Went inside just to look around (not planning to purchase right this moment but within the next year). Everyone was very friendly and understanding (usually when you tell places you aren’t buying immediately the customer service isn’t as great but they were great the entire time!) the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, will definitely be coming back here for our pool purchase!

I just wanted to purchase a hot tub today but we couldnt get anyone to stay an extra hour so I could grab my trailer and get back to the store. Other than that the people were nice.

Very poor customer service- was told immediately that they could not help me even before hearing what I needed! Then proceeded to argue with me about my product still not hearing what I needed...poor customer service!

These folks are very knowledgeable and an overall great bunch! Donna was a lot of help over the phone. Then Gracie and Candida turned my pool from dark green to clear in a couple of days and gave me all the steps to do it. On top of everything else happening Seth was able to fix my dolphin by the time I left the store! Thank you guys for all of your help. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks!

The staff is amazing and have helped me so much with my Dolphin pool cleaner and with no charge on maintenance. They always make my day when I go in there to purchase my supplies and are so helpful in the maintenance department. Im so thankful for all of them!

Free water test is great, only place in town that offers it I think. Customer service is excellent. Good prices on everything. Bought a great pool from them several years ago and it’s still in superb condition. Hilarious dude behind the counter I think his name is steve

Went in to get a price on pools. I already have bought a pool there before,so went back because people there are awesome. The girl that waited on me today was so nice and helpful. I will recommend them.

Very well stocked store, courteous and well pool educated staff. Has everything to include repair parts. They have awesome pool lab to test water for customers for Free.Nice selection of swimming pools and spas set up for display. Beats competitors-hands down.

Very nice and made sure we talked about every aspect of the pool and we purchased a larger pool from this company for less money than any other pool store. Both of the young ladies treated us just like family. I will highly recommend checking with them before buying a pool from anyone else.

Just came in for a winter cover for my little intex pool and an A filter that Walmart doesnt carry in the winter time. They were very helpful and friendly, I will be returning this summer!
