It was easy to make the online appointment the day before. Came in and the person that helped me was great in patiently showing me all the tire options. Then, they were fast putting the new tires on. I came in a few weeks ago with a nail in a tire I didnt even buy from them and was so impressed that they didnt charge me anything to fix it. The guy that rang me up today was friendly and helpful. All around a great experience! Definitely coming back when I need my next tire services!

We have purchased all tires for our vehicle & motorhome for many years only from Les Schwab tire centers. Their service has always been 100% fabulous. When we are at our home the nearest store is 1 1/2 hours drive. We often deal with the Logan Utah South store. Recently we had a slow leak in 1 tire & needed it checked for probably a nail or screw as the tires have very little mileage on them. We were told they couldnt check it for 1 1/2 hours. We have never had an insistent negative response let alone that long of a wait. We told the person we had an urgent appointment an hour away and asked if since we are good customers if they could please fit us in more quickly. We were given an abrupt no & sent on our way. Thank heavens our tire did not get too low to drive on it. We dont want to change our attitude regarding our past many years of fabulous Les Schwab service and do hope our next visit there will be as we are accustomed to. We had to pay a non Schwab tire store for the fix😢

I’ve had positive experiences every time I’ve come here over the last few years. The technicians are honest and make recommendations I feel confident trusting. Today they fixed a flat for me even though I was in a new car with tires I hadn’t purchased from them. Highly recommended.

DO NOT COME HERE! I have taken my truck in here a couple times and both experiences have been sub par. The first time was two years ago. I needed 4 new 35 tires. I bought them here which was the only fine part of the experience. After the tires were put on I all the sudden needed new brakes and control rods. I trusted the experts and had them replace the needed parts. When I went to pick my truck up late that night after the work was done my tires were leaning heavily to the inside of the truck. They also forgot to attach one of the tires completely and securely. I ended up returning the truck the truck to the shop 2 times to get the work done completely. Whatever, sometimes things happen like this.Fast forward two years later to yesterday. Time come for a tire rotation so I returned to use the tire rotation service that came with my tires. It took forever!!!! Almost two hours for them to rotate the tires and repair a nail hole in one tire. This was from the time they pulled the truck into the shop. After all of that they took me back to show me the tire wiggling back and forth and told me I needed new ball joints! Funny thing is they were the guys that two years earlier had replaced them already. I barely drive the truck, less than 20000 miles in 3 years. The ball joints should be good still. They werent too happy to find out that they were the original installer of the ball joints/control arms. Turns out that they say my warranty was only good for 12 months on the control arms. Okay, I understand that, I get it. They wanted to replace my ball joints still. NOPE!I refused to allow any further work on my truck from this company. I took it to another mechanic today and had the ball joints checked. Guess what? They are in perfect condition. Surprised? Im not one bit. Again, dont come here!!! Theyll just try to up sale you on parts you dont actually need.

So my wife had her car alighbed here before out trip to California it pulls to the right now I havent went back there yet cause Im currently in California. Honestly they charge 109 for. Affront end there competitors charge 69.99 seems kinda interesting and a little over priced. When my wife originally booked it she called to verify and they didnt have it scheduled they did fix that. Wich was cool 😎

At noon, I called two local tire shops asking how long a wait for a tire rotation when I was coming through Logan at about 2PM. I got two pretty pathetic customer service greetings. Then I called Les and Micah answered, polite and expressed interest in helping me get the job done. They rotated my Ram 3500HD, checked everything over, alignment check. All done quickly and by pros. Were done in 30 minutes with NO CHARGE - and I didnt buy the tires from them. This is a great policy.Skip the others. Im buying my next set of BFG A/Ts from Les.

Jared helped me out with an alignment for my truck today. I felt like he took good care of me, and he was honest about what needed to be done with the alignment. Based on my experience, I recommend giving this Les Schwab a try.

Great job fixing a flat on our work truck. Put the spare back under truck for us. Also crawled in (with a ton of dirty field equipment back there) and tightened brackets for our camper shell that was trying to fall off just because I asked them and for no charge too. The guys here really go above and beyond.

Went to this awesome establishment and Nate was so amazing. He not only fixed our flat on our dune buggy after hours mind you he did it on the house. I will be going there from now on and recommend you go here for all your tire needs. Thankyou Nate.

Was super easy to make an appointment to get a flat repaired and I only had to wait about half an hour. They didnt even charge me for the repair. I will definitely be coming back when I need new tires or any other repairs.

Skip making an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they still took an hour and a half to get to my car.

Kept taking my Jeep here over and over for a problem and they just kept replacing all these different parts that cost me $1,600 and didnt fix my issue. Upon me taking it back in they told me all the parts were faulty and they replaced everything and the problem still persisted. I took it to Expertec up in North Logan and they found the issue and fixed it within hours. I would recommend elsewhere.

Once there - they were incredibly fast at fixing the flat & worked with me to get a screaming deal on replacement tires. Couldnt recommend them anymore. Both Ezra & Nate were fabulous to work with!

I pulled up to the store and was greeted before I even walked in the building. They checked out my jeep and determined all I needed was a tire balance. In and out in under 30 minutes. They never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. They gained a customer for life!!!!! Thank you!!!

