Outstanding service, best of the best. I had an issue with a Goodyear on my truck where a anomaly started forming on the treadwear of the tire. After dismounting it at a different shop I had contacted Goodyear and they gave me Mark‘s phone number for the warranty service. From start to finish Mark and their crew were absolutely amazing at handling the claim and extremely professional at expediting the problem for me. Locally owned, Matt is there hands on everyday. Took a set of tires n wheels in to have TPMS sensors swapped, they not only did a great job, but they also put my spare away under my truck and for a very reasonable price.

Always great and efficient service. Have bought 3 sets of tires from Tokay. The last set was an emergency buy, called up Tokay in the morning they had the set there by the time I got off work. Had the new tires on my car in just over an hour. Cant ask for more than that.

If you need to mount new whitewalls on freshly painted steel wheels. These are the guys that understand how important it is to get it right. They did a awesome job. Not one scratch on the wheels and absolutely no scuff marks on those bright white whitewalls. Big thanks to Matt.

I had a tire blow on the freeway, called them in a bit of a panic. They were awesome! Squeezed me in and got me taken care amazingly fast. I was back on the road after a couple hours feeling much safer with my four new tires! Thanks guys!

Had new tires installed. Service was exceptional. Dropped my truck off at 8 am and was called to pick it up at 9AM. Six years ago I came to Lodi for a job interview and my old GMC truck had the water pump go out and about 5PM after the interviews I called Tokay tire to see if they could replace the water pump. The took on the job and stayed overtime to complete the work so I was not stranded. Needless to say, they have my business as long as I am in Lodi.

Watch out for this place, I took my vehicle in for an alignment and come to find out I didn’t need one, but they charged me the price of the alignment because “ They still had to do some work to look at my vehicle”. So I had to pay to have nothing done . I recommend Les Schwab because they definitely do free alignments even if you don’t have the work done there! Watch out for the other reviews here, can you say employees and there friends and family..👎🏼

Lonnie is very professional and friendly. I arrived without an appointment and Lonnie replaced 3 bulbs for me in about 30 mins...this includes the time it took the tech to run and get the bulbs that Tokay Tire did not have in stock. The work was completed quickly and very reason priced. This is the most honest repair shop in San Joaquin County!

Helped me out when they fixed a tire with slow leak because of nails. Just got an oil change today and they even rotated my tires at n/c. I think theyre great !

A waste of 70 dollars...left with same pulling on steering and no hint what to do...paid for alignment got nothing but my truck back....not recommend.goodyear was no better just lip service from corporate office...never will I buy from either tokay or goodyear...a friend of a friend...retired ASE mechanic had problem corrected with few hand tools in about 40 min...simple adjustment of one bolt on each side...DONT TRUST this place
