I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take on my work right away given how busy everyone seems to be. I was told 1.5 to 2 hours, which was fine. But again I was pleasantly surprised when they had the work done in an hour. They did good work at a fair price and were friendly. What more can you ask for?!

Will definitely be coming here regularly. Great customer service and prices are as good or better than other places. I feel like I can trust these guys to do a good job and not make up things that dont actually need to be done. Sam was super helpful and answered all my questions. I had to come back and Krischan was also really nice and helpful. My only complaint is they didnt use the paper mat and got grease the floor. Theyve used one in the past (Ive used this location in the past) but for some reason they were out or forgot. Overall, highly recommend.

We took our pick up truck for some maintenance work . They were amazing!They got done with our truck in under 7 hours and actually came in under the bid they quoted us ! Yeah, you can find decent deals on tires here, just like anywhere else. But getting in to get them rotated? I checked in 4 different times on 4 different days and the answer is always the same. 2 hours.11/21 - Went in with a tire leaking air. I went to the bank and lowes and was back within 30 minutes or so and they were done. Flat fixed and tires rotated. Nice and quick, but the light is still on saying I have a flat, even though TPMS shows 38psi....3/5

Big o is always a good option. Its been a while since Ive been in one, but it was good. Im very impressed by the guy balancing the tires. Its been years since Ive had them done so perfectly. The best part about it though, the new shoes for the truck, they look good!! Oh yeah and masks people, wear your masks!!

I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires. The folks at Big O Tires took me in as a walk-in and had it fixed up in no time. They found the leak source to be a lodged screw and didnt even charge me. Very kind people with great service. Ill definitely be back.

I was very disappointed when my appointment was overlooked after I walked to and from work to accommodate a brake check and tire rotation at Big O on 1400 North Main Street in Logan. Much worse, though, was the response of the manager, Matt, who showed ineptitude and insolence repeatedly: when I made the appointment one day, again when I dropped the car and keys off the next day and lastly when I returned at the end of the day to pick up my untouched vehicle. I would have overlooked the error and would have reschedule the appointment were it not for Matt’s horrible customer service skills.

Michael S. took good enough care of my wife and I this morning that Big-O is now our tire place going forward. He gave us clear options for tire replacement and we ended up doing all four tires rather than the two we had planned on. I called Big O this morning after having a screw in my tire. I had a lot of problems in the past with other tire centers but decided to give this branch a try. I was able to get my car in immediately, they had my car done within a half hour. If you need good customer service, I would highly recommend their services. For some reason I have really bad luck with tires. I have been to Big O shops throughout Utah ranging from St. George to Logan and everywhere in between. Most of the other shops I have had very poor service and been given sales pitches to spend 4k replacing my shocks on my car... ya no.However, this shop has never done anything like that. I come in, tell them what I need, and they do it. They let me leave my car and call me when its done or I can wait in the store. They give accurate wait times and excellent service. Happy customer for tires. I have price checked for other work I needed on my car and received better quotes elsewhere though.

Waiting to see what the outcome will be wish Corey was there today because this is the manager whom my son and I have been talking to.Well we did get 4 new tires and a tire alignment, my son took care of this, we dropped the car off at 8am and they assumed they could just take care of the customers that was waiting there first instead of us till my son called them. He was super helpful and checked all of our tires not just the low one.We’ve purchased tires here for years and will continue to do so. I had a slow leak on my back right tire from a nail. Was in and out in 30 minutes quick and easy. They even waved the charge if I have anymore tire problems I now know where to go.

Even if you have an appointment they’ll take 2 1/2 hours to pull your vehicle back. Horrible service

We bought 2 new tires from this center. Nice, kind, and fast in rotation of our tires. However, we called before and they quoted my husband the wrong price. The tires ended up being more expensive than we expected. But overall we were very satisfied.

