dial with how often I was there. My new car is treating me well so I am not there as after but whenever we go we never have an issue. They have always been great about timing and quick to service. The times they give as estimates are always pretty spot on.

I went to this Belle Tire on Livonia on Middlebelt because I had a warranty problem with my tires. I was introduced to Colin who is a manager. He helped me out a great deal told me which tires were best for my vehicle scheduled me a date to come in and as promised my car was ready when he told me to. He gave me excellent service I did buy a tire warranty from Belle Tire because I will go back. I received the type of services that makes you want to come back and get excellent service again especially like the service that Colin delivered today!

Had a bad experience at Metro 25/Firestone. Decided to go back to Belle tire and happy I did. They repaired my new tire for no charge even though I purchased from Firestone, who I cannot trust to do anything mechanical to any of my vehicles. Im glad my other 2 vehicles have Belle tires on them, and a warranty that means something.

Zero customer service! If you pay them to fix a leaky valve stem and they make it worse by installing the wrong valve stem that doesnt go to your car... they will not refund it, they will make you come back multiple times and pretend like your not there and after waiting several hours tell you they wont have time to get to it today. Total scam! Do not go to this location

First I want to say kudos to Belle Tire for still offering an exceptional service as free inspections to established and potential customers. Usually when a company mentions FREE there is a catch to it.I took my vehicle in about 3 weeks ago to have a brake inspection completed. Not only did I receive a FREE brake inspection, I also received a FREE and thorough inspection of my suspension system as well.Originally, I was going to have an independent mechanic (a.k.a street mechanic) complete the work but price comparatively Belle Tire beat him hands down. I say this because Belle Tire will warranty their work and parts for up to 2 years. There is no way I could get that degree of support from an independent mechanic. Should anything happen within the next 2 years, I have a written guarantee that they will stand behind the cost of labor and parts associated with that repair.I left my vehicle on a Saturday and was expecting it to be returned no later than that following Monday or Tuesday. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the passenger side headlight was hanging out of its cradle (?).God Bless Matt because although he was visibly upset that me and my son were both raising our voices at him, he still maintained a pleasant and calm demeanor. God knows it was not his fault but in the moment of seeing my vehicle in a condition I did not leave it in, I was more in shock than angry about the situation. Matt is truly a gentle, kind, decent and caring soul. The respect I have for this gentleman is on a greater level than it was when I first encountered Matt to discuss the replacement of my brakes. In retrospect, he honestly deserves an apology for how he was treated but I dont have the courage to look him in his face and give him what he rightfully deserves - ergo this review.Not knowing what was going to happen, I made a call to Corporate and left a message about the situation in an effort to obtain more information about the investigation process Matt mentioned to me.Needless to say, Corporate gave the Store Manager - Jeff, permission to have my light replaced at no cost to me. I cant say enough positive things of the staff at Belle Tire - Livonia.What I have learned:(1) Do not be so quick to b accusatory. Allow people to right their wrongs before attacking them - give them the benefit of doubt and see what they will do from there.(2) A cool head is better than a hot tongue. There is nothing that calm, logical, rationale people cannot resolve if everyone is allowed to be heard and most importantly respected.(3) Last but not least, there are two very important people no one shouldever mess with:a. The people who have to fix your food.b. The people who have to repair your vehicle. I am not implying aprofessional would put someone in danger by sabotaging the repairbut you never know and you can never tell. The customer just mightend up with someone who has nothing to lose and really do notcare what happens if your vehicle is not safe and road worthy. Soerr on the side of caution - ditch the attitude of entitlement and becivil.(4) Ish happens - so take pictures of your vehicle inside and out. A picture is really worth those 1,000 words.To the team at Belle Tire - Livonia -- Keep up the magnificent work and thank you for your graciousness.

Just moved here and was looking for a new tire shop. Went here on the recommendation of a friend. Dropped in on a weekend and they were able to fix a flat in a few hours. Store was clean and staff was friendly and kept my car clean. Prices are very reasonable. I will be back when I need new tires.

I had a screw in my tire and they told me I had to get new tires. I got these tires last month from another place. I just went to bell tire for convenience. After they told me that, they threw my spare on and I went to the other place. Apparently, when a screw is In the center of the tire, it’s an easy patch. I got it fixed for free else where. Not only did they not fix an easy patch job, when they put my spare on, they didn’t even top it off. I had to go to speedway to fill it up. It was at 20psi and spares run at 60. So yeah, don’t go to this one.

