Glass America poorly installed my windshield. Glass America left debris inside my vehicle. This company was unable to perform a recalibration of my windshield mirror therefore it had to be done at the dealership. Glass Americas credit card and payments were declined multiple times at dealership after recalibration was completed and insurance company provided the funds to them. This company did not properly install camera and rear view mirror hence rear mirror and camera unattached from windshield. I would not recommend Glass America for windshield repair or replacement.

The Livonia location is awesome! The staff is top notch, the service is great and they did a fantastic job with the chip in my windshield. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I used this company to replace my windshield. Front office was great at setting the appointment, tech communicated throughout the day and was on-time at my work address. We did have one minor issue, which I put in the questionnaire after the job was complete. Within 2 minutes of submitting it, I had 2 people call my cell phone. One was the regional manager John Kennedy. Very professionally apologized, took ownership, and corrected the issue. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I need a windshield replaced.

I had a great experience working with Glass America. I called them and they were able to quickly connect with my insurance company to see what my cost would be to get a few cracks/chips in my windshield repaired. They were able to send a tech out the next day to my office so that my windshield could be repaired right in our parking lot. Dave was the name of the tech that was sent out. He was super friendly and clear in describing what needed to be done for the repair.

Quick, curteous, honest & priced well! Spoke with three other glass companies who all told me I would have to replace the moldings on my windshield as well for an additional $150 or more. Glass America told me they had never had to replace them on my specific vehicle, and they only had to be replaced if they broke - they were done in less than a half house and no moldings had to be replaced! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!

I used Glass America quote for a new windshield and instantly recevied a phone call, and was able to schedule it the next day. They said they would be here around 11:00-1:00 and they were here at 11:03 which was amazing! They grind down some of the rust I had on the top of my car and painted over it to slow down the rust with no extra charge, hands down would recommend this amazing place as I had trouble finding the right windshield company who does quality work but at a fair price. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

At first I thought this place was going to be great, then when the day of my scheduled appt came I changed my mind completely! I was told I would get a call between 8:30-9:30 AM which I did but was told I wouldnt actually be taken care of until between 11-1PM. @ 12:30 the guy calls me to ask where I am since he cant find my location (shelby township) which he was given or put in a livonia address. Then he laughed, said well there no way Im going to be able to do that today, Im heading to lansing. Furious as to why he even had a livonia address bets me! I was told by the rude rep, Judy that it wasnt there fault and ill just have to reschedule after waiting all day for NOTHING. The entire time she had attitude and then said, well are you even going to answer when the call? excuse me lady? I sat around for hours answering every call! The next day, I didnt even get a call! I had to call them!!!! Im not happy with the work, it is still very noticable, the 2 reps I spoke to, Juan and Judy were extremely rude! I will never go thru this company again nor refer anyone ever! Thanks for nothing!!!

Schedule was between 1-3pm. Arrived 1:05 pm done in 40min.

Driver called at 730am to say he was going to be over a hour late. Than BS that could change out windshield glass due to light bar, No one ever asked if I had a light bar. Total BS. Total lack of customer service. I would never recommend. Never even received call from supervisor to explain, just some tech talking to me like I’m a moron! I’m sure I’m not the 1st guy to have a lightbar on a jeep. Total waste of time. They make you do a 3 way call about payment! Maybe they should ask questions about the job!