My wife and I entered the Big O Tires with the intent to purchase tires for our truck. I spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at tires on the showroom floor and outside the front of the building. No one approached me to render assistance. Left the store and purchased my tires from Walmart.

Service was helpful, fast, and affordable. I needed an oil change and 4 new tires. I dont know much about cars but the person who helped me was informative and listened to exactly what I needed/wanted. Cory and his team at Big O are fantastic. Finding a mechanic you trust can be hard, but I honestly can recommend these guys to anyone. I am frugal and like to do my own repairs when possible, but some jobs (and new tires) are harder than I want to take on. Whether Im just looking for a diagnosis, repair or diagnosis, theyre always helpful and friendly. We bought two full new sets of tires of them this fall, and they were helpful, didnt try to up-sell or talk me into more than I had budgeted, gave me good recommendations and made sure I was getting the best deal they could. I would have no problem sending my little sister, or my grandma, in to these guys knowing that theyll be honest and helpful.

I been taking my cars and family cars to BIG O AND THERE ALWAYS NICE TO CUSTOMERS THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP. I RECOMMEND THEM.

When they mis-filed my car as being finished with its oil change before they even started, they got it done as soon as I called back (a few hours later) and didnt charge me for the oil change because of the mix-up on their end!Even though the extra time didnt make a difference for me that day, I was grateful for the kindness. The guys at Big O in North Logan, at least in my experience on that day, are the kind of people who will try to make things right if they make a mistake.

The guys at Big O are always very helpful and honest with me. I go in routinely for oil changes, alignments, and when I need new tires. If my tires dont meet the expected mileage, they have always been generous in pro rating the replacements. They are also efficient and conveniently located, which is nice. I highly recommend them.

This Big O Tires is one of the only car places I trust in Logan. They are so helpful and kind and have always answered any of my questions and helped me make the best decision for my car. I never feel taken advantage of because of my limited car knowledge. I see most car places overselling items that are truly unneeded, but they have never done this to me here. They always tell me what they would do if they were me, sincerely and openly.

Big-O Tires is my go-to place for all of my car needs. Here I know Ill receive an honest assessment about my car, honest repair prices, and interact with honest employees. They are all top-of-the-line workers, care about their customers, let you know what they feel needs to be worked on, what could wait a little longer, and what is just fine.There has only been one occasion where I needed specific help on the body work of my car that they did not have the ability to fix, but they promptly suggested another place that would be able to do the repairs I needed in a timely manner. -- This is another reason I admire Big-O so much. They dont try to swindle you into something you dont need, or keep your business all to themselves. If there is something another place does better, they are happy to let you know. A wonderful place to take your car to get it worked on. I took my car in to get a flat fixed. They got it in quick and done right away.

Update: I ended up giving them another shot and they are taking more precautions. There were customers not masked, but the employees were wearing masks properly. I have changed my review to fit this, but left my previous review below.The main reason why I am giving this review is that the employees were not wearing masks (including in the lobby and in my car). Recently, Logan UT is seeing some concerning spikes in COVID-19 cases and there did not seem to be any precautions taken at this location minus a sign reminding people to keep 6 feet distance. I think its important that businesses take responsibility and I think these choices to be responsible or not during this time should be reflected by our future business considerations. Im disappointed because Ive only had good experiences at big o tires, but cant see myself going back.

This place couldnt be better. I have a 14-year-old car that has had multiple issues due to its age in the past 6 months, and every time I come here the service is fantastic! I am new to car upkeep, and everyone has always been understanding and explained what was going on with my car and how they would fix it so I know whats up; even though I dont know much about cars, no one has ever made me feel dumb for not knowing something. I believe I was charged for extra things while they tried to figure out what went wrong with their first repair. I think that’s everyone’s biggest fear with car repair.I gave two stars because the staff was so friendly and my car did end up getting fixed. However, no one wants to pay extra when a repair job goes wrong.Update: they fixed everything and made sure I was satisfied. great costumer service I think you realize good service when things don’t go exactly as expected. They were great. But pretty backed up. Took 5 hours ro have wheels aligned and new tires put on. I wasnt planning it to take so long. Had to have my daughter come get me so I wouldnt have to wait there.

