Awesome Yousef got my phone working,properly! Thanks But the other metro I went to on Saturday by the Liquor store didnt want to help me they lose!that metro was close to my work, i had them call the Metro by Walmart,were I purchased my new phone they were asked to help me by Yousef,the younglady said ok while Yousef was on the phone But her words when she got off the phone was why I gotta do it and called Patricia i guess her boss they declined I appreciate when we can all help each other bring good service as a client and customer service.

Emergency came up so I needed a refund on a brand new phone I had just bought the previous day . Didnt even take it out of the box. Manager/ Boss was totally unprofessional and not helpful at all about the situation. Worst experience ever! Definitely do not recommend this location .

This is the place where you should go. DO NOT Go to the other store.they are so rude and dont answer any of your questions. This is my 1st time at this location and it was the best experience. Best customer service best deals and best accessories. Would highly recommend this place

I come to this store all time and always recommend this store. The two that work there really go above and beyond. The girl Bryanna always finds the best deal for my family and I. She has all the patience in the world and really cares about her customers. Whenever I upgrade my phone she takes the time to transfer all my stuff and log me back in to all my stuff.

First time I went to this particular MetroPCS location and it was a wonderful experience!!! I expected to be stressed out going to get a new phone being that I had my one year old with me and found that to be completely opposite. Amir helped me very quickly, I asked for a specific thing, he guided me to something that I wanted and got me out of the store in less then ten minutes with a new phone!!!! I have gone into the Central Avenue location many times over the past few year. Clean store, well stocked and good customer service as well. Very disappointed on the customer service this past Friday. Went in to activate my service; gave the rep my phone number and she says it reads this phone number is no longer in service. This is why I am here to activate my service. The rep says to me that means the number is no longer available it has been recirculated; you have to get a new number Hmmm...so why doesnt someone answer the phone or I get voice mail is what I am thinking. Its Friday, I am tired just do what you need to do I tell the rep who made no attempt to confirm that I cant have my number back. The rep looks at my phone and says you should get a new phone....it will be about $18 more. Nothing wrong with my phone. The rep says humm, been getting a lot of people come in having problems with that phone. Again...nothing wrong with my phone; Im good. The rep then says are you sure you dont have the extra $18 (or whatever the cost was going to be). Is this women seriously badgering me?? Rude. The rep then writes my new number on a piece of white paper, tears the corner off and hands it to me. Wow. I call Customer Care service this morning, tell them what happened. I get my old number back, no charge. Thank you.

Very reliable and useful because when my family and I went to Lopez Lake there was no signal on others phone except mine. I didnt mind it that much because I wasnt actually aware of whats happening lol. And now Im planning to get a new phone from Metro Pcs again :))

Best customer service if you go there ask for Amir he is the best customer service in all metro pcs store.he always helps me with my phone if I have a problem. When I switched from Verizon he helped get my account number and transfer all my contacts to my new phone plus he made a gmail account for me so I can get all my apps and showed me how to use it. I never get this customer service even with Verizon. He hooked me up with a good price for a case and screen protector.i strongly recommend you go there
