I brought in my flash drive, because I deleted a VERY valuable file folder that was not backed up or saved to my computer. Almost in tears I asked Jason if he could help. Less than 24 hours later he recovered my file folder. The cost was beyond reasonable, service was quick and professional. When I got the call to pick up my flash drive and to see what he was able to retrieve, I really did cry, absolute miracle! It had been a while since Ive been there up until the last couple of weeks.I bought a laptop from there a few years ago. I went back to have some work done such as clean up of my PC. But I decided to just upgrade all together and get me another laptop. Where do you think I went? Yup!!! To computer solutions. Those guys from the owner to the Technicians in there are off the chain good. You can order replacement parts, get a virus scans, de-frag/debug your computer. They also offer computer classes that assist you with being even a more proficient user of your own devices. I got a tutorial yesterday with a problem I couldnt figure out with uploading docs to site that required specific imaging. Went looking for some ram on kind of a rush job didnt really have the time to wait around on shipping and when they didnt have the size I needed in stock the employee pulled a stick from his own personal computer to make sure I got what I needed. He went above beyond on customer service. Great service and I would recommend this shop.

The service at this store is amazing. The computer service turn around time is great. They do a $30 diagnostics which is effective because they let you know what needs to be done and what isnt so important at the time, or if its even worth fixing the computer or if its better to upgrade. Also their deals on computers are great they sell laptops and desktops new and used for affordable prices. Over all i highly recommend this store for their service and their products both are great and the employees are friendly and not just salesmen.

I’ve been working with Frank, who is super nice and accommodating! Diagnostic service is very detailed and inexpensive. After picking up my computer, I had additional issues and had to bring back. With the 30 day warranty, additional issues were discovered and fixed at no charge. Pleasant experience each time. They also sell refurbished laptops and desktops.

I was really excited about this place because it was around $50 cheaper to have my iPhone 7+ screen replaced here than the other places I checked out. Well, I paid for the part on December 23 and was told it would be in around the start of the new year. After waiting almost a week into the new year, I called to see if the part had arrived and it had. So I bring my phone there and drop it off and Chris tells me it will be ready by the time they closed, at 7. I come up there to pick up my phone around 6:30, Chris isnt even there and my phone appears to have not been worked on at all. So I call the following day and Chris explains to me that there was ANOTHER part he had to order, and they had to have my phone for another 3-5 days until the part came in. So I wait another 5 days, come in to talk to Chris about the part, he isnt there and neither is the part. THEN I find out the part they DO have is actually wrong, so theyd have to return that one and order the right one, which would take yet another 3-5 days. I finally ask for a refund (which after 2 days I have still yet to receive) and take it to Batteries Plus, where it was fixed within the hour. Then, the gentleman at Batteries Plus informs me that there are some screws missing from whoever worked on it before, and my ear piece speaker no longer works. I have to make all of my phone calls on speaker phone. This is literally the only bad review Ive ever left on a place and its only because I am THAT outraged at their lack of professionalism and keeping in touch. I am genuinely surprised this place is still in business.

Horrible experience!!! Paid for diagnostic check & was told only 1 part was needed but somehow ended up numerous other repairs after initial fix. Went to pick up laptop and hard drive was erased and battery wont hold a charge. Received further billing for new hard drive & windows software install. Several weeks later, battery remains damaged. I might as well have bought a new laptop for the price & headache.. Response to below, not true. I was told drive was fine originally then after I tried to pick it up after initial repair the window software mysteriously wouldnt load & drive was damaged. Battery never held a charge from the day that I picked it up. I told worker that I do not leave battery plugged in even though he insisted we do & software that I agreed to was not installed originally. The lady at the desk checked & agreed that it was missing also. I was very patient despite 4 visits.

Took in a new desktop PC that had already been back to the seller and was still not fixed - I wanted a 2nd opinion. I chose Safety to give that opinion because they have been there a long time and they have weekend hours. They promised a diagnostic and 48 hour turn around.They called before we had even gotten back home with not only a diagnosis but a fix - all for less than $40. Keeping these guys on my list.

I was very impressed with the work these guys did. They were prompt, our computer is like new again and even better they didnt try to rob us the way Best buys Geek Squad does. We will definitely be using them for our computer needs in the future and will recommend them to others.

The customer service i experienced was outstanding. The knowledge of the people working there was extremely helpful. They found out what was wrong with my computer in a timely manner and got back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off. Once it was determined my computer was a goner, they skillfully helped me pick out a replacement that was not only affordable but a newer and better machine. I was in need of a computer really bad since mine was fizzing out on me, and Frank worked with me a great deal and got me up and running again. For those scrolling through reviews: Do NOT go here! Theyre just a scam. They want you to pay for a diagnosis and wont even do an adequate job.I only have one word to describe this business: SCAM. I am not the type of person to dislike a business so much, but these people have basically stolen my familys money!Multiple times I have brought in laptops with virus(es) and all they did was charge to diagnose and charge to fix. Those words are in quotes, because they didnt do anything. My laptops were still virus ridden and ran even worse.Dont even try getting a small little problem fixed, because theyll charge for that too! All I had was a broken headphone piece stuck in the Jack and they wanted to charge for a diagnosis. What??? I had to take my business elsewhere.These people can not be trusted with a simple task. All they want is your money.