These guys are the best in all of Cache Valley! I trust only them and we bring all our cars here for all of our repairs, tires, oil changes and maintenance...etc. They really have done such a great job for us. My main vehicle broke down a few days before my brother’s funeral and they took my car in right away and had it fixed for us the same day so that we would have it in time for the services, and it was a major repair but they did it for us, and so fast! I’ll never forget all of the wonderful work Big O Tires has done for us over the last 20 years that we’ve been in Utah. :) Thanks guys!

You can expect to have your vehicle well maintained from Big O Tire at this location. The staff is friendly and your service will be done quickly once in, though your wait to get in may be long depending the day. An unavoidable complication of the business. Prices are fair for the work provided as well.I do, however, wish theyd be a little bit better at leaving no trace inside the car. Minor in a way, but a pain to clean out dirty boot tracks after visiting them as its usually not just dirt. Especially in the winter. They do put down a paper mat which has a considerable amount of grime by the time theyre done. And is Thankfully not on the car itself. It would be nice if they would take that out when they are done. As I said, little details but things that make a location really exceptional.In the end I would give a 3.5 if I could, those little things really count for making a service great. But I believe with their normal work and improvements they can make going forward the 4 is justified.

The counter guys are very nice and helpful but... pay attention! Two experiences make me question their tech crew. Once they put in the wrong oil (5W-20 instead of 5W-30... not a huge problem). Another experience was a little more scary- I noticed a pool of oil under my car in the garage... my car doesnt leak oil. I checked the oil level and the oil was OVER FILLED. This can cause too high pressure in the engine and damage seals. In addition, the oil under my car was because they didnt close the oil plug tight... that could have been a DISASTER if the oil plug worked its way out while I was driving. I still go here because its convenient to get my tires rotated at the same time I get an oil change, but I dont implicitly trust these guys to know what they are doing. I always double check their work.

These guys are awesome--always happy to help people out. Ive had two flat tires in the past year--and theyve taken care of me right away (less than 20 mins). Ive also purchased tires for my other vehicle... great quality for a great price.

This place is AMAZING. I have been going here for the last 6 years and never, even once, have I had a bad experience. They have done countless oil changes, and tire rotations. Clutch master cylinder replacements, a few alignments.... Ive had 2 brand new sets of tires purchased here (after shopping around of course) And Big O has never failed me with price or quality.Solid customer service, And solid workmanship. I hardly EVER leave reviews online, and these guys deserve a five star rating. Two thumbs up. And I hope Santa leaves all their stockings full this winter. Of course he will though, nobody that works here is on the naughty list.

Cops do a better job than these guys.I ran in for a quick emissions test this morning so I could get my Utah plates. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that whoever ran it forgot to shut it completely and I was meandering around town with an unlatched hood that miraculously didn’t flip up while I was driving. I was promptly pulled over by a cop (today DEFINITELY wasn’t the day the day to wear blue jeans), and he explained to me that I was only getting pulled over because he noticed the hood wasn’t latched. The officer shut it for me and sent me on my way.Overall experience: 2/5Big O Tires: 1/5Police officer: 5/5 (Thank you for not besmirching me and plundering what little left I have in my bank account, unnamed officer.)

