Love this Place very professional and they do great body and paint work made my truck look brand new. The receptionist people keep you updated everytime the vehicle moves and I love it and huge thanks to Courtney and the other girl who kept updating me I believe Alyssa great company and employees would recommend 10/10

I dont think they care about the customers.i waited for a good 20 minutes when I came in to have them look at my car. Im here now to drop off my car and the girl said they are having their morning meeting so it would be awhile. Im here at 8:00 which is when they open. She said my appointment was at 8:30. Ive never been to this type of business where you cant drop your car. I will never agree to come here again! Its a huge waste of time!

My car had a fender bender and the insurance gave me two auto repair shops in Lodi from which I could choose. I call Certified and asked if I could bring my car down for an estimate. I gave the female receptionist my claim number and personal information and she informed me that estimates are done only by appointment and gave me an appointment 2 days from when I called. The following day I realized that I would be unable to make the appointment; I called and told the receptionist I need to cancel and is there any way I could just bring my car by instead of making another appointment days away? She said,. No. estimates can only be given by appointment. My reply to her was I would go elsewhere for repairs on my car because I cant keep waiting days just for an estimate therefore, I would need to find another shop. She told me that was fine and hung up. Certified Collision Center doesnt need your business. I suggest you go to a shop that cares about customer service.

I take my car there for quote to do repairsbut they never give the quote I call them three times and they said I will call you back next day with the quote but they didntI take my car to getweke collision and they and 45 minutes have the quote
