I came in to pay my monthly bill, well that didn’t work!!!They cancelled my account and number!!!Why would I pay if I wasn’t going to be needing it!I go in and they don’t even know what happened...Turns out I had to wait more than 24 hrs to get my phone to work again... customer service wasn’t helpful either. Now I have to get a new number because of some crazy reason!

My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for 14 years primarily due to their excellent customer care. Their in-store staff at this location need some retraining with porting numbers from sprint to t-mobile. Since the merger things are done differently when it comes to porting between these 2 carriers. As I understand that I still expect staff to be knowledgeable and up to date so that they may provide the fast and effective customer service that I am accustomed to with this carrier. I left for over an hour so they would have time to figure things out and they were still unable to complete the task. Customer care specifically told us to use a store for this matter since it should have been easier for them. This was not the case for this location. Ultimately I was able to port my number over the phone with customer care.

T-Mobile had always been an excellent store with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I went into the store frustrated because in preparing to put a new T-Mobile SIM card into my current phone, I ruined the phone while trying to remove the old SIM card. But, Brianna and Albert came to my rescue. They were calm, professional and highly knowledgeable (especially Brianna). Albert showed me new phones that were part of a special offer, thereby saving me some money, as well as finding a cover that was on sale. Brianna handled all of the technical aspects of the activation and update of my phone, as well as the transfer of my data (contacts and cat photos primarily). I left fully satisfied with the courteous assistance provided, happy I had made the transfer to T-Mobile. Even when I got home and had a couple of questions, I called Brianna and was quickly provided with simple, easily understood answers. Great job by these young professionals. Many thanks.

Stephanie and her coworker to whom I apologize for forgetting her name let me just say theyre great people! They know what theyre doing so you can guarantee to be out of there quick and if one is not busy shes sure to come help the other one team work! I had all the help I needed with smiles and laughs. Fast efficient friendly they make a difference. I would definitely go back here I recommend them to anyone they make this store a better one.

Clean store and the staff super helpful. Covid has some of the items unavailable, but the staff looked up what wasnt in the store online to see if you could get it that way.

Brianna and her staff (Deja, Francisco, & Alberto) were all helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I left the store a happy customer. It is because of employees like these 4 individuals that make T-Mobile such a great and unique company. Both the city of Lompoc and T-Mobile should be fortunate to have them. I know I am as they were all exemplary!

As a brand new T-Mobile customer, I went to the Santa Maria store for assistance with my phone. I received advice that didnt sound right. OK for starters I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS OFTEN (IF you read THIS in its ENTIRETY you will UNDERSTAND WHY!)I mean ...I used to do Yelp back when it was considered cool (whats that?! You say THAT WAS NEVER COOL?! OK)I DO however READ A TON of reviews to inform and influence MY CHOICES about places to shop, things to try and what to buy...but under normal circumstances I dont take the time to actually rate a purchase or experience...(I figure let SOMEONE ELSE write a review...right?) I mean it would take a pretty AMAZING EXPERIENCE to prompt me to invest MY TIME in something like THAT! Well NEVER SAY NEVER because it JUST HAPPENED..and at T-Mobile in Lompoc of all places! MANY adjectives could be used to describe my experience at the T-Mobile in the Goodwill shopping center on H St just down from that JOKE of a Sears store (seriously my GARAGE has more appliances than THAT PLACE!)..but I digress. Anyway this is about T-MOBILE! Or MORE ACCURATELY the STAFF at 1015 N H St T-MOBILE and as I said MANY words could be used to ENCAPSULATE this T-Mobile Team; a few would be Friendly, informative, Helpful, and Knowledgeable....I choose to go the Stan Lee route and call them AMAZZING (WITH two Zs!) the EXTRA zing was provided by the EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL (and I might add BEAUTIFUL) Deja who I observed as part of the DYNAMIC DUO of BRIGIRL and DeWing (DC fans will get it!) When I entered the store Bri and Deja were assisting several customers (and I aint talking 2 or 3 several..I mEAN LIKE 9 PEOPLE!) and if you were there you would agree NO ONE WAS IGNORED. These T-Birds did ALL THEY COULD to ASSIST, SELL and INFORM. These professionals knew the task at hand but made sure EVERYONE was ACKNOWLEDGED and HELPED. And they did it old school with a SMILE, COURTESY and plain GOOD ATTITUDES. (Yeah in THIS DAY of eye rolling, smirking, disenchanted millennials this RARE QUALITY STILL EXISTS!) And before this thing turns into a dissertation I will start to wrap and say if you are DONE with ACRONYMs (AT&T anyone?), can you hear me now makes you SCREAM! And you have been debating TRYING that PINK PHONE COMPANY...let me say this...I was THERE... and in the world where service reliability is debatable, the price seems about the same from everyone and it just seems all phone carriers are the same...just trying to screw ya! The difference comes down to PERSONAL SATISFACTION with a COMPANY and its REPRESENTATIVES and after I left T-Mobile I had arguably THE GREATEST SMARTPHONE EVER (NOTE 8 anyone?) an incredible PLAN ($150-200) UNLIMITED DATA multi line family plan, my Netflix bill OBLITERATED (GREAT MARKETING PARTNERSHIP) a RELIABLE new phone service, and MOST IMPORTANTLY...I WAS SATISFIED...I FELT LISTENED TO... INFORMED, and HAPPY with my DECISION. Buyers remorse SUCKS and if you want to remember WHY... I suggest visiting a DIFFERENT STORE...BUT if you want to leave feeling SATISFIED and HEARD...come see THESE GIRLS! Because for me they DID the IMPOSSIBLE ...they prompted ME to take the time write a review...and they accomplished this with their PROFESSIONALISM (dont JUDGE the Twitter pics), PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE (who knew phone optimization could be SO interesting!) and simple GOOD ATTITUDES. And to me THAT WAS SIMPLY AMAZZING! SO GO HAVE YOUR OWN AMAZING EXPERIENCE... I THINK THE PINK WILL GROW ON YA-V

Ive been to many t moble stores around this area(santa barbara, santa maria,lompoc ) and this store in lompoc is by far the best around .the customer service has always been great, even though all stores should have this great customer service, they dont .far from acceptable, ive had issues with the phone and called t moble. And they supposly trouble shooted my phone and they said i had to buy a new phone even though it is only 3 months old.i went In to lompoc t moble store and they got me up and running, a settings was changed,

Ive been a tmobile customer over 12 years one of my devices acted up while I was in another state so I purchased another phone. It was giving me trouble so I came in to the Lompoc tmobile and the associates did everything they could so I wouldnt be without a phone. They took time out even when it was near the closing hour. This was definitely great customer satifaction!! Your lompoc associates are Awesome!!!Thank you Lompoc, Ca Tmobile!!