I have had two great experiences at this location. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced and since it’s a rare model, it had to be ordered. Belle Tire was the only one that promised to have it in shop overnight while other places told me up to a week. A few months later my tire had a nail stuck in it, they fixed the flat and didn’t even charge me! Great staff, and amazing customer service!

Its hard to find a good alignment tech these days - someone who doesnt just try to get in the green with a toe and go. This locations tech is great, very knowledge, and knows how to do things right. This location has definitely earned my business.

I was the 4th person in line when Bell Tire opened up for a Simple Nail in the Tire job. My car was a rental I sat waiting for 3hrs until I asked when will I be serviced. Rude! Rude! Wont be back!

I have always been satisfied with the service and repair work. They have seats so can wait in comfort. They answer questions and explain things to those of us who dont understand. Service is good and everyone is polite.

Today I was on my way to Belle Tire to have one of my tires checked and I hit a deep pot hole and another tire went completely flat. I have Bridgestone Tires which I purchased from Belle Tire 2 years ago. So I was able to drive to Belle Tire with ease. I received service from the manager Paul who I loved. This was my second time this year receiving excellent service from him and staff. Thank God I have warranty on my tires because I had to purchase a new tire. My second tire had a nail in it, which they were able to retrieve without any damage to the tire. I receive and have always receive awesome service from Belle Tire. Kudos to Paul and the excellent workers at Belle Tire.

This is what this people works in location. Two faced. When my car was needed new tires which was previously purchased and installed by Discount Tire, I thought they were very nice. It was easy to make appointment and all. After my purchase 4 sets of tire, it was straight disappointment.1. They screwed up the work. 3 days after installation, I noticed my rear tires are losing pressure. less than 2 weeks since tire got installed, I had to stop by Belle Tire shop 3 times to put more air into the tires.2. Belle tire self service machine was broken. My second visit to Belle Tire (where my tire got installed), the screen of air pressure machine is broken, I cannot read that pressure it was set on. I reported that to Assistant Sales Manager Jeff, he walked out with me and verified that screen got messed up. But he insisted that machine is defaulted at 32 PSI, but I was hesitant to use the machine since it appeared that they are not maintaining the machine well. So he said he will put air manually by himself with visible frustration on his face as if I am annoying customer. And he put pressure 34 PSI whereas Honda Accord recommend 30. Nice, very professional Belle Tire!!!!!3. Since I had to put air twice in short period, I suspected that there are something wrong with tires. So I asked Jeff for appointment after 4 PM due to working. As he visibly frustrated with me, he said there is no appointment available, without even checking screen (I can see the computer screen). But I did not protest, so I ask what he recommend I should do? He said come Saturday early morning without setup appointment. So I went this Saturday before 9AM (This is after my 3rd stop for air). When I saw Jeff and said I here for check up, he told me casually, as if he saw me for first time, there is 9 cars front of me. Losing my confidence at Belle Tire and this location particular, I left after expressing my frustration.With this experience, I realized that I missed Discount tire. Sure, not every stores are the same. But how this Belle tire store treated me, I cannot help but judging Belle Tire. If I can refund this purchased tires, I will go straight to Discount tire even if I had to pay about $100 more for 4 sets of tire. (The price was main reason I chose Belle Tire, assuming that service quality would be the same. I was so wrong)

They are always too busy. Whatever time you come, their answer is always the same: it will take 3-4 hours or come another day. No matter whether it is a 15-minute car inspection or just patching a nail hole in a tire, or something more serous that requires more attention and longer time.They could perhaps make two lines: one line for short-time services and the other one for other issues. But it does not look like they care of organizing their service better. So, dont go there, they are always too busy, reduce their workload. (And this is true for the other Belle Tire shops in the area too, so you better to search for other shops to take care of your car needs.)

Jeff, who I assume is the manager of this location is notoriously rude every single time I visit belle tire. The first time I came to this location they were visibly busy and I can understand the employees being a little frustrated so I didn’t think much of it but after having to deal with him the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th time I’ve come to realize it’s just who he is as a person. I do not understand how a company as reputable as belle tire would ever put a man like this in a position where is constantly talking to customers. After this I will taking my business elsewhere until this terrible human being is let go from this location, what an a**hole

Paid them to fix flat and rotate tires. I chalked the tires and could see they never rotated it. They tried to charge me for the rotation. I guess if you go here make sure to watch them do the work.