I am giving a one star review for the following reasons.1. They never use brand new part unless it’s tired and rims.2. If they mess something up on your vehicle they will never fix it, they keep putting the same cheap part in and it keeps breaking.3. They lie, they promised me they would put a new power steering pump in my truck (this was the 3rd time by the way) but then 4 days later it started going out again, and I finally got it out of them that they put the same rebuilt part in.

Love Les Schwab! They always do their best and work as quickly as they can. Theyre efficient and well educated. The staff is friendly. Love the free popcorn! Who doesnt. they didnt mind my children running through the store being loud. It was really helpful when the kids wont listen. They check my air in my tires for free and quickly. I heard that Les Schwab (LS) does free pre-trip inspections. So, to be sure, I called them up to see - sure enough they do! I asked how busy they were and how long it would take and I was given, I feel, a honest answer of an hour. An hour may seem like a lot of time for some people, but they have to consider that the inspection is for your safety on the road.I had my truck looked at by a gentleman, I believe his name is Bryan, and he was easy to talk and very clear on answering questions and even explaining issues that were found and how they are caused.I had some suspicion that my ball joints needed to be replaced, and Bryan confirmed that they do- I didnt inform them about this to test their honesty and how thorough they are. Before going to LS I had a few other places look into it and was told they couldnt find anything wrong. Bryan also found things that a person can only really know about from spending many hours in the drivers seat. This guy really impressed me. He gave me a quote on the cost and didnt press me on making me spend money there.Thanks for the inspection and service to someone that didnt purchase anything. That is true customer service!

Tire prices are consistently good, but if you are keeping an old car on the road, dont just hop on with whatever repair they suggest. Ive had a couple of mishaps (Mechanic says the car needs this but really, it will be ok for another while, etc.) but so long as you do your homework before you pay for the repair you should be fine.They want to keep your car in perfect shape, and sometimes, thats not quite realistic. They could probably do better at reading whether a customer is keeping a car pristine, or just keeping a car alive, and suggest repairs accordingly.All in all, they typically do good work, they do slip up occasionally, but I probably trust them about as much as other mechanics Ive been to.Two experiences-1. I was told my explorers rotors were so far gone that they were unsafe. Not being completely ready to drop the couple hundred right then and there, I took it home and checked them out. After taking the rotors in to another mechanic, I was told I could still get another 3 or 4 turns out of them. Not the most trust promoting experience Ive had.2. Had the tires of my car rotated and balanced, but one of the hubcaps wasnt put back on all the way (It has happened before, but they tell me that it can be tricky with hubcaps). The hubcap disappeared sometime the next day and they offered to pay me cash back when I bought a new one. Not losing the hubcap wouldve been preferable, but Ill admit I was impressed by them stepping up and replacing it.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. They also didnt try to push anything on you that you didnt want or need. I felt like the dealt very honestly with me. I had to have two tires replaced and they did a estimate and I didnt pay any more than needed. They did a great job explaining and answering my questions. Waiting area was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend and will be going back.

I went for an alignment and the tech said my car didn’t need one and refused to charge me for one. He said he wouldn’t feel right charging me as the alignment was basically perfect. Wow. Most places would charge you without even thinking about it and you’d be none the wiser. But not Les Schwab. Made me really feel like I can trust them with my car, which is a key issue with auto mechanics. Would definitely go back.

I had a phenomenal experience today with Les Schwab. My tire pressure indicator turned on on my way to Ogden, and I stopped by this location because my daughter said there was popcorn. As soon as I pulled up, Kyle came out and asked how he could help, and he said he had time right then to add air to my tires. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked how much it would cost, and he said it was free. What? I couldnt believe it. He checked the tire pressure and inflated each tire in record time, and I was on my way (no time for popcorn even, ha!). But todays experience really restored my faith in humanity. Thanks for the wonderful service, Les Schwab! You guys are phenomenal!

Holy service Batman!! These guys were on top of it. My sister got a flat, called me at 5:30 in the morning to come help. We pulled in to Les Schwabs with her poor deflated tire in the back of my truck and Ben was right there to help us. Lifted the tire right out of the truck and took excellent care of us. He even took the time to show us what my sister ran over when we asked. These guys were amazing. Thanks Ben for your great help in getting my sister back on the road and back on schedule with her projects.

My son is a person with disabilities. He pulled up to the shop with a nail in his tire, 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the technicians were extremely nice and considerate. They ran out to the parking lot to help my son out of his vehicle. Which includes lifting his push chair out of the back of the jeep. After the service they helped him back in to his vehicle. Im grateful and blessed they really took the opportunity to help my son. Its reassuring hes safe and secure at Les Schwab. Thank you guys!!

I am soooo happy with Les Schwab Tires. Took my VW there today after going to our normal auto repair guy who told us there was a screw in the tire that couldnt be patched. That guy wanted to charge us almost $400 for two new front tires. I am SO glad that I took it to Les Schwab first instead of doing that, because they did an excellent job of patching the tire and then didnt charge me anything to do it. They did same day and quickly, considering the back up they had. They saved me so much money and I will definitely purchase tires here in the future when I do need them. Amazed!

