Went into the vision center today to get the plastic nose pieces on my glasses fixed. She was in the back for 15 minutes, which to me seemed like a long time, and then she finally came out. She handed me my glasses and one of my lenses was cracked in multiple places. I asked about the cracks and she said they were there before she got them. I know that isnt true because I had to clean my glasses before going in to see her. I didnt want to argue because she was getting defensive. Beware. They arent gentle with glasses.

This was the most thorough vision exam Ive had in 20 years. Dr. Maddocks truly cares about his patients vision and health. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

My son was having eye problems while we were on vacation in Bear Lake. We stopped in to see if Dr Maddocks could see him as an emergency visit. The staff was very kind and helpful and got us right in. Dr. Maddocks was very personable and thorough and did a great job diagnosing and helping our son. Seems like a great office.

Charlotte was so great to work with! It was a holiday and I was having a contact crisis, and Charlotte was so kind! She could have turned me away but she went above and beyond to help me so I was able to enjoy the holiday.

Our experience was great for our daughter. The Dr. made her feel comfortable and at ease about her first eye exam. He was very thorough. My only complaint was that we were the first appointment of the day. We showed up a few minutes early to complete paper work so we would be ready to go right at appointment time. The Dr. came about 10 minutes late to work. No apologies were given from him a bout having us having to wait on him. The lady at the front apologized to us multiple times but on his end I found it very unprofessional.

This eye doctor was very thorough. My appointment went smoothly and I was grateful for the service. He even asked me to return for a follow-up. When I went back I was attended promptly. I would have rated this a five but it did take a while to order contacts.

The associates were very professional and courteous. My glasses came in much earlier than I expected and I received a call from the vision center to come in and be fitted. I did so, and was promptly fitted! Thank you for your fine service!

Dr. Maddocks is professional and down to earth. He cares about his patients. His advice is easy to understand and follow. If you live in the Logan area, I bet you won’t be disappointed in Dr Maddocks as a family eye doctor.

The optometrist is a great guy and answered and understand any questions I asked. I got my prescription updated and new glasses. I was offered contacts. There is a full selection of glasses frames for kids, women and men. Even larger/wide frames. His staff is pretty great also. Fully recommend going here.

After having a not so pleasant eye exam and felt like I was being lectured the eye doctor insisted I try a different contact lens that I had tried in the past and HATED. I told him in previous years that I tried the vita and did not like them, that they hurt my eyes and that I just want oasis (the brand Ive been wearing for years). He insisted that I try vita again and once again I HATED them. I then went to order my normal oasis from 1800contacts so that I did not have to deal with the Walmart office and was sent vita because the eye doctor said I should have vita. I have never experienced so many issues with an eye doctor prior to this. I now have to go back in so he can hear me say I hate this type and want my old type back, which is just a waste of both of our times. After this is over I will never use Walmart optical center again, and Ive used them for years. I would like to note that the rest of the staff was very pleasant, but the optometrist was very frustrating.

Do not go here. We had a 4:30 pm appointment and arrived early. There was no one here. After waiting 10 minutes we contacted a manager who attempted to page the doctor and front help. No luck. I waited 20 more minutes and called North Wal-Mart to make an appointment where we have never been disappointed. When leaving the store the front help shows up and claimed they had lost our appointment. I would rate this a 0 if I could.

I went to Dr. Maddocks because of a medical concern. He gave me a very through medical exam and prescribed two medications that were appropriate and that took care of the problem. He is easy to talk to and the staff were also friendly and all were professional. He explained the cost involved because my insurance wasnt going to help, and I was pleased with my experience and will go to him again I am sure.

Dr. Maddocks is an expert in his field he pays very close attention to detail and is very thorough in his procedures I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. The associates appointed under him are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Maddocks knows what he is talking about. I go to him with all of my eye related questions and he responds promptly and thoughtfully. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an eye doctor. He also speaks Spanish!

I don’t think Dr. maddocks went to medical school. He kept on giving me the wrong type of contacts and he said there is no such thing as a curvature Test and everyones eyes are the same but no there not there is such a thing as a curvature test and everyone’s eyes are different I suggest if you guys want your eyes checked go to a real doctor not this fake

Dr. Maddocks knows how to put a patient at ease and Im very happy with the service I received through his office. He and his staff were outstanding!
