They only use products that they have confidence in and will back up the sale and take care of any problems that may arise. Great customer service until the job is over and they got your money... Sad I loved this place until now.

Joe and Randy helped replace our outdoor speaker system. We are pleased with the work they did, and the speakers sound GREAT ! The only thing that was frustrating is the lack of follow up. I understand that this job may be pretty small compared to other ones out there, but communication is key in any business, and our 50% deposit is all the more reason to follow up with your customer. We did not feel in the loop, and I had to reach out to him several times to see the status of our job. Very frustrating.
