Heidi was a pleasure to work with. She found us the tub we wanted very quickly. We are very pleased with the service from the purchase to the delivery and set up that Tony and his guys did. We decided on a refurbished spa and it turned out great. They have been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have.

We bought a hot tub from Heidie at the Longview location.. from day one she went above and beyond to meet our needs ..not only did she find us a hot tub during covid ( someone backed out of their order) but allowed us to keep it in storage until our pool deck was built..she is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions... including texts after hrs to help us maintain our hot tub right! We recently bought a home with a 2007 Hot Spring hot tub. We’ve never had a hot tub before, but it was obvious it hasn’t been serviced in a very long time. We took out the parts we thought needed to be replaced to Heidie in Longview and she knew EXACTLY what we had and needed to get it up and running. Within 4 days the parts were ordered and one week later this hot hub is working just like new! We can’t be more thankful for Heidie’s urgency in getting it working and her knowledge on the product can’t be beat!!!
Not helpful staff. Didnt know much about tubs. Handed us the brochure when we asked questions. Wasnt interested in selling us an affordable tub just wanted to sell us the most expensive one they had once we opted to get a cheaper model the guy became disinterested. Would not recommend.
Called to have my hot tub repaired because it quit working. The service guys showed up and said the ground fault plug was bad but after replacing it there was still no power. After further checking they decided it was a fuse blown but they didnt have the fuse and said they couldnt get it...told me to take it to a hardware store and find a replacement. After telling them I have no knowledge of electrical stuff or fuses they they then charged me $250.00 and left. The hot tub was still not working so I basically paid them to show up and do nothing to repair the problem.i would NEVER recommend them to do repair work.

When you purchase a new product from anyone any brand you should first look at the company you are buying from. Whether you are buying a New Car or a New Coffee maker; the company that makes the product is far from the company that sells it!!Last month my wife and I experienced this FIRST HAND… We decided to purchase ourselves a new “Hot Tub” for our Christmas gift to each other and I started my research on the web. I research “Top Manufactures”, “Top Consumer Rated” and “Top Industry Rated”. I looked at specifications, Dimensions, and ALL the “Bells and Whistles” and WOW there are a lot of bells and whistles!!!I narrowed the field fairly quickly and brought the numbers down to just 4 that were in the “Top 10” list. Jacuzzi, Hot Springs, Nordic, and Cal Spa. (All three are offered in Longview) All were highly rated “Nationally” by both INDUSTRY and CONSUMER which only left us a little leg work to see which one we liked and purchase; Right??? WOW what a difference it makes to actually do the “Leg Work”. We spent about a week and listened to “Pushy” sales pitches on what makes “Our Hot Tub” the best and why the others are “NOT the quality” and really “NO NEED to Compare Shop the other places in town” “I have been in the business for 45 years and “NO BODY IS BETTER THAN ME”!!! We listened to one salesman tell us that his three brands were the best then in the next sentence tell us that two of his brands “weren’t brands that he would purchase” and one elderly gent would only show us “Videos” on his computer and had nothing to show on the floor. We really started getting discouraged when we Stopped by East Texas Spa next to “Casa Ole” on the loop.Greg, Laurie, and Cecile went out of their way to make us feel as if we were family instead of just another customer. Greg spent the time to explain his product in terms that even I could understand. They also encouraged us to “Check out the competition” if we found a better product then buy it!We looked at the “Google Ratings” for all the places we had visited and found that “East Texas Spa” is the ONLY place that has a 5 star rating and we now know why. Greg has answered EVERY question without hesitation and the installation team was extremely professional and “Happy” to help with all my questions.We purchased a new Hot Springs “Gleam” hot tub and are looking forward to many years of “Luxury”

Every time I go into the store to purchase chemicals for my Spa Heidie, is so knowledgeable and she gladly helps me, I always have questions on how to care for the water/Spa, I feel like she teaches me and trains me perfectly, I go home and do exactly what she says and the water is perfect. I know that I appear to be bias when I say that I would only recommend purchasing from East Texas Spa, but I am telling the truth.Purchasing a spa should never be done online. This type of purchase must be done at a facility that provided hands-on service and supplies. The people are so friendly and willing to help you prior and after your purchase.When you are in the market to purchase a spa, I recommend that you visit East Texas Spa.

