I loved my experience at Eyemart Express, Angela was so sweet! I was overwhelmed with options for frames, and she helped me pick out the perfect pair!! Everyone there was great. I worked with Sam when I picked up my FREE second pair and he was very helpful and wanted to make sure the glasses fit perfect. They all do a great job taking care of their customers!!

I had an excellent experience at the Logan Utah Eyemart store. The associate helping me was very helpful and friendly. She showed me several frames and gave me time to evaluate them as I tried them on. Choosing a new pair of glasses is a big deal to me, she was patient and made me feel special! I was most appreciative.

I think the guys name is Sam who helped us. He was great, he helped my shy teenage son come out of his shell to find his perfect glasses. And then a second pair because why not.. they have great prices and great service! This is where we will be going from now on.

Sam, one of the employees there helped us with our 2 new glasses. We did get Oakley lenses blso it was expensive but he was very informative and was quick with the process and the installation of the lenses. Great experience and would recommend them for any needs related to glasses and eye care!

Went to 4 different places in the valley and then ended up here. Best place to buy glasses! 10/10! Ann was very friendly and explained everything to me, and they got my two new pair of glasses to me in 14min! Other places had a 2-3week waiting period! My visit to Eyemart Express was exceptional! The optometrist and his assistant were very nice and professional and had me in and out quickly and efficiently. The gal that helped me pick out my frames was very helpful and nice. She went out of her way to pick out frames that would look good and fit my face well. She found the ones I ended up purchasing. These frames are by far the most favorite glasses Ive ever had! She also offered the option to turn the 2nd free pair into prescription sunglasses for only 20$. I was very pleased that she brought that to my attention because I have been wanting prescription sunglasses for years but I have never purchased any due to them usually being expensive. Ive been wearing glasses for 10+ years and I must say this was the first time I had ever experienced receiving my glasses the same day. Overall this was the best experience Ive had hands down going to get an exam and new glasses. Eyemart Express changed the game! Thanks for making it such an easy smooth process 😎

I really enjoyed my visit!! Everything was so smooth and easy. I had so many choices of cute frames. I especially love that almost all of the glasses I bought were finished in less than an hour! I will definitely be returning and have already recommended Eyemart to my friends and family. :)

If I could give zero stars I would.I went here due to my work providing safety glasses. I thought it would be convenient to get my perception updated here and then get the safety glasses I need. Simple and easy. Unfortunately not. The optometrist wanted to charge my $40 for a “fit” for contacts. When I asked about it, it basically sounded like a test trial of contacts to see if they work. I wear contacts already I don’t need a test trial. I called up my regular dr at America’s best. There’s no charge. This place just made one up to up-charge customers.Then when I got me updated prescription I was turned away by the glasses store side because I showed up 15 min before closing. Being told it would take longer than 15 min for me to choose between a preselected set of safety glasses.If anything it would take less than 5 min and they could file the paper work the next day. This is a pare of prescriptions after glasses fully covered by my work place. I already knew what kind I wanted cause my co workers have shown me what you can get. It wouldn’t have taken long. I even had all the paperwork ready and my prescription. There wasn’t anything they needed to do other than show me a selection and I choose. There were only a few I could choose from.Needless to say. This place sucks at customer service. Of it wasn’t for my work, I wouldn’t go back. But unfortunately this is the place my work chose. I think I’ll be informing my managers how I was treated here and maybe they’ll take their business elsewhere.

She truly understands the best options for her customers. I really trust her advice. Shari made sure everything was perfect once I picked the glasses up. She was so attentive to making sure the progressive lens’ were adjusted exactly right in the frames. I appreciate Sam’s help as well. I would return to this location in a heartbeat! So pleased!

I do not recommend. A staff member was not welcoming and didn’t offer much help at all. It was awkward and the conversation was condescending, it seemed like we were a bother. We left shortly after taking a glance at some glasses. I’ve had trouble with this store in the past and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere, where I am appreciated and important to business. I’ve been a customer for years now and it’s sad that all of that has basically gone to waste. I called the store multiple times a couple months ago regarding a warranty question, the manager told me I didn’t pay for something when I actually did, I sent the receipts in via the stores email and was told I would be contacted- no surprise when I was disappointed as that was never responded to or resolved. After that and this last interaction- you can count me out.

