First time visiting this location after driving by it a few times and checking reviews. I knew what my vehicle needed, which was an entire brake job, (rotors, pads, fluid flush). The price was competitive, so I approved the job. 3 hours later it was completed. I had an issue with it the same day where there was an air pocket in my brake lines. They asked me to bring it in the following morning, confirmed the issue and fixed it immediately. Now it works perfectly. The customer service was great. They did not get defensive at all. Ill bring my other car there for service when its due.

I have been going for years, and they are so nice and great guys. But I have needed brakes for weeks and the 2 numbers listed online (one of which is the one saved in my phone) I have been calling and no one has answered the phone. It is sad for me that today our of desperation I have to call mavis :(

Best place for tire repair.. These guys will fix anything. Brought a tire to 4 other places and was told sorry cant fix that. They fixed it no problem and still holding after 10k miles.

Very happy the way I was treated at Brake-O-Rama. No one tried to force repairs on me. They explained what I needed and gave me a fair price. I had just took my car out of a shop that was telling me a lot of work was needed. Brake_O-Rama was fair and explained what I needed to do now and what could wait. I am working on a tight budget and that was very helpful.

I received a brake check and they were very honest about me not needed the service as of yet. They have a new client who will return since it is very hard to find good service and professionalism.

I had brought a Groupon deal worth of $114.00 for $49.99. The guy taxed me on $114, for $8.05, which means he was taxing me for the worth and not for what I had actually paid. To add to it, when I visited my car and moved drivers seat, I found all dirt, wafer chips as it is, I showed them and asked them to clean it, this is something which was visible, not sure how much and how they have done those things which were not visible, also the smell in my car was that of a bleaching powder, instead of a good smell as advertised. All I can say that, irrespective of who is providing service, you must make sure the customer is leaving happily, so that he comes back. I am sure I am not going back to them again anytime in future!!!!

I called and made an appointment to get ONLY my brake pads changed. When I got there they still continued to try pushing rotors on me. They ended up charging me 230 bucks just for rear brake pads (60 bucks for pads, 130 for labor, plus taxes and fees). Do not get your brake pads done here unless you absolutely have to. It is a rip off!! On top of that, I had lost a hubcap on my way home (I live in Maine). I called them to ask them about it and they tried to convince me that the hubcap does not need to be taken off in order to take off the wheel. They tried to ask me to come down so they could PROVE to me that it did not need to be popped off in order to get to the lug nuts. I checked all of the hubcaps right after the phone call and was able to pry off a few with my finger tips. They try to fool you, especially if you are female!

Came here due to an Amazon Local Deal on 6/23/14.Since 7am this morning when I noticed a loud screeching noise in my brakes, I found the deal online, placed my order and called this location to make a reservation. Luckily, it was a Monday so they werent very busy and I was able to come in by 11am. The service was quick and thorough. They replaced my pads with cermaics, and my rotors all in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and open to some haggling. A little ways out of Manhattan, but worth it for the experience and service. Great shop

If there was an option I would give them no stars. I had an oil change on Friday and didnt use my car for the weekend on Monday on the highway my oil light came on for no oil I had to be taken off the highway and had oil added to my car and have been since trying to get in touch with breaking Rama to get the money back from my oil change because now I dont trust that they use synthetic and that they rotated my tires or change the filter.. the job was done in Ringwood Ive been in touch with Rich and gene & Lodi for almost 2 weeks now and can not get a response as to what is the problem with getting my refund I paid $25 for the Groupon and $36 for the additional synthetic oil which I would definitely shorted a quart and a half and dont know if it with synthetic that they used dont ever do brakraroma they could have ruined my new car. And now theyre not responding. You get what you pay for this was not a deal this was a sucker punch

Horrible service. . I arrived at 550 they said they couldnt help with a simple tire change and said come back tomorrow even though it was a winter snow storm and they ended up nit opening at there scheduled time
