We’ve been patrons of Logan Optical for over 60 years. When I was originally fitted with glasses, Ross Larsen (Jeff’s dad) went the extra mile to make it a special experience for a 1st grader. Customer service was always a top priority, even mailing a replacement pair of frames to Portland when, at 10 years of age, I broke mine while on vacation. Jeff has carried on the tradition of great service. Always enjoy stopping in for minor adjustments at no charge. Their staff is very accommodating and fun to visit with. You may pay a bit more, but you get your money’s worth and then some, for the exceptional quality of the product. I still have back-up pair of sun glasses purchased 25+ years ago! 😉

I have been going to Logan Optical for over 35 years. They are the best! They are very personable and kind. Jeff and his staff welcome me by name. They ask about me and my family. They care about members of my family who were clients years ago but have moved from the valley.I appreciate the way each optician adjusts my glasses. They take the time to adjust my glasses so they dont hurt behind my ears or put pressure on my nose.When purchasing glasses, Jeff and his staff take the time to find the correct frame. They are willing to order in different color options if they do not have them in the store. They then help me pick the correct type of lens.I strongly recommend Logan Optical. They care about their clients and their eye care needs.

My husband went here since it was close to where we live and in network. It was tiny and awkwardly laid out. They charged him an outrageous amount for a years supply of contacts. We were able to get them for less than half elsewhere, and they did refund us. Even though our insurance covered the exam they still charged a $34 fee for his exam even though they did nothing above the norm. We will not be going here again.

I just went yesterday and the staff was helpful in trying to find the pair of glasses I wanted. When the color of glasses for the style I wanted was unavailable online they called the distributor and special ordered a pair for me. I am happy with the service and hope the end result is as pleasing.Update: Logan Optical has been fantastic in helping our family even after our glasses arrived. They have been helpful and friendly as we have had our glasses adjusted. They set up a telescope for the eclipse and just make our community better.

They have been super helpful and nice to work with. They’re always kind and willing to go above and beyond to help. I would say they have a pretty limited selection of glasses compared to other places I’ve been, but for all other optical needs, I’d recommend Dr. Budge.

They were fabulous. The staff had a good blend of being helpful & available, but still letting me wander around & try on frames at my leisure. I have an unusual prescription & they answered all my questions. When my chosen frames turned out not to work well with my prescription, they let me try out the glasses for a few days & then swapped the lenses into new frames when I decided it didnt work. I would return to them again.

I have gotten a few pairs of glasses here, (trendy and new styles) and they have the best service and truly care about their customers. Every time I need my glasses adjusted, they make them fit perfect again. They also have a great selection of sunglasses! Best optical in Cache Valley.

Very impressed with the staff and the extra efforts they went through to take care of my needs. After I received my glasses I still had a little problem of still seeing double. Not only did they add a prism which made a big difference and got rid of my double vision, they did not charge me any extra for the extra care they gave me. I am very impressed with Jeff and the staff and appreciate the way they took care of my vision needs.

Jeff and his team are incredibly skilled at getting every step of the eye glass purchase exactly right. But what really makes them stand out is their kindness. When I come in for an adjustment I cant help but notice how easy going and supportive they are to the often indecisive customers as they work through the selection of frames and lens options.

The folks at Logan Optical have been making my glasses since I was in kindergarten. If you want someone who will give you the best glasses in Cache Valley, this is your place! Oh, and they do the best adjustments too!

They were so caring and helpful, we needed glasses in a pinch it was late on a Friday night. No questions asked they took care of us and got us a great set of frames. My son left smiling!

Polite and friendly service, horrible turnaround time and incompetent employees.I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a pair of eyeglasses. They waited 4 days from the time that I chose my frames before they actually processed the order, which I had commented that I needed ASAP. I had to wait 4 weeks for that order to be fulfilled whereas over only had to wait a week or two when ordering from other retailers in the past.Once I had my glasses, I returned to have them adjusted and the guy bent the glasses from the middle to the point that the sub-frame seperated from the frame itself enough to fit a quarter between the two, and handed them back as if he didnt think it was an issue. After 2 attempts to have them fixed with a request to have it flush, they were still severely gapped when he brought them back out. He was very nice, but incompetent.When he processed my return, he refunded what I paid, but did not seem concerned about notifying my insurance (who picked up at least half of the cost). When I asked about it, I could tell he didnt have a clue what to do which means now I will need to contact someone else now to make sure that I can utilize my insurance before the end of the year.Being nice does not excuse poor service and slow order fulfillment. I would strongly discourage anyone from going through the same hassle.

I wasnt actually able to make it to my appointment, and took one closer to home on a different day, but I called Dr. Budges office on a Friday afternoon, as my glasses broke on Thursday evening, and I needed a new prescription anyway, and since I live an hour and a half away, and was coming into Logan for something else just on that one Saturday, thats the day I asked about. The receptionist I spoke with was very kind, and went to speak with the doc after I explained my predicament. Instead of instantly shunning me away like every single other Optometrist I called before them (there was about 5 or 6), Dr. Budge himself got on the line with me to discuss what I needed. He said he did come in occasionally on a Saturday for patients, and he could get me in at 11am. (Was told before I spoke with him that he only saw patients on the first Saturday of the month.) This seems like a really great place, where the people are very friendly, and more willing to work with people than anyone else Ive ever tried to get in to see. If I ever do need an Optometrist in Logan, they are going to be the FIRST people I call!!!

For 40 years Ive gotten my glasses at your store. I absoutley HATE your location and will never come again. Its beenabout 7 years since my last pair there and Ive made at least 75 no kidding trips to have them adjusted. I have never wore them a day.