I highly recommend this company and heres why:1. straight talk- no talking around the subject, no b.s.2. they have contacts for electrical work/outlets if needed ( I did )3. they do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it, and that includes the electrical contractor.4. they follow through to make sure you are 100% satisfied5. if you are not satisfied they will stand by there work and make it rightNow, Im not saying my hot tub was delivered and setup without hiccups, but the real measure of customer service is not demonstrated when everything goes right, but rather how they respond when there is an issue. In my case, the plug had slightly come out of the socket and I thought I had a lemon for a hot tub. Greg called repair, they were out next day, plugged it in, and wham, problem solved. Heidi was fantastic and SHE was the entire reason we purchased a spa from East Texas Spa. The only thing that we had issue with was when we had a leak in our spa. We went to Heidi and she scheduled a service person to come out to look at our spa. They found that the drain valve was loose. All they did was tighten it and left. Our bill for that was $162... and it was 5 minutes worth of work. That wasnt cool.
I have loved the Vista Hot Springs Spa we purchased 6 years ago. Heidie Healy is a great representative for Hot Springs. We get supplies online or take a day trip to Longview or the Tyler stores.Hot Springs Spas are the best quality. I have been very pleased with customer support since we purchased the spa.

Bought a 6 person Hot Springs tub from Greg Falcone of East Texas Spa in Longview and absolutely love the hot tub. Considered just about every other tub on the market (Bull Frog, Artesian, Jaccuzzi, ThermoSpa, etc). Selected Hot Springs for two reasons: Reputation of Hot Springs, integrity of Greg Falcone. He gave me an honest assessment of the various tubs and did not try to sell me the most expensive. He recommended the tub based on our needs and the features to meet those needs. Also, the service is outstanding. Albert was our service person and he took the time to give us tips and tricks on caring for the tub as this was out first hot tub. Outstanding product, outstanding people!

When we were thinking about about buying a hottub we went to East Texas Spas. They were so helpful with what our desires were. They did not push anything on us, but did give us information on different spas and told us to compare online. We decided on a particular one and was shocked as to how soon it was delivered and set up! When we asked about chemicals verse salt water, they were very informative and knowledgeable! The delivery/setup crew was extremely professional and helpful. Everytime we go into the store, we are greeted by very friendly and professional people!! We have purchased three Hot Springs spas since 1990. Our first was a Grande and since that time we have had two Sovereigns. We sold the home with the Grande, built a new home, immediately bought a new Sovereign and nine months later it was destroyed by fire. We rebuilt after the fire and immediately purchased another new Sovereign. After the Grande there was never any doubt that Hot Springs built the best spa on the market. The only drawback we found to spa ownership was the continuous problem of water testing and maintenance. Then we were introduced to Silk Balance which simplified those issues to no end. Since using Silk Balance we have had no problems with water balance, requires no testing and avoids the residue that was normal when we were using the old chemicals. It is almost unbelievable as to the ease of routine maintenance since we converted to Silk Balance. Not only is it a simple procedure, the water has to be changed less often. My recommendation to anyone who is shopping for a spa is to purchase it at East Texas Spa in Longview where the service is excellent and without a doubt do not consider any product except Hot Springs and take the drudgery out of water maintenance by using Silk Balance. The quality and features of their products are second to none. We have had our current Sovereign is almost ten years old and we have never had a mechanical problem with it. Their warranty is the best in the industry and it is made in the USA.
If you wondering if buying a hot tub is a good idea I can tell you that for us it was the PERFECT decision!! We bought a Tiger River hot tub 19 years ago from East Texas Spa. It still works great today! Yes, through out these past 19 years we have had to have some occasional repairs - but at a maximum cost of less than $400 for the highest repair. On the occassions that we did have to have repairs done East Texas Spa was always quick, professional and took care of the problem. My husband and I both find it a wonderful way to relax in the evenings as well as the perfect beginning to a Saturday morning. I have had several orthopedic type surgeries and the hot tub is soooo soothing to my achy joints. Our hot tub stays hot 24/7 - ready to go - so all we have to do is flip the cover back and hop on in. I especially love the sented crystals and liquids that add relaxing aromas and softens the water. Heidie Healy at East Texas Spa was very helpful on my last visit in recommending some of the newer products they have to offer. So if you are wondering if a hot tub is a good investment for you, It sure has been for us. And if youre wondering where to go to find the perfect one for you, well, East Texas Spa, of course!! Gotta go, this time of year is stressful and our hot tub and my new bottle of Spazazz Eucalyptus Mint is calling my name ;)
We were very skeptical about making a large investment when we started researching hottubs. We visited Chris and Heidie at East Texas Spa numerous times while doing our research and they were the most knowledgable and informative sales group that we had visited. They really helped us to understand what we were investing in and what benifits HotSpring Spas have to offer. We purchased the HotSprings Vanguard spa in 2012 with the salt water system. The delivery team was very professional and had us set up and ready to go in no time. Really a great group of guys. This has been the best investement that we have made in a while. When we vacation we choose cabins with hottubs and we are always ready to get back to our HotSpring spa at home. Heidie even helped my guys put together a mothers day gift bag to spoil me rotten on Mothers Day. I encourage everyone to go by and talk to Chris and Heidie.
Everytime I visit the East Texas Spa they stop and make sure all my questions are answered and provide the chemicals that I need to fix orcorrect my problem. Heidie always seem to know the chmical answer to get my water correct.