I couldn’t say enough nice words about Big O Tires even if I tried. These guys are the best of the best. We came in two days in a row with car troubles and they went above and beyond to help us out. Okay Big O Tires they are my go-to guys for anything with my car tires oil changes I got places closer to me where I live but I will always go to Big O they have always stood by me they are amazing at what they do the customer service is above and beyond any other car place thats ever been there for me Im very grateful for the the man at Big O tires!!! My wife was with our 5 kids in Logan, and a tire went flat. Some amazing people came to help her out, and made sure she got to Walmart Auto Care (where we had purchased our tires recently). She had to work hard to talk to someone at Walmart Auto, since they were mostly closed due to Covid. Since I hadnt purchased roadside hazard insurance, they couldnt service the van.So she drove to Big-O, a few blocks away. The tech told her it would be a 45-minute wait. My wife explained that she had 5 kids, including a crying 2-year-old, and a lot of frozen food that had to get in the freezer before it went bad. The tech said, No problem, we can get you right in.Within a couple minutes the van was in the garage. And they repaired the tire FOR FREE.Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!

I had some issues with them communicating with me. They experienced some problems with the emissions machine that were beyond there control. but it is obvious the store manager cares about the customers that visit this store.

Ive been to Big O Tires in Logan for unrelated issues with my car several times over the last month. Everytime I have gone Ive been very satisfied. The customer service is excellent and extremely helpful. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was right on my car. I was informed of what was being done to my car at every step and was shown what was wrong on my car. I thought the prices of tires and service were very reasonable. Definitely the best tire shop I have ever been to.

Nobody likes buying 4 new tires, but these guys made it as easy as possible. Called in Thursday evening to order some specific tires, they had them in by 8 am the next morning. They gave me a ride to work after I dropped my truck off at 8:30 and they had the tires on and an oil change done by 11:30. Good price and even better service.

The Logan Big O Tires location has always been pretty good. Ive taken my vehicles there for tires and emissions/safety inspections for the past 10 years. They still do a good job with tires, but this year something changed with inspections. They used to take 30 minutes max without an appointment. Theyre busy enough now that you have to make an appointment which I understand, the thing that gets me though is with an appointment it now takes an hour to do a safety inspection. Not sure why it takes so long as compared to the past. Also, whoever did my last inspection failed the test for a problem that didnt exist. I tried pointing out that their reason for the failure wasnt possible on that vehicle, but they didnt understand. Brought the vehicle in the next day after fixing the problem and it passed. I didnt really fix anything because there was nothing to fix. Hmmm? Maybe theyre just getting too busy. Historically Ive been pleased and so will rate them 4 star, but maybe consider going elsewhere if you need something done thats not tire related.

Big O Tire of Logan really saved us.We took our Truck in last week for a tuneup. As always, they were so pleasant and told us they would call with any problems or concerns. About 30 minutes later they called and explained that the spark plugs that were original to the truck had known problems. There was a chance that they were rusted and could break off. Which would significantly increase the labor and cost, but said they would do their best. We told them we understand and to proceed.They did and I got a text with a picture of the rusty spark plugs and they were all intact.Big-O Tire of Logan, thank you so much. You all are amazing!

Just let me tell you. Oh my. My apartment is currently adding more complexes which means construction everywhere. Apparently I hit a nail pulling in to park yesterday and came out to a cartoon-worthy flat tire today. I took it in to Big O frantically trying to get it fixed before I had to go back to work. Not only did they work me in less than an hour before closing, but they didnt even charge me for the repair. They are incredibly friendly and efficient. I will literally never take my car anywhere else. 😊

There was a miscommunication about our choice of tire and the wrong ones were installed. Big O made sure to get us the right tires installed (after some reminders on my end) and at no extra cost even though the tires we wanted were more than we were charged. I will say one thing though, the leasing they offer through Acima should be avoided. If you dont pay them off in a set amount of time the interest you are charged is worse than a payday loan company. Big O was great, Acima not so much.

Apparently the people who do tires cant drill out lug studs and have to wait for a mechanic to become available. One of the guys just sat in my drivers seat for 20 minutes finger drumming my steering wheel.When I asked what was going on the man that was helping me just scoffed and said theyre not going to do it. While having to pay for the labor and the replacement parts I have to waste my time because unqualified people are employed to mess up and say I cant do it. He had my bill ran for an assignment before itd even been checked. Ifelt like he was disrespectful and manipulative. I will not be back
