Ryan and the other guy (I forget his name) actually took the time to research and figure out why my engine light was on. Once they figured it out, they fixed it immediately. The last garage I went to just referred me to Ford, which charge way too much for labor. Thank you for taking the time to figure things out and get my car fixed. It didn’t cost as much as I thought it would too.I didn’t need a Ford garage after all!

I will not be recommending Twisted Metal Garage to anyone again. I am embarrassed at the way they have handled themselves with those I have referred. I am a customer service professional and the lack of communication and professionalism that the employees of this garage showed was atrocious.

Bought a car from them in February dont recommend them, was told it was just one code ended taking to our garage their are many things wrong with it going cost $$$$to get it fixed.

My car wouldn’t start, they towed it and I asked for a diagnostic and then repair. They said it was the battery and alternator, replaced both charging me 600$, and a day later my car will not start, their excuse is “some codes need cleared and it will start right up” but didn’t tell me what codes or fix the issue that is causing the codes to be read. Ridiculous.
