Had my windshield replaced. Everyone was very nice and the installer did a good job on the actual windshield, but scratched up my truck pretty bad. I did call them out on it, they offered to look at it, but I knew they Ultimately would not pay to have both of my fenders wet sanded. I have professional quality buffers and products. They wouldnt touch these scratches. Be careful.Funny part is the installer made a comment on how nice my truck was and you dont see them like this anymore.

I dropped off a 1x2 aluminum framed shed window, needed glass replaced, had a slight bend in frame. After having for 4 days and not responding to messages, I drove to store. Receptionist gave me back window not repaired, told me the bent frame made it unfixable. I made a couple calls, Dan at Dans glass in Wayne told me to bring it by. I dropped it off, 3 hours later he had it ready to go. Dan cuts plate glass in his shop, most others send the work out. Glass DR should have called me the next day if this simple repair was beyond their capabilities. Window is back in shed 100%, thanks to Dans Glass

Save yourself the frustration and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Long story short, I got my windshield replaced and the first technician ‘Joe’ did an absolute horrible job. When I say horrible job I am talking uneven gaps from the glass to the body side to side, the plastic cladding along the bottom not fitted properly, a stress crack in the replacement windshield (that he didnt even notice), visible black urethane adhesive residue on the bright red paint AND he scratched my car.I am absolutely bummed about the damage to my car which is not easy to fix and expensive to do so properly. I see another review also mentioned that their car was scratched so apparently you can expect this type of work at Glass Doctor of Livonia.I will never let Glass Doctor touch my car again.

4/9/2020I had a small chip on my windshield. Nick sealed the chip quickly and I was out of there in no time. He actually noticed another chip that I wasnt aware of and he fixed it, no charge. Great service, great work, what else can I say.

I received nothing but great customer service with my recent windshield replacement. The technician came out to my office and installed my new windshield in about a half hour for about $100 cheaper than any competitor price I could find. When I discovered a defect in the piece of glass a couple of weeks later (not the fault of Glass Doctor - just a manufacturing defect), these guys replaced the windshield again for no charge without any questions asked. During the second install, an accident occurred where a small part of the interior of my car was damaged, and everything was quickly repaired, good as new. These guys really stand behind their work and their technicians, and they gave me such a great level of service throughout this process. I really appreciate their commitment to making every customer happy (even if that means putting in a little extra work for free), and I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement.

The shower doors were exactly what we were hoping for. Just beautiful! The installation process was actually much quicker than I had imagined, and they work perfectly. On 2/12/2019 I made an appointment to have my rear windshield replaced. I was told that someone would call me and the windshield would be replace the same day. No one called and no one showed. on 2/13/2019 I took my car into the shop. I have a 2016 MKX which is mostly computer operated. I only looked at the back of the windshield and did not test anything else. On 2/14/2019 when I tried to open my trunk nothing was working, the trunk would not open the remote control did not work, glass was all over the place. My back seat was left down and broken glass was all over that. My new car was a mess and for $325. I visited hell and suffering along with anger. I called the dealership and made an appointment to have my car repaired. The people at Harmon did not warn me or notify me of this before touching my car. They did not tell me about the problem (my door was messed up) after completion and before payment for work done. No one told me nothing. When I took the car back there was not apology or concern for my problem that Harmon the Glass Doctor created for me. I was asked the question? no one told you this would happen when you were on the phone? I am angry because if I had been told of all things that could/would go wrong I would of made a better decision of where to take my car. Now I want Restitution. Do not take a new car to this shop. The technician only knows old cars before 2001. Do not trust these people. Test all the functions of your car. I am going to file a claim with the small court to try and get back all additional money I must pay to get my car back in working condition. Do not look at what they charge and remember you get what you pay for. This business is in the hall of shame.

Excellent service right at my home.

I called them and someone was supposed to come out to my house between 9 am and noon on 3/5/17 to give an estimate and no one showed up. I called at noon and they said someone will be there before 2 pm and still no one showed. I took a day off from work and sat at home waiting for these folks to come. Will not use them.

I have a transit connect and replacing the windshield is really hard. They got the work done in under 90 minutes for less than the other companies that quoted. The guy at the front desk was really decent to the older customer in front of me.

I went in for a chip repair. Paid them $50 and drove away with it looking the same but them telling me that it was the best they could do. A couple of weeks later went to another place that told me that nothing was even done at all and for another $50 they did an amazing job. I would never go to this ace again.

One of their techs came to my house to replace a shattered door-wall and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out! He was a pleasant young man who really seemed to care about how it looked and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I came in for windshield replacement. it was fast and no need to wait for a long time, one-year warranty is provided for free replacement if the windshield breaks again. Nothing abnormal so far on the new windshield, it is from PGW by the way.

It was a emergency sitiuation when i called and they were there to repair within 24 hours.
