Here visiting and had a problem with my Galaxy S20. Wish to thank Izzy, Joe and Nayeli at the Lompoc Verizon store for all there help getting my phone back to normal operating conditions.

3/721 11:15am Sales Rep named Josh very Rude. Gives impression customers are an inconvenience to him. He needs training in customer service. Open sign of so you can’t tell if they are open. When you walk in they have there faces in there phone. And get up like it’s your fault they have to get off there phone. Bad experience. No help at all. I will drive to Buelton for now on I guess

This store was great today! They were super helpful when it came to helping me talk with Verizon corporate over the phone, and they helped me deal with a rude representative that was on the phone with us. And the amazing part was that they were very patient and helpful even though I sat in the store for over 50 minutes trying to talk with Verizon corporate over the phone, and went through 5 different representatives during that time on the phone.So thank you to this awesome team for being so helpful!

Izzy, the Lompoc store manager went above and beyond to rectify the error and make the upgrade happen. Jose, the store manager, took great care in helping usbmp out. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. We spent over an hour gwwting one phone situation fixed and upgrading to another. While there the store, I noticed how well staffed they were, in case there would be an influx of customers

Twice my husband has gone to pay the bill and they ask for my pin. Not only doea he take the bill with the account number and amount of the bill on the mailed statement in with him but he takes cash! Each time they ask him for the pin number. This is ridulous! Why would he need a pin to pay a bill when he has cash and the statement! Please fix this. I can not go in sometimes and will not be giving the pin out . Dont ask him to change it please!

If you are going to pick a place for your Verizon needs in Lompoc, go no further. The support and new layout gets you upfront with the staff that know the phone and electronics you desire.

Arrived at the store at 7:20pm tonight to help my mom get a new phone. After waiting patiently till after 8pm to be helped we were rushed out of the store without a phone after letting us know we could get a better deal from the manager if we came in tomorrow ?...kinda sucks.!

The CSRs are very misinformed on their protocols. they cost me a huge error in my bill, as it climbed to $1100!!!!! They told me I was maxed out at 5 lines and I qualified for the family more everything plan and could have up to 10 lines, costing me 300+ overages charges. And I also did not have a military discount of 10% applied to my bill. I have had to visit several times and call Verizon tech support numerious times. This situation almost made me leave Verizon . They should have paid more attention to their training for their job!!!

The day I went by to get an iPhone 11 and accessories all was well we were greeted with a smile the following week when I went to the store to return an item I was not welcomed the agent was very upset and annoyed because I was going to return a phone case that I was no longer interested in and I thought that was very unprofessional

The manager at the Lompoc locations is horrible and rude. he has a bad attitude and acts like he hates his job. he was very unhelpful and also very pushy. I will be going to the santa maria location from now on. aleast have a manager that knows about the products!

Sad that Verizon employees have to wait on hold like the rest of us. I went in rather than call specifically to cut out the phone wait time for changes to my account.
