This was my first visit with them, and I was so pleased! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Dr. Seeholzer explained everything to me and was making jokes the whole time! Janet, I believe was her name, so super sweet, and answered any questions I had. It was also probably the fastest appointment Ive ever had. I would highly recommend Seeholzer vision to anyone looking for a fantastic place to get your eyes checked!

I love Dr. Seeholzer. He has always treated me professionally and has a great sense of humor. The visits are enjoyable and lighthearted. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and what the equipment he is using measures. This helps my level of understanding so that I can make better decisions regarding my eye care. In my opinion he is one of the best Cache Valley has to offer.

By far, the best in the valley. My wife and I have been to others around, but Dr. Seeholzer is the best. He makes you feel welcomed right from the beginning, jokes with you the whole time, and really makes it a great and fun environment to be around. Ive been going to Seeholzer for the past 3 years while being a student at USU. Ive bought three pairs of glasses through their shop and hes seriously amazing. Good cost, super funny, fast and really smart at what he does. He just got this new machine that measures the density of your eyes too which gives you data specific ratings on how your eyes are doing (for free in your eye exam), which I guarantee no other place will have access to.When I move, Im really going to miss him as my optometrist. Give him a shot. You wont regret it.

We had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Seeholzer vision center! It was all problems with the receptionist though. Dr. Seeholzer himself was really funny and did a great job. His receptionist on the other hand just made mistake after mistake! I called and told her 3 different times that I wanted to just do a basic vision screening not a full exam since thats all I needed and it would be way cheaper for us. She said she scheduled me for that. But after my exam we got a bill and she said we owed them $90! So she had scheduled me for a comprehensive exam even though I specifically told her not to. We figured we would just pay it since Seeholzer still did the full exam, so we payed it. Then we later get a letter saying its being sent to collections since we didnt pay it even though we did! My husband had to go down to their office and clear things up for something we didnt even want in the first place. We also had a problem when she called us and said my husbands glasses were ready to be picked up. He went in and she said they actually werent in and wouldnt be for another week! The receptionist just didnt really seem to know what she was doing and it caused us a lot of extra time and money so we will never be going back!Edit: I saw the response to this and want to say that I wasnt told full exams were all they did for first appointments so I was under the impression I was a getting a basic screening. As for the letters of notice about our bill, we only recieved two bills in that time. We thought the first bill was from them before Insurance kicked in because we thought we had gotten a basic screening and knew it wouldnt cost that much. When we got the second bill we realized it was for a full exam and we payed it. The bill was sent to collections and we didnt get any notice it was being sent there and they failed to cancel collections. So my husband went in to fix it. Which was all something that shouldnt have ever happened if we were told we were getting a full exam in the first place...and why dont you track where your shipments are? Let alone call prematurely to let a customer know their glasses are in when you arent positive they are. Maybe instead of trying to make it seem like it wasnt your fault you just own up. You just need to pay more attention to what the client is saying and make sure they get all the information so there arent any unexpected surprises.

Dr. Seeholzer was very friendly with my five year old and made her laugh and have fun during the appointment while teaching her what was going on at the same time. And he was honest in his opinion. Was a great experience and Im grateful for his conduct with her!

Absolutely the best optometrist around! Ive gone to Dr. Seeholzer since I was little. A few years ago, I moved about 2 hours away and went to another optometrist - such a stark contrast to the type of service, care, and prices Id become accustomed to with Dr. Seeholzer! I now make the 2 hour drive every time. Totally worth it!

Awesome experience. Jeff (Dr. Seeholzer) has one of those personalities that makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Hes like a funny uncle that is always smiling and laughing. He does everything he can to treat you like your his favorite customer. I would, (and have), recommended him to anyone and everyone.

Really happy I came here. Not only is he a really nice, funny guy...but he knows what he is doing. I was going to another optometrist in logan for almost 15 years, and in just one appointment with seeholzer I felt I was in better care. The other optometrist would not listen to my concerns. My eyesight was still blurry in one eye for a long time, and kept getting told that was my prescription, and he wasnt going to change it. In the first appointment with seeholzer, and without me even having to tell him anything about it, he figured out that my site was worse in one eye by doing a very thorough exam. He gave me a trial pair of contacts, and I am loving them already. I can see so good!

Brought my son in for an eye appointment was very thorough respected the time that we had to do this and advised my son on the different options he had 4 glasses and contacts. Things went great my son has contacts and seeing clearly. Thanks to seeholzervision for their help

Dr Seeholzer is so personal and kind! I have a brain condition which most optometrists dont know a lot about, but he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me advice on warning signs related to my condition involving my vision. My appointment only took 30 minutes from the time I arrived and left, and he helped me get money back on my contacts. Awesome doctor and office, overall!

I have loathed the eye doctor ever since I was little. I have extremely sensitive eyes and most all tests irritate them to no end. That is, until I went to Dr. Seeholzer last year. He was so friendly and just genuinely seemed to care about my eyes. My first impression was proven correct again today when I lost my contact while vacationing in Southern Utah. Dr. Seeholzer personally went into the office just to fax my prescription to a local eye doctor so Id be able to see for the next three days. He was so polite about the entire situation and didnt act put out at all. I would highly recommend him to everybody!

I have been going to the Seeholzer Vision Center, myself, for the past 25 years, but just began bringing my daughter fairly recently for her first appointment. I am very glad that I decided to bring her here too; I really trust the staff with her. They make us feel perfectly comfortable.

Dr. Seeholzer is informitive, he explains what he is doing while giving the eye exam. He also is delightful to his costumers, he would be great for families with young children because of his cheery disposition. The other employees are also helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Seeholzer is knowledgeable, funny, nice, and thorough. He is not in a hurry and will talk through options with you. The staff member who checked me in was not aware of the products and services available, and when I asked something she didnt know, she did not offer to find out, just said shes new so she didnt know. Also, she forgot a certain measurement, so I had to come back. So I was not impressed until seeing Dr. Seeholzer, who is a rock star. Totally worth it.

I strongly dislike going to the eye dr much like someone would not like going to the dentist. I’ve had contacts for years and have been to a few eye doctors in town and haven’t been impressed with any of my experiences. Then I got a referral to these guys! Super impressed with the service and speed. You know most dr’s you go and show up on time fill out the paper work and sit for 30 mins. Not at seeholzer took me back on time, had my prescription figured out in mins and he didn’t even have the awful machine that shoots air in your eye (I despise that machine) my contacts from him are more comfortable and half the cost of my last prescription! Go there you won’t regret it!

When visiting Seeholzer Vision Center, Im always able to get my questions answered. Any concerns or thoughts I have, are always resolved by the great staff and doctor who are present there.

I have had a couple eye exams here and they are thorough. I do like the online store to shop for frames for convenience.

This is a spotlessly clean facility, which always makes me feel comfortable. The equipment is up to date and well maintained.

Most Helpful Staff Ever!!!I had a tear in my contact lens which of course fell on the 4th of July weekend i called the emergency phone number and got Dr seeholzer himself, He was out of town for the 4th of July but didnt hesitate to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Karen for meeting me at the Office and giving me a contact lens. I know it wasnt an Emergency, But these people went out of their way to make me feel important. Thank you for saving my fourth of July weekend.

I havent yet visited this office for my vision needs. I just called to ask some basic information questions, and I am displeased from a basic phone conversation. Before I could even finish my question, the secretary cut me off. The whole conversation seemed rushed and impolite. Before I could finish saying goodbye, the woman cut me off again, said goodbye and hung up the phone.
