Picked up a stove that they stored for me for two years. No cost storage! Guys were super helpful. Highly recommend this business!

Love the fellas here, super nice and when I go to pick up pellets, they load them for me. Yesterday I made 3 trips for the remaining 32 bags they were holding for me. They were ready for me each trip, laughing and helping get me loaded up and on my way. I really appreciate these guys and will continue to do business with them for a long time to come.

Had them install a woodstove in my house this spring. Everything was spot on, did a great install. The fan for my stove was back ordered so they didnt want payment until that came in and they could put it on the stove. The Blaze King lived up to their sales pitch of having a burn time or 12 hours. I was skeptical but my first fire I stoked up at 1:00 and it was still coals and burning 14 hours later which was impressive. On time, did a good job and I would recommend for sure.

I have always enjoyed the professional, knowledgeable service Ive received from Woodstove Warehouse. Chad, Lennell and Joe have all been out to the house to service my propane fireplace over the years, and its always a pleasure to watch them work their magic! I am one satisfied customer who appreciates their punctuality and expertise.

Although they had great customer service the moment I walked in the door and were very knowledgeable, I’m quite frustrated with how they handled my inquiry. I called in to try and find prices as their website is not user friendly with that. I spoke with a gentleman saying that I was just shopping at tractor supply and found one that was a good price, and they said that they did their installations, and asked if they sold stoves. He said the best way was to come in and look. I told him I would rather try and search online because I am disabled and it is hard for me to get places. He didn’t offer that they were more than double the price at tractor supply or anything, just wanted to get me in their door no matter what it cost me. So I completely wasted a trip and am super frustrated as it almost seemed sneaky, like a stereotypical used car salesman, to get me in the door when they could have easily said that the price for their lowest is $1,400. Again, very knowledgeable and quick to help me when I was there, but frustrated that they couldn’t be honest up front. Maybe a change in their website to allow for better searches on prices or be honest and disclose that information on the phone, especially when I said it was hard for me to get into town in the first place.

Very helpful staff. Not pushy and willing to field all my questions. They have a very nice and tidy showroom full of the latest in wood, pellet and gas stove technology including Green Mountain Grills. They also have hot tubs on display and chemicals too.They have been the only wood stove store in the area to stick around, theyre knowledge shows why.They also offer installation of all the stoves but have everything youd need to install one of them too.It was a pleasure to chat with their staff and look at all the options available for my size of home, I will be purchasing a unit from them in the near future.

We are very impressed with the service we received. Our poor old gas fireplace is many decades old but the technician came equipped with a new fan and a few other bits that fit perfectly and now it works a charm! It is super efficient and heats the whole house. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable, yet didnt try to push a sale for a new model, which was very appreciated... we will definitely keep them in mind when we decide to upgrade our old system.

If you do know what you need, theyll try to prove you wrong. One of the worker said, make sure the pipe is not banged up when you bring it back. Since they unsuccessfully tried to sell a more expensive stove pipe which was too big for the job.

I called to have a pellet stove serviced and repaired on the recommendation of another company (who doesnt do pellet stoves), a live person answered the phone, they were very nice and had us on the schedule within the week. The tech that did the work was professional and friendly, he was very careful not to make a mess and kept me updated on what he was doing throughout the process. We will definitely be calling again for any future needs.

We had the manager come out for an est. for liner we thought we might need and stove, he gave an est. of 1623.00 for new pipe. We had a Certified chimney come and give us another est. What we have is the best pipe we could get and in mint condition and did what we needed done for less than 175.00 so beware!!!We wont be buying stove stove from them either......

Run as fast as you can away from this rip outfit. i called for a price to check a pilot lite that didnt stay lit, it was $110. 00 to look at it and another $110.00 to come back with the part. well just have him take the part out cost $ 110.00 then they found the wrong part but they broght it out to show me . that is anouther $110.00 two weeks lator, they have use an up grade part or convertion .the guy put it back in and tryed it, he allmost bluew the house up, told the wife that it just needs to run a little b it, get normul gas. at thiis time im out about $450.00 and a stove that tryes to blow the place up, every time you turn it on. im ready to call a lawer.

Unless you want them to work on something older than 10 years, customer service is awful, they come to your house theyre rude and unprofessional, they worked on an older gas fireplace, worked a couple months, cost a small fortune, been broke since then they might be fine in their showroom, other than that, go somewhere else
