Im so disappointed at this time with the pharmacy. I call always put on hold for a good 10 to 15 mins then I hang up. I recently had an compound fracture on the left ankle my surgeon calls in a pain pill mind you my foot was almost off surgeon even question if they might have to amputate but surgery went great saved my foot. Walmart wants to question me why am I prescribed Narco for pain why so many how come Doctor is giving this to me on and on and on. They wanted to talk to my Dr. so because of Walmart I went without my pain meds that day the hospital released me. After talking to my Dr I finally got my meds later on in the early evening. Ive been with Walmart for over 12 years as soon as Im better Ill be changing pharmacy. Shame on you Walmart Im so disappointed!!!!!

Walmarts pharmacies do a lot better job than the competition that Ive noticed. I wish they were a little faster at filling my RX, but theyre still faster than everywhere else Ive gone.

I went to Lodi Ca. WalMart 4/7/2020 for senior shopping got there at 5:35am line wasnt to long but grew..at 6am we quickly moved into the store...the store was clean, every worker was friendly said a good morning..at the safe distance..the shelves were well stocked..i found all i needed plus more..at check out was offered the use of my bags i load or theirs they load..i opted to use walmart bags understanding their reason for this..plenty of check out stands open no one ahead of me or behind..very pleasant checker..my experence was a very good one..i recommend LODI SUPER WAL MART ...thank you for my great experence..may God keep.each worker safe!!

Insurance situations are often difficult and time sucks. However, I have found the technicians at WalMart Pharmacy in Lodi to be very good at navigation of that madness, on the whole. While a phone call to get the ball rolling is often needed, their techs are responsive and competent once you get them on the phone. If you are having difficulties, just call. Once you get a human on the phone, you will be treated well.
