Biggest Nightmare when you are 400 miles away from home and Driving a Tesla with no spare .That’s what happened with me . Tesla repair center is about 3 hrs away, no tires available of the size I needed .Steve Shannon tire went above and beyond to help me and gave me a equivalent tire so that I can reach my Destination.Great job, Really Appreciate the help I Got .If I have to give them I will give them 1000 point of Excellence .

I took my vehicle in to get an alignment and my tires balanced and it took almost 3 hours to do that. While driving home my car was still shaking so I called them and asked if they balance my tire they said the didnt know that I could bring it back and they would check it.. I looked and all the same old weights are on my tired. So 3 hours to do half the job. And I even asked before I left if it was all done and they said yes..

I went to Steven Shannon across from the theater there in downtown Lock Haven. Covid is at its peak so very few places are open at the time. I head to Steves here to get an oil change, insane that it cost close to $90 for an oil change but thats alright.

Everyone there is very Kind.... Management and Everyone of the machanics... !! They are also straight Forward... Great Group of Guys... !!

These guys have awesome customer service. They could not do enough to repair our tires when we had a blowout. Anyone can sell you tires but what makes it great is the service behind the sale. Thanks guys you are the best!

My girlfriend and I have gone here for inspections. Both visits were pleasant.1) Staff was professional, friendly, and respectful.2) Prices are reasonable.3) Their scheduling is pretty flexible and weve managed to fit in appointments with short notice easily. I only had a minor delay with my car once, when they were backed up.Overall, Id recommend for small jobs/light work/maintenance. I cant weigh in on larger jobs since I have not utilized them for that type of service yet.

Been coming here for years. Extremely friendly staff, they can normally fit you into their schedule and welcome walk-ins, good prices on service, what more could you want? A great quick stop shop for minor work and very competitive on tire prices when you include the free rotations.

I always choose this site for maintenance on my vehicle. Theyre very kind and honest about the work that needs to be done, and are very accurate with their lead times on repairs. My only negative feedback is that their phone system is sometimes hard to hear. Otherwise, I highly recommend them!!

Very happy! Found my car had a flat while at work. They had it fixed in under 90 min from the time I called them to when I picked it up. I am happy with their service, the price and the staff.

Very poor business. I got my truck service then 2 hours later the piece made noise. They dont put the correct back on. When I was traveling then had to go to another professional shop then they charged me another $600 for something the claim they didnt touch. Then when I called back to talk with manager then he got a attitude and then hung up in my face.. Very poor business .customer sercive is a must.

Took truck in for front end alignment they could not do the alignment an charged me $84.75 an vehicle pulls harder to the right off the road an I expressed that Facebook can fix things an the old guy at the counter called the police on me saying I threatened him bad shop to go get services dont dont go beware

Called on a Wed and told them I needed brake work done on a 2006 E250. They said they had 8 mechanics and to bring it by.Got there Thurs morning and alsoasked then to switch spare with a front tire. After waiting 3 hrs I was told I needed brakes and rotors (which I knew thats why I brought it in). Then they said I needed both wheel bearings and all 4 ball joints.Then they said they couldnt do the work till the following Mon. They also refused to do any work and told me not to come back. After I got upset because they tried to charge me for my own spare tireI took the van to Mr. Tire on Fri. Got work completed in 5 hrs. Work done: brakes, rotors, 1 frozen caliper and 1 wheel bearing repack.This means Steve Shannon lied about when they could do the work. Did not catch a frozen caliper. Did not know the bearing were not sealed bearings. Tried to charge me for unneeded ball joints and tried to charge me for my own spare. Then told me not to come back when they were found out.

Would not go back thats all I need to say damage. $1.000

Worst place.....Manger was rude..would not plug a tire ....insisted I bought a new one...a new one was not needed took tire to another garage an they were happy to have my busines will never do busines their again an will never send anyone their

These guys are as close to what you call mericle workers as it gets. When we broke down they pulled our vehicle in and knowing we were stuck there did everything they could do to get us off n going. Gret people. Cant thank them enough. And even undercharged us. Who does that these days. So thats my recommendation if you ever have even the slightest problem take it over to these guys I promise you you wont be disappointed. Theyll treat you right as a customer in every way.

Great places to get tires I need special order for my Camaro cause a lot of places dont carry cause they are expensive. They got them in and a appt set in just a few days. Didnt have to wait long at all.

Took our car In for and inspection they said 30 mins and took their time writing stuff up to get $100 per hour bc they were slow so never again going to this place.
