They have what I need and usually quick on and out. The only BIG problem is that location of items in the store changes. Top management feels this is genius, to keep you shoping but most customers disagree.

This Costco is the better store than the others within the vicinity of neighboring cities. Im able to find parking that isnt several minutes of walking. This Costco is like any other Costco that sells Costco stuff. Spunky workers keep asking me to sign up for a Costco credit card, and when I tell them I already have one, a reaction of disappointment or a swift change in demeanor occurs. Lol. Perhaps they get commission on sign-ups I guess.

Great place for Christmas shopping! The sale ads are sent to your house at least a week before items are set to go on sale so just make sure you get there during the first few days of the sales otherwise you may not get the item you want. Especially around the holidays.

Its a great location and they never run low. Management and employees work hard and stay on top of things. Unlike other Costco locations they are very nice here.

Accessible from freeway, Facility is organized and orderly. Appreciate ease to shop, collect needed items along with sale advertised items; drugstore needs, household cleaning products and shelf groceries in one location. Ready made meals, especially roasted chicken, fast foods for quick meals is an asset, especially smoothies and all beef hotdogs!

Lodi Costco is awesome!!! Hardly any long lines at checkout and their Optometry department is the Best!!

I come here from Stockton to avoid ghetto people and the store is nicer. Never had issues with this location. I’m not giving 5 stars because the last 4 months when we buy produce something is always rotten before their dates. Corn, milk, pesto sauce, sour cream, and cream cheese along with cheese slices, chicken breast, zucchini. These items bought at diff times were bad the day I bought. Either they are not properly holding their goods or their supplier isn’t and they are not checking them. I’m scared and triple checking things I shouldn’t have to. I feed young kids that food poisoning can impact really bad.

I cant walk in without spending hundreds. Only planning on groceries... guess what, youre leaving with a power washer. Just need some pizza, now you own a water slide. Its a trap. Make a list and bring your wife or itll cost you.

I love this store! Its so much nicer than the Stockton Store.

Love Costco!! Always spend to much money, but its all great sizes and prices for those larger sizes!! Great kids clothes to!! Like Hurley! Customer service is always great, employees consecutively nice, polite and happy. That makes all the difference in the world! They will do what they can to help!!

Stopped for gas. Pumps were hard to locate. An employee was available to let me know they were in the back. Some location signs would be excellent!

I live in North Stockton but will make the 13 minute drive to Lodi Costco. There is always parking near the front and the total atmosphere is just more pleasant than Stockton Costco. AND getting gas is 100 xs easier!!

Costco is great. Good prices, good variety. The only problem that I see over and over is there is no one on the floor when you need help. I saw one old man needing to put a couch set on a dolly and another old man volunteered to help him because he couldnt find anyone to help. Same thing happened to us last time we were there. We couldnt find anyone so an old man helped my husband load a desk. No one on the floor to ask a question either. Overall good but that is what I notice

The one in Lodi, Ca, is kept clean, was nice and cool inside, and was not packed but the lines moved quickly, and efficently

This Costco Location way, way better then Stockton Location. I have shopped at this location for over 3 years and I live at the far South end of Stockton and 99. I make the Trip to Lodi because it is worth the service, selection, and wait times.

This Costco was surprising NOT too crowded and had short lines and happy customers who were not as high strung, rude and in a hurry as the bay area, Sacramento and Folsom locations. It was actually the most pleasant, stressless Costco Ive shopped at in a while. (I dont get out much)

The customer service is horrible! Cashiers are rude. They didnt scan my water under the cart and then the receipt checker insinuated that I was stealing. I do not pay a membership fee to steal water nor to be treated with such disrespect. As a customer paying a membership fee I expect more.

Always great return policys, generally nice staff. A little hard to find people with knowledge on equipment and products.

What is there to be said about Costco that hasnt already been said? I have purchased so many items from here that I might as well have my paycheck go directly to them. The best part of Costco is buying something without having to worry about quality. My most recent purchase was a King sized mattress in a box. After looking online at the other mattresses in boxes we found the one at Costco for a third of the price. This has happened to us on several occasions and is the reason we are still members.

Costco was great today. Just went for regular household items and we were able to get everything. Lines were short, all in all it was a great day.

Bruh, its the Lodi costco never had a problem there and i cant escape without spending 6X what i intended to spend. anyway, its clean and the employees have been consistently helpful and friendly. I tend to think that over the expanse of time, that is attributable to good management.

There is always plenty of parking at the Lodi Costco. I was able to run in quick and pick up Christmas cards. I waited less than 5 minutes. All employees seemed pleasant with smiles. Plenty of carts out front. Everyone wearing masks.

The customer service was good. The staff was friendly. I was able to purchase what I needed.

This Costco opens earlier than published to accommodate seniors during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It was close to the Freeway, and I thought l needed new tires but they had no early appointments, however the Costco Tire Center fellow came out to the parking lot to look at them, and reassured me that they were still okay to travel on. His department was not even open yet, so that was above and beyond service, in my opinion and l would not hesitate to recommend locals who are Costco Members to make an appointment if you need tires, because at 8:00 am the only appointment available for the Tire Center was at 3:30pm that day. I’m sure that you will be pleased with the service, as was I.

I drove an hr to go to this Costco and just because my mom didnt go with me I couldnt buy anything. In that case the point of a membership is pointless. In order for me to have been able to buy something I wouldve had to drive back home get my mom and drive back to Costco its pretty stupid.

Lots of parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. Easy entry and easy exit.

Clean and stress free. I prefer this Costco over my local store! The employees are polite and always willing to answer questions or assist with the products. This trip I also went to the optical dept and got a new script. Had questions at the glasses/contacts counter as well and had zero complaints. Fantastic service all around.

I love this Costco in Lodi the lines are pretty short and you can get through the store pretty quick always clean as everything I want and then some. They also have a great meat selection, their Ribeyes are awesome and of course the st. Louis ribs.

I usually shop the Stockton store but I was in Lodi and so I tried the Lodi store and its Costco. This store seems a little bigger. The bananas were not so good though. They were really ripe and you could really smell them. I found this different from the Stockton store, but the rest of the store was roomy and clean

Love coming to Costco! They always have what I need and they even still have the Photo Center which Stockton Costco doesnt have it anymore like several years ago. The staff are friendly and their food court areas has individual kiosks for people to place their order so thats a plus!!

Always a great place to shop for products in bulk, better than Sams Club IMO. But also probably the number one eatery in any big box/bulk store. And thats because the prices are very much inexpensive, while at the same time very good quality dishes. One of my favorite places to go eat even without the shopping.

Great Costco. Love Shopping at the Lodi Store! I have Shopped st quite a few Costcos over the years and have Family that work for them. Lodi is convenient, clean and Pleasant staff.

If you want something and a lot of it. This is the place.

Other than making some items seasonal, they normally have lots of great buys. Hard to come out with only the items you came there for, always find something else to get.

So happy we have one in Lodi. Not a big store but the people are great.
