Rick from Norcal Auto Detail Supply helped me out over the phone. I couldnt believe how above and beyond he went to make sure to answer any questions that I had! Furthermore if I had any further questions once I received my product that he would be there to help out! I recommend talking to Rick and using them for your detailing products. BTW... the Nanoskin wash mitt and the Nanoshock spray WORKS AWESOME!!!!! The car looked like I buffed the whole thing in about 15-20 minutes!! So far this guy Flores customer service/knowing where the hell his employees are/saying he going to call back is all bull...so far. His website says he built his business from his customer service reputation, seriously? He tells me his son is going to meet me halfway then ignores my phone calls 15mins later. GREAT SERVICE GUYS! KEEP IT UP THIS IS A REPUTATION TO UPHOLD! Another load of crapp from another crappie company. Been in business since 1997 and still working out the garage huh fellas? Even the pictures on the dam website are crappy. Theres like 5 products that you carry, and you dont make none of them you buy them! As you can tell Im very unhappy and the bs because I run a company and if I ever relied on these guys to have or deliver a product my business would fail. Thanks for the reminder of how not to run an operation.