I went in to get new glasses and was not excited. Sam helped me out made it really easy. He ran my insurance while i browsed through a wide selection then gave me options that were well inside my budget. Seriously dont think i will ever go anywhere else plus instead of waiting several weeks my glasses were done before i made it back from lunch!

The staff were very friendly but there was a miscommunication on whether I wanted sunglasses or regular glasses then when I picked them up they were regular glasses. When I told them I wanted them sunglasses they told me I had to pay an extra $38. Which I didn’t have at the time. They were very rude and said fine then you won’t get them. Even though I told them to put the $38 on my sun bit account. They refused to do it. There was a very kind lady that overheard my conversation with the staff and she paid the $38. I just think the staff needs to be more educated and clear to the customers.

After stopping at several eye centers in Cache Valley to just be turned away, Eyemart and Eye Pros made special accommodations to see me early in the morning before they open. They have incredible staff that was beyond helpful and super friendly. A cherry on top, I didn’t have to wait days or weeks for my glasses. Within-20-30 minutes, they brought my new set of glasses out to me. The level of service is beyond any other place I’ve visited. Couldn’t be happier!!

WOW I went in looking for softer nose pieces and not only did they quickly have them installed, they did it free of charge ! I didnt purchase my current glasses there but I be giving them my business in the future .

I love that I was able to get my glasses the same day too! Most places you have to wait a week or more. My experience was excellent!

My glasses are at the bottom of Jordanelle, and I am way blind. I needed glasses, and fast! Went to their Layton location and was SO IMPRESSED!!! The staff is amazing, and kind. My glasses were ready in 30 minutes and they gave me a second pair for 10 bucks! They do free adjustments for life. Then our car wouldnt start... And the staff told us we could wait as long as we needed in the waiting room, and one of them even jumped out car for us. They said if they couldnt get it started they could take us somewhere in one of their cars to get help. Thats just above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!!! Amazing staff, amazing prices, very quick, and above all, they CARE ABOUT YOU. I cant say enough about my experience. The lady that helped me get the perfect frames was Carmelita and the guy that jumped the car was Ryan. They both deserve big raises 🙌

Eye exam was thorough and informative. Staff for actual glasses and lenses were amazing and quick. We received our glasses within 45 minutes. Best service, we will definitely go back for all future appointments.

I loved how conscious they were about the hygienic precautions with COVID - 19. They also are very good at knowing what insurance plan will give us the best deal. Dr. Broschinsky is very knowledgeable About new methods, what to look for and explaining what is going on with our eyesight. I’ve been very happy with going here.

Sam was helpful and was very attentive. All my questions were answered and my needs were met. Also, they are very prompt! I had one pair of glasses in one hour!

We had the best experience here!Thank you to the friendly and helpful ladies that were there last night. My son found two frames that he liked. The selection is great. After paying for them we were told that they should be done in an hour or less. We left the store to run an errand and before we got where we were going, I received a text message that the first pair was ready. Then a couple minutes after that text, I got another text that the other pair was ready. In under 15 minutes, they had both pairs fit with his prescription. We went back to the store and they fitted them to his face, gave us two hard cases, and a cleaning cloth. We purchased the 1 year replacement warranty so total out the door was $130 and some change. They will replace them as many times as is needed within that year due to any damage. Unless you lose them or they are stolen.We have ordered from Zenni in the past. Not anymore. It is so nice to be able to try the frames on before you buy AND have the customer service to back it up.I would highly recommend trying them out.

They are being very careful to make sure that they keep everyone safe. After trying on the glasses they gave you place them in a basket so they can clean them.

The staff at Eyemart Express in Logan was super helpful, they even got me a second pair of glasses for free after billing my insurance! I was able to walk in and have my eyes checked with no appointment, he then wrote up the prescription for glasses and I walked to the other side of the room where they helped me pick out not only 1 frame, but 2 for under $60! They also had my prescriptions ready in less than 30 minutes, so I went home with glasses same day! I will be taking my whole family there for glasses, contacts or whatever! Love this place!

