Excellent! My Red PS4 pro wireless controller went wonky! GameStop had one ! I bought it! Now I continue the Quests!

Went to this location to assist an acquaintance who is disabled. Went over and above to help him. Generally good service but not terribly accessible.

Always have amazing customer service, military discounts and lots of items in stock. One of my favorite GameStops to go to!

A joke seriously a joke . I went in with my kids and had the worst service ever. This place needs management and to more clean eith their operations and letting people in the store . Also they are almost put of every game possible so I dont understand why they have stuff on the shelf if it isnt available? Seems counterproductive to have it listed as available if ultimately you have to order it ! Hope they figure it out because its very unpleasant going in there!

My Grandchild wanted a hat for her belated birthday. She got her Eevee hat you Gamestop filled her afternoon with joy, now she has a cute hat gracing her noggin. She was happy, I was happy! She is an awesome wonderful kid thanks for helping, me do something cool for her!!!

Staff are cool theyre very helpful with me. Made sure I understood everything going on and walked me through it. Cool people and lots to pick and choose merch wise. And of course theres a lot of games to choose from.

Ive become a regular at this game stop. i was sure i was going to get the best deal on a PS4 and accessories online but i stopped by and they offered me a far better deal, and showed me some other deals i was eligible for even though they could have made more money if they had withheld that information. their service has always been incredible for me. always willing not to just talk like a salesman but like a gamer actually drawing you into the games.

Waited for 10 minutes for a worker to acknowledge/let me buy something before deciding to leave and give my business elsewhere.

I had a good experience with one of the employees there named (Brandon) he was very professional with troubleshooting some issues i was having with my playstation and was able to help with my controller problem i was having thank you for all the help it is really appreciated.

This is my favorite store all the time when I got in -they are happy -good customer service! Love it!

We are gamers so we often go to gamestop. This store is typical for a Gamestop, lots of video games (new and used) for all consoles, video game themed toys and accessories and good advise on games to play.

People there are great has a lot to chose from.

The guys working here are always really nice and helpful.

I bought a used game and when I got home it didnt work (scratched). I took it back a week later and they gave me a newer one that works great! Sometimes they appear to be a little understaffed so getting through the line can be a bit slow. Overall a good experience.
