I needed lowering springs and an intake installed on my 07 Type S. Nowadays, its very difficult to find a good shop and someone you trust. I got referred to this place by a friend of mine who told me that the installer was top notch! From the moment I called I was delighted even by the receptionist who answered my call. I spoke to the owner Joe and he was very professional, gave me good pricing and was able to schedule me right in. My car was done the same day and overall Im very happy and the car sounds and feels amazing! I had a slight thumping noise coming from the rear and also this annoying rattle from the rear deck. Both noises are completely gone. So if you are looking for a great shop give Joe and Action Tire a call!

Juan listened to exactly what I wanted to do; he helped with pricing; he also took care of a tire pressure sensor issue immediately. The blackout, TSW rims, painted calipers, installation of taillights were completed with professionalism. Definitely also looking into getting my suspension work done here. All around great people with great customer service. They do not make you feel inferior if you lack knowledge of cars like other shops.

Getting customized bigger wheels on your ride is out, it went totally out about 8 years ago. Most new nice cars, like my 2019 370z, have a min of 18” wheels up to 22”s. Mine rides onBlack “optional” 20” times. I’m now 39 and went through this stage, it’s for kids nowadays really..

So from an associate’s experience the salesman there has divulged that the company is failing and doesn’t have the funds to back up orders. He is looking to leave, but has no money, so he bad mouthed the shop and wasted my friend’s time and money.. I’d recommend staying away from this clown show

I needed a runflat tire and called my high school classmate Joe who Immediately helped me getting me exactly what I needed. Joe has great energy and it passes to his business. I got there and the tire was changed in a short period of time! I waited upstairs in the showroom lounge. The staff was super nice. I will definitely return to get window tint and some other work when ready.I highly reccomend if you have a high end vehicle or just need a place you can trust.

Great, friendly service and up front with cost/requirements. Ive taken 3 of my cars here in the past 10 years for various service (wheels/suspension mods) and stopped by recently to address an issue with my rear wheels rubbing. I did not purchase the tires/wheels from here but Gio and the staff presented me with options that resulted in me not having to roll my fenders. I couldnt be happier with the result, as expected.

I came to this place with a truck that had noisy tires to big for the rim. It was terrible, Joe took one look diagnosed the issue. He was 100 percent correct. It’s like I have a new truck again. He is a. Expert and his crew is top notch.

Service was good and all questions answered. However, their knowledge on tire sensors was poor. They didnt ask the right questions they should have being they are in this business. When asked if the sensors would work on my older vehicle, they said yes, and they didnt. It ended up causing me an extra $300. They didnt want to honor their mistake, nor did I get a call back from management when I requested one. They gained an extra $300, but lost two potential customers who would have dropped $5000-6000 in custom work. Their loss, there are plenty of these custom shops.

I’ve been here once before, last year. The service was great. Came back this past Friday & I noticed new people working the garage. They did a half ass job. I provided everything they needed to get what I wanted done. On my way home I felt the car a bit wobbly. I get home to bring my stock wheels inside from the car & noticed they left a hub ring in my trunk. I had to do it myself and take each wheel out until I found the one without a ring. Thanks ActionTire but that’s what you were paid to do smh

I have never been treated so bad as a customer. Avoid the salesman Gio at all cost! He wouldnt listen to my needs, I had to wait around for him to show up, and he destroyed all 4 of my magnum 500 center caps because he had no idea what he was doing! Very unprofessional!

Brought my 2013 Cadillac in for a quote on 26 inch rims. Long story short, Gio presented me with a deal that I couldnt turn down. I didnt need to go anywhere else to check prices. Any questions or concerns, Gio addresses them for me. A 1st class business, run by good people. Now I know why theyve been around for such a long time.

Purchased HID kit here for $300 had them install. 1st try right bulb died in 6months. 2nd try right bulb died in 1 week then right side too. 3rd try installed LEDs gave me car back and the light beam was not focused. The light was so dim on the pavment it looked like they werent even on..plain dangerous to drive with. Ontop of that the light housing now has condensation it in. 4th try I had to buy my own sylvania silverstar bulbs and had them remove LED the kit and replace. Seems okay but now I have paid $460 for a simple bulb replacent and have condensation in headlight housing. They told me to go buy some cover at the dealer because they had to drill a hole in the original for the HID kit..gee thanks isnt that what I paid you for?? Never offered to refund the orginal $300 did offer me to keep the light kit ?? Nice guys however just from my experiance if you want hassle free quality work dont go here.