Great glasses at a great price. The only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the customer service was a little disorganized and i had to make multiple trips to the store to get things worked out, but im pretty sure that was just bad luck and they normally give good service. Friendly staff, and fast to get the glasses made once everything has been worked out.

AND 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE GLASSES IF THEY BREAK!!!1 Missing star- The 5th star was achievable, and it may have just been me, (I like to take my time selecting the right look within my budget) but I felt rushed to select my frames by multiple workers. Sales staff was amazingly helpful, however a female employee who I’m pretty sure was the manager and name started with an A. Was as rude as can be, not only to me the customer but to her co-workers. She was very demeaning to them in front of me and other customers, which left a very sour visit. The 2 female employees were able to adapt inspite of her treatment and I walked away with a great pair of glasses. I will recommend to others as well as return, but refuse to be helped my the manager!

My toddler broke my glasses just before finals week. Even though I have a pretty high perscription, Eyemart Express was able to get me a pair of glasses within an hour. I also ordered another pair with thinner lenses which will come in about 2 weeks. These are perfect to get me through finals week and Christmas prep. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Very Misleading website - Eyemart Express is NOT in Network with MetLife Vision Insurance.My wife broke her glasses and so we needed to find where to go to get new glasses - she needed them in a rush as she was heading out of town for the holidays - so we did a google search to find who could get her new glasses quickly. Eyemart Express came up. On their website one is able to determine if they accept your insurance. We typed in MetLife Vision. The results says they do accept our insurance. She goes down there and when she goes to pay they say they dont take our insurance. (At this point she just needs the glasses so she just pays the bill and proceeds to have the glasses made and we will sort this out later with the insurance company).After inquiring with MetLife Vision they said that they have no control over Eyemart Express website and that Eyemart Express is not in network. They will reimburse us - but at a much lower rate than if we had gone with someone in network (even Costco and Sams Club are in network - but not these guys).So while the glasses are fine - this really feels like a bait and switch. So do call your insurance company and verify if they are in network before buying from Eyemart Express.

Staff was very helpful when picking a pair of glasses through the whole process. My one pair of glasses were done in less than an hour. I even received a nice hard case for them.

I had great service while buying two new pairs of glasses. The two girls that helped us were very well trained and gave good advice.Eyemart express is not really a discount eyeglass store... they may be convienient more than anything for most but because I needed progressive lenses and apparently if you choose non- glare on that type of lense the glasses need to be made at another location therefore in 10 days or so I’ll get them. Like any other eyeglass place.

I absoululy recommend eye mart to family and friends i am basiclly blind with my glasses and have very strong prescription and my lens make my eyes huge and normally have to wait 2 weeks to get back new glassez my daughter stepped on mine and a need them desperately and didnt have no contacts or time to wait on new glasses till i found eyemart i got me 2 pair for $121 one pair was with the lens that dont make my eyes look so big and a back up pair all in total of 38 mins thanks eye mart the one thing i didnt like was.no eye doc.and they dont take medicaid but will definitely return in a few weeks with my kids for there appointments

Associates are helpful and warm, addressing you as soon as you step through the door. Glasses were made onsite in about 20, far less than the projected hour, and the technician sized each pair fit at the fron counter. Definitely recommend Eyemart Express.

Tami was amazing very patient with us as we chose ten differant pairs as n decided, no I like another pair. The prices were very fair and very fast. My glasses were ready in 45 min. I didnt havr to wait a week like I did at my last place. Which I think they are great to. But I love having my glasses in an hour. And prices we paid out the door for 2 pairs even with bifocals. $95.dollars . I paid 180 for one non bifocal. Do I would go back definitely.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 yrs old and very familiar with optometry best practices etc. I would think twice going to Logan Eyemart Express both the glasses part of store and exam part do not have a clue what they are doing and how to deal with insurance and patients!