Great experience with this location. Staff highly informative in preference and necessity of tire selection. Paul got my Scat pack up to par with great insight on my needs to decrease wheel spin, at a lower cost per tire as well!

I made my selection using their online service, then went to the store to pay and have them install. Everything went perfectly. They had my tires there ready to install. Inspection found I need just a little bit of an alignment to make it perfect. All this was done in the estimated time.

Walked in 15 minutes before they closed on the busiest day of the year so far. I had a tire light on that had just came on on my way home from work. I had 2 tires mounted and balanced here to find in the morning I had 2 flat tires I put air in the and went to work (Im a mechanic I just dont have tire machines ) I checked the tires for leaks and found that they didnt tighten the valve stems Im pretty sure that they are supposed to make sure the tires are not leaking air before they put them on the car

I have stopped at Belle Tire on Middlebelt a number of times to have my tire pressure checked. Every time, I had assistance without waiting long (or at all) by very pleasant technicians (yesterday it was Josh) who got the pressure check done quickly, and let me know if any tire was low and needed attention. I trust these guys and appreciate the attention --- when its time for new tires, Belle Tire is where Im headed.

Charged me 75 dollars to replace my leaking valve stem with a rubber one ($4 part) and my tire is still leaking air. I have went up there twice since and it’s always so busy that I would have to wait a couple of hours. Now I have to take my car to another shop and pay to have it fixed. $75 wasted.

We were 4 1/2 hours from home and had a flat tire after our sons baseball game. We change the flat and took the tire down the street to Belle Tire. Got there 15 minutes before they closed, but the patched the tire and put it back on quickly and we were in our way. Great customer service.

This place only stays open by scamming the customers that dont know any better, dont be one of them! I had just gotten a ridiculous quote from the Firestone down the street saying that my starter was draining my battery. (never heard of a starter draining a battery). But when i called Belle Tire, my man Troy Stokes picked up the phone and everything was all good from there!It started off with just a little cordial conversation about how the day was going! He did a great job of instilling confidence that I could trust him, and Im so glad that I did! Not only did he found out that the reason i brought it in was just because of the battery, but he also helped me fix up my steering problem.The best part though, and the reason i will probably forever go to this Belle Tire, was when i came to pick up the car Troy let me know that he checked the tires out and saw that they could have benefited from a rotation, which he threw on top for me! I hadnt even mentioned my tires, but he went the extra mile to help me out, and i truly appreciate that!Troy Stokes is an AMAZING asset to you guys shop, and he is 100% the reason I will continue to come back for my vehicle maintenance!

My experience here was amazing! I work very strange hours and only had a short time to stop in and have my tires balanced. I called the day before and spoke with the Manager Paul, he told me to stop in and tell whoever I spoke to that he promised to fit me in a.s.a.p. So I arrived and spoke with Jeremy who was very kind and understanding and told me it would not be a problem. I gave them my keys and 30 minutes later I was driving away with all four tires balanced. Their pricing was also the best I found from Canton to Novi which added to the great experience. Another big thanks to Paul and Jeremy!

Horrible experience I waited 5hours for a safety check of my car after explaining I work midnights and needed to go home to sleep before I had to be back to work. I had an appointment and still was made to wait all day. Called corporate received a call back. But never heard about what was going to be done about the incident. Manager at the time was very disrespectful of my time. Then had the nerve to just let me sit even after all coustomers had been taken care of and shop was empty.

Im getting a worse experience each time I go. Sometimes you can get a really nice helpful guy. Then others its like they could care less about helping you. One guy tried to convince my husband I bought my tires at walmart so we would have to buy a new tire when it was under warranty. Until he ran my number and it came up. Hopefully they step up there game.

Scammers!!! They put $ over customer service and will try to weasel any extra dollar out of you! Needed ONE new tire, but they tried to tell me that I would need to buy 2 so the tread would match. First off, this is a lease that is due in 3 months and barely has 10,000 miles! Of course walked out and went to 2 more tire places that told me that is complete BS they just wanted an extra $200, and bell tire is infamous for these types of scams! They wanted an extra buck from me and would have gone and sold my almost brand new tire! Shame on you Bell Tire. You lost a potentially loyal customer and everyone I know.