I came to get my snow tires mounted and put on my car. They found that the last les Schwab had damaged my snow tires, so to solve the problem they are putting a used pair on my car while they order me replacement tires at no cost to me! Very helpful and all about the customer. And of course, free popcorn and coffee!

Absolutely terrible! Said they did an alignment, but only on one tire. I have the paper to prove it. But they lied to my face and made me pay for a second alignment. Worst customer service. Glad their motto is, Doing the right thing Right thing for who? Love the fact that they got money for only doing half the job. If you want to pay for a service and only get half of it, this is the place. If I could do no stars, I would.I see in some of the reviews the Owner has a response, I would be glad to tell him my complaints. But I still wont ever be back to a Les Schwab store.

My husband and I were hundreds of miles away from our home and our kiddo in another state. I looked down at my dash and noticed the low tire pressure symbol. I am the master at running over nails and screws. In fact on this set of tires I have now had 3 out of 4 tires patched (no, I dont play the lottery, I have no luck and this is proof). I wish I would have got the name of the employee who took such wonderful care of us. He has amazing conversation skills and connected with us immediately. Taking the stress out of a long drive. My husband and I just needed to get back home to our kid and they made that happen in less than 20 minutes. Such wonderful care and if I run over another nail in that part of Utah, Ill be sure to stop by again! :)

I went here for a flat tire repair and they just try and scare you into buying new tires. They seemed to deliberately give me wrong information about my car. Heres what happened: All of my tires (except the flat one) were in great condition, had plenty of tread left, fairly new, etc. They called me back to their shop and said they couldnt fix the flat tire, and told me that since I had an all-wheel drive vehicle, I had to get all new tires (even though the remaining tires were in great condition), and they quoted me $600-800 for all new tires. They also said if I didnt get all new tires, it could ruin the transfer case and other components of my car.I had a funny feeling that were being a little sketchy and that I did not have to replace all four tires (even though they claimed it said that in the users manual), so I went home and called the Honda dealership and looked in my cars users manual, and both the dealership and the manual said that you can replace the tires in pairs, and you DO NOT have to replace all four tires if the other tires are in good condition (which mine were).To add insult to injury, they offered to buy my other tires (great condition) for $30 a piece to help me afford new tires! Im not an idiot! ... They were worth over $100 in their condition!The one nice thing about this place though is that they will be very nice and friendly to you while theyre trying to rip you off.Dont go here! I never will again!

I went in to get tires mounted on rims for my truck. Well the told me it was going to be 400 bucks to do the job. They said because it was too big of a tire for them and they needed like 3 people to do it. So I called around and big o tires did the job for 80 bucks and offered free rotations and puncture repairs just for being a customer. The guys at big o and I had a good laugh at the guys at les for this quote.

I give this place a lot of business to care for my work and personal vehicles. They also perform free work for me more times than I can count. They always explain options with plenty of detail, and charge a fair price. Heck, Im practically family when I walk in the door. I even like the popcorn with a rubber aftertaste :)

***JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS*** COMPLETELY DISHONEST***After my wife brought her vehicle in for brakes, she was told that where she was showing threads on her tires, they would not change her brakes without changing the tire because of liability reason. Thats fine. However they told her that she needed rotors and brakes all around. We ended up getting the tires and when she brought the car home, I inspected them and her rotors are in perfect condition. Les Schwab attempted to charge us 1000 dollars for brakes and rotors when she only needed REAR brakes. We will pay our account off and NEVER use Les Schwab again. I dont believe in businesses taking advantage of the vulnerable.

They fixed my flat for free, they had free popcorn, and they gave me coupons to the google zoo! I thought my flat tire would be the worst thing in my day. Turned out to be the best.

These guys are great. They are nice and are happy to explain what needs to be done, which I like. They did not keep their timeline that they claimed at all. They said an hour and it ended up being about three hours.

I really like Les Schwab. I have had only good luck with them. I like that they are a chain so you can get their work done almost anywhere.

I am just learning about car maintenance and I replaced my own caliper. When trying to bleed the brakes I accidentally rounded off the bleeder screw. I couldnt bleed the brakes because of that. Out of desperation, I brought my vehicle here to see if they could do anything about it. It doesnt bother me that they couldnt do anything, but they were extremely condescending and really made me feel like I was wasting their time.

3 months ago I needed a rotation for my 1/2 ton truck. I received a coupon in the mail from Les Schwab for a free rotation including my tire and wheel size. I took it in to the Providence location and they told me my wheel and tire sized were not included even after reading the coupon. They told me they would do it this time but it wouldnt be happening in the future. I took my truck to Discount tire across the street and they did it for free without any fuss.

I took my car in because one of my tires was losing air pressure. Turns out even though I had been in just a month earlier my car was out o_ allignment and all of my tires needed replaced but the warranty didnt cover it because my car was out of allignment. I just asked if anything could be done because they didnt say anything about the allignment the month before and they just told me to look for a coupon which I didnt find one. They did not care about the customer.

Free tire rotation if you buy tires from them. They have fixed a lawn tractor tire a couple of times at no charge. Always have had great service.
