I went in for new tires and to make sure my car was ready for winter. Overcharged for everything and had my radiator flushed and hoses replaced $500 later, which didnt even have to be done. Watch out! Make sure you get a second opinion before agreeing to pay! Lesson learned!

Monro is alright. Never had any major work done here. I always get the oil change coupons in the mail and thats such a great deal. Either its rotation and oil change or oil change and windshield wipers for like 24.99.

Our perception is excessive charges/gouging. You be the judge! $1,530.64 (tax excluded) for 4 sets brake pads, rotors, remanufactured calipers fluids and labor. $382.66 per brake! My wife experienced this today.Again, you be the judge and beware!

My truck needed brakes and an inspection. I dropped it off and they called with an estimate. I gave them the OK to go forward with the job. In a few hours they called to say it was complete, and gave me the price.I went on line and brought a $20 coupon with me to pick up the truck.When I tried to give them the $20 coupon the store manager said that he already gave me a $50 discount! Looked over the bill with great detail and there is no discount there. Though the bill was what they told me over the phone. There was no mention of a discount until I showed up with my coupon. Long story short, they lied! Since this original post the manager called me on the phone and we discussed what had happened to me. To make a long story short, he made it right monetarily and I am now satisfied. Thank you Monro for caring enough to make it right!

Quick service. Friendly customer service. The guys are always willing to tell me whats wrong with my vehicle even if I cant afford it right away they tell me how dangerous it is to drive with something wrong. And I come back to them time and time again because of how knowledgeable they are.

Chris and mechanics went above and beyond and most certainly exceeded my expectations. Not only were they friendly, informative and thoroughly knowledgable. After a terrible experience with more than 12 visits after initial service (Mavis discount tire :Customers please BEWARE) they were able to correct an issue that was caused at prior repair shop(Mavis discount tire ). Monro Auto Service And Tire Centers will be my go to for all car services. If you want your car fixed properly the FIRST time take it to Monro Auto Service And Tire Centers!!!! What can I not say about this place. Its amazing the service is top of line and customer service is the best in Niagara County. Chris Monaco has one heck of crew. And Larry is the man who deserves alot of credit. He genuinely cares for the customers. When your vehicle goes down, its scary and unpredictable. Larry has very calm demeanor about him, and allows you to relax in a stressful situation. Larry always makes sure that he helps you a hundred percent and explains in detail what needs to be done. My truck was having a couple issues. Took it in and asked for a diagnosis. I could see they were very busy that day. Chris gave me a time of when they would have my car done, they called me almost to the minute of when Chris said they would. When I arrived to pick my car up Chris and his technician took the time to explain what they found. No pressure, no stress from these great group of guys. They spoke with me like they have known me for years, not like just another customer. Its not often you get that these days. Will definitely go there again.

Came in for my 120k miles on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I was expecting it to be expensive. It wasnt. If you want honest work for honest prices, then this place is it. My overall estimate was reasonable and the assessment and labor werent overly saturated. They indicated some parts that would need to be replaced in the future versus charging me now. The wheel alignment may need another go as the drifting to one side is still slightly present but no where comparable to what it was initially. Staff was extremely helpful and even gave me a ride after I dropped my vehicle off. Will be coming back here as they have a trustworthy establishment.

After going to this Monroe several times I had to write a review.Chris has always been one of the most helpful mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. He answered all my questions, explained everything out to me, and walked me through the costs of everything. He was more than extremely helpful.I will only ever come to this Monroe for my car, it’s the only place I trust.

Needed a simple inspection decided hey Id try these guys out they are more worried about pushing sales. 580 dollars to replace my break pads and a light bulb over my license plate. Checked the break pads my self they are still good. Ill be sure to go to my mechanic for my inspections from now on. Costed me 80 dollars for the bulbs,break pads and break fluid. Took me an hour to do everything enjoy the 21 dollars, wont ever go back to you guys again or any of your branches.

Chris was amazing and accommodated an appointment at the last minute despite being booked full. He was so compassionate and the facility was clean and inviting! Will definitely be coming back whenever I need anything!

I got an inspection done recently with manager christoph (name on the receipt) which said all of my brakes were too faded for safety. I know a thing or two about cars so I go ahead and take them apart, see that the ones I looked at actually would have passed, although low on life left. There is a guy that works there that I trust alot but I will never leave my car with Chris again. Also left me a $1000 invoice on a car I bought a year ago to replace parts that have already been replaced by the dealership upon sale and verified.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. I brought my car here for a simple oil change. Less than a week later my car started smoking and overheating, which it was not doing before. I opened the hood to find the coolant resivoir cap had been left partially off allowing the coolant to completely spray out of the tank. I called and was told how to put the cap back on. I brought it to the dealership to have them find out if there was any more damage due to their negligence and sure enough, there was a blown head gasket, among other things, that resulted in me having to buy a new car. I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone.

After scheduling an oil change online with another company only to be told I didnt have an appointment and would have to wait over an hour and a half before they get to my car, I drove to Monro where I was told my car would be DONE in less than an hour. 45 minutes later it was done and the tires rotated free. Ill be back

I took my truck here 6-2-18, 2007 Titan. I was quoted $1500 for front pads, rotors, calipers, rear rotors, and pads, rear shocks, alignment, and real axel seal.The old shocks are still on the truck(the bill said I declined them) the only thing I declined for now, was the exhaust that I asked them to quote me. They said they had to remove the bearing to get the seal off, but wouldnt be charged for the bearing. The bill says I was charged for the bearing and the seal.So they didnt change my rear shocks, and they charged me for the bearing anyway($187). Thanks Chris, its not a wonderful day at Monroe.I want my $187 for the bearing back and the cost of my shocks plus labor reimbursed.

Recently had some work done at the shop. Joshua was great and very knowledgeable about what repairs were needed.

I nave been taking my car here for the past 3 years, and have never once had a problem. They always squeeze me in (I never make appointments), and are honest with me about the work that needs to be done. About a year ago I brought my car in because I was worried about a noise it was making. The guy drove around with me to figure out what it was, identified the problem immediately, and told me it would be about $600 to fix it, but it wasnt necessary and my car would run fine without it. I appreciated the honesty and the time they took to help me, even though I wasnt buying anything.

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Always my first choice to go to when I need maintenance.

As always they help me out with whatever I need done on my vehicles. My wife and daughter also come here. My son will be soon.

Called to find out operating hours and inquire about the cost of an inspection. Was given the information, but never asked if I needed an appointment or wanted one. FYI, the sign says no appointment needed. Went up and was treated very rudely by the manager (?) who told me they were booked solid and I NEED an appointment. When I informed him I was not given the information when I called, I was told well we werent busy then.Wont go back.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Told the service manager one of my tires was low on air and ask to check it out. They rotated the tires, told me I needed 4 new tires and while they were at it, noticed I needed all new brakes and rotors. Told me my rotors were trashed at this point and was risking an accident. Also told me my Fuel Injection system was filthy and costing me money.1) All new brakes and rotors 399.002) 4 New tires 600.003) Fuel Injection service 129.95What they did not do was check the low tire or reset the TPMS.I took my car to the Chevy dealer and asked them to check it out.I did not need rotors, tires, or a fuel injection service and the tech told me to stay clear of Monroe as this is fairly normal practice of them. I had the dealer replace all 4 pads, fix my tire and reset the TMPS for 199.00. A far cry from the scam artist at Monroe.
