Im editing my original 5 star rating. The spa is great, but 4 of the jets froze up quickly. Chris says he believes the manufacturer used different nozzles. Chris told me he would look into it and get the right nozzles, but its been 3 weeks with no update and no emails. Service after the sale is lacking here.

My wife and I are the proud owners of a new Bullfrog hot tub and cant be any more thrilled regarding our experience with Time Machine in Longview and with Chris Ogden. Chris went out of his way to accommodate us at every step in the process, in spite of a pandemic induced factory slow down that was outside of his control. His installation folks were efficient and did a great job. It can be tough these days to find a company that combines a good product with exceptional customer service. My husband and I had a great time talking with Chris while we were looking at the beautiful hot tubs they had in stock. Our hot tub was delivered in less than a week. The crew that delivered the hot tub were very friendly and helpful. Had the hot tub ready for our long Easter weekend. It is perfect!

We bought our first Bullfrog Hot Tub from Chris Ogden a month ago. We could not be more pleased with everything from Chris helping us to choose the right one and the white-glove installation we received once it arrived. I wouldn’t consider buying a hot tub from anyone else. The jet packs in the Bullfrog are so therapeutic and my husband and I already feel 10 years younger. Chris was great. Spa took longer to get here because of Covid but is now installed and we are enjoying it. Had a bit of cloudy water, but Chris got me the chemicals I needed to get the water balanced and the chlorine adjusted. Water cleared up and the hot tub looks great.

I had no clue what style or size hot tub I wanted when I was recommended to go to Time Machine Hot Tub....all I knew was I wanted a new unit for my new house and making that purchase was stressful.I was inside of TMHT for about 45 minutes and they went through all of their models and price ranges and they helped eliminate 100% of the stress that I had when I walked in. Long time customer of Chris Ogden. I want to give testimony about a new product Chris recommended to me serum Total Cleanse. I had gotten to the point that my hot tub would cause bumps and itchy skin. I could only use it may be once a week. Originally I used my spa morning and evening for arthritis and back pain. For the last few years I have experienced this. We tried many remedies to no avail, doing lots of research on the internet. I gave up, finally thinking it was just old age skin. Serum Total Cleanse from Chris March 13th 2019 has changed everything. I am now able to use my spa DAILY sometimes twice a day. Very helpful staff. Bought i used tub there and still had a warranty and installation and repairs even though it wasnt the brand they sold in the store.

We were pricing hot tubs and trying to stay within our budget. We had been to several hot tub dealers with no sucess and sales people telling us that we would not ever stay within our set budget and get a hot tub and we just needed to buy their top of the line modeis and bite the bullet. Then we went to Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview and met Chris Ogden and what a dlfference. Chris is in the middle of moving into a new location and trying to set up the showroom, but he took the time with us to explain his different models and prices without rushing through or overly pushy. We explained that we were buying on a budget and what we had been told everywhere we had been. Chris asked what our budget was and said that he also had used hot tubs that he sold and he thought that he could make something work and he did. We purchased a beautiful hot tub that still had about 1 year left on the original warranty. We would like to also say thank you to Mrs. Tammy Mitchell (previous owner of the hot tub) it is in great shape and works fantastic. We had it installed yesterday by Jarrod and he was great. He had it set up, wired in & running in about 2 hours. Jarrod turned it on & went through the functions & maintenance, fully explaining everything. It is just not a tub with holes like others. It is customized as to what you want and like. In a world of “hurry up and buy from me” attitudes where the focus seems to be more about the money instead of customer satisfaction, we found Chris and his staff to be very patient as well as taking plenty of time to help us understand everything about hot tubs. Not only did we receive customer service before our purchase but after as well. All I have to do is call and someone will help me weather it is a tripped breaker (my fault) or trouble with chemicals, they have always been there to help.