Spilled coffee on my Macbook, and after a trip to a Mac authorized repair store where they told me I needed to buy a new computer, I took it to these guys for a second opinion. For a VERY reasonable diagnostic price fee took my computer apart, cleaned out all the coffee they could, and now Im writing this review on the same computer. I highly recommend this store for fair and reasonable repairs. They were a life saver!

Great guys! I had Eric as my associate. My charging port broke. Toshiba wanted to fix it for $300 and it would take 2 weeks to bring back. I learned about Computer Solutions from a local Geek Squad associate. Went to Computer Solutions and they fixed it fast! It went from Toshiba wanting $300 to fix it, to Computer Solutions doing it for $30 and only one hour of labor.Great guys :)!

I went to get my computer fixed on March 25th, 2013 for a broken screen and they told me it would be fixed in ten days. When that day came, they told me that they ordered the wrong part and would give me a computer to borrow. That same day I called back and told them the computer wasnt working and lady who worked there said she would meet me and bring it to me when they had closed. I waited 20 minutes and she never showed up. Two days later my mom called and was talking to her asking why it was taking so long and why she hadnt met us. She laughed at my mom. A day later, we went up to the store and my talked to the store owner. We were told that day that the lady who was supposed to meet me and who had talked to my mother had quit which was weird to us because she was just there. The store manager told us that we needed a cable then my computer would be fixed. Another thing we found out was that the lady who quit never ordered the cable, when she told me she ordered it the day we were supposed to meet. The store owner told us it would be fixed by next Thursday. My mom called and they told us they would refund our money because the screen they ordered was defected. Now remember they had the screen before they knew they needed a cable to fix my computer. Why didnt they know two weeks ago that it was defected when they had it the whole time? They do not know how to fix computers nor give good service. The only thing I got in return were excuses and still a BROKEN computer. Then on top of that a piece was missing. So not only did I leave unsatisfied, but I left with my computer not the same way I gave it to them. I would highly discourage anyone who wants to come here to get a computer or get anything fixed. If they cant simply order the right piece to a computer what makes you think they can fix it?

They are very helpful and explain things in english. My son who is 13 goes in to ask them questions often also and they are so nice to answer the questions he has. I bought a computer and they were very helpful in setting it up for me and helping and answering any questions I had.

I dropped an all-in-one desktop on Friday evening for a minor service. I was promised that the service would be completed by the next day and that I would receive a call as soon as it was done. Well, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. When I went to pick the desktop up with a toddler in my hands, the gentleman carried the desktop to the trunk of my car for me. the little things are what make big differences. You will certainly see me again!

This place was a complete RIP-OFF! My MacBook Pro was stuck on a black screen, so I brought it there for repair. After not hearing back from them for 3 days I decided to stop by after work. I was told that the laptop booted right up when they turned it on and that they could not replicate the issue so they DID NOTHING/ FIXED NOTHING/ BUT DEMANDED $30 ANYWAY- FOR, YOU GUESSED IT, NOTHING! No sense of fairness there at all! I’ll never return to these scammers again! Like I said, complete RIP-OFF!

Ofcourse I dont still have my receipt but i do have my bank statement if you need it let me know, although I am quite sure you will find it in your records as much as I am sure that you remember me because you were there and did nothing! Thank you, but the fact you replied mentioning the wrong amount of money makes me want to give you another 1 star if it was applicable!I had my s7 edge phone screen broken front and back. Went there asked if they can fix it, they said yes. I asked how much it would cost to be as NEW and the answer was 289 including a $39 labor cost so I agreed and they ordered the parts they needed. I didnt negotiate the price or the parts they needed to fix it as I wanted it as NEW. After waiting 9 days for the parts (when they said it was gonna take 2 days) I dropped the phone to be fixed and went back and took it. At home I realized that the back isnt sticking to the phone so I went back next day and they said because the frame is damaged and so cant hold the back ( why didnt you say so in the beginning and added that to the parts you ordered and why wasnt I told when I picked up the phone!) They told me to leave my phone and they will bend the frame so it clings to the back and I left it. Came back to pick it up, they didnt tell me anything was wrong and when I was checking my phone before leaving I discovered the back got broken while they were trying to fix it. They said if I needed it fixed we need to order a frame ( which I dont know why wasnt orderd in the first place!) And I was ok with that until they said I was gonna pay another labor cost for them not knowing what they needed to order and breaking the phone again. When discussing that with them they were very rude, left me standing there for a very looooong time because they didnt want to write me an official paper that phone wasnt fixed and they broke the back and need to order another one for me (which is only $10 of the cost I had paid previously) why am I supposed to pay labor again for a job that wasnt done right in diagnosis and fixing?
