I have been avoiding committing my criticisms to writing, but after multiple attempts to voice my concerns to the Service Manager and as yet still not receiving the courtesy of a return call, I will express my experiences here.I brought my 2015 Nissan Leaf in for repair. I relayed my suspicion that this was a wheel bearing or steering assembly issue. First, it took several days (yes, days not hours) to make the diagnosis of bad wheel bearings. Then it took a few more days (yep) for the repair to be completed. During that time, communication from my advisor was poor. I had to initiate calls for status and on one of those days, my advisor was not in the office nor had he turned over responsibility to another advisor during his absence. The car was at the dealership for total of 5 days. A secondary air conditioning issue required ordering a part and that repair would need to be scheduled for a later date. At pickup, I asked to go ahead and pay for the services I had so far received. After waiting on my advisor for 30 minutes to finish the paperwork, I paid but could not receive a detailed invoice because the advisor had not finished the write-up. I called several days later asking for the detailed invoice and was told it would be emailed to me. I am now another week beyond that promise and have yet to receive it. In the past week, I have called twice and left messages for the Service Manager and no one has called me back. This is the first time Ive had complaints but during this one issue, multiple problems have occurred and no one is stepping up to make this right. Im very disappointed, will not be back for the A/C repair, and would still love to speak with a human being who might care about the quality of service at your business.

All I can say is WOW! This has been the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at Bill Ray and they never seem to disappoint. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mike Grimm and Bo Rhodes on my last 2 cars and they always knock it out of the park!!!!Never a feeling of pressure and despite my sometimes aggressive negotiating skills both Mike and Bo always come to the table with an Amazing deal we both agree on. Bought my wife a 2021 Rogue Platinum with specific color combo that is like finding a unicorn these days! Not for Bo! He was able to get me the exact car I wanted in less than 72hrs! That’s what I call service. The level of professionalism these guys exhibited is exactly why I have been a loyal Bill Ray customer for life. I’ll be sure to pop my head in to say Hi when I bring my Nissans in for service! And who knows maybe the oil change will turn into a trade in on a new model!!! Thanks again! Things started off on the wrong foot when I was promised the 1st shot at a pro 4x if the deal fell thru from another customer who had money down on it. Well the deal fell through and although I was contacted and on my way to the dealership the truck was sold out from under me to someone else. I almost cut ties with Bill Ray but decided to give Bo and his sales team another chance. Well Bo and Mike came thru with another truck that I purchased. Its not one of the colors I originally chose but it works. All in all Bo and his team treated well and got me in a truck that works perfectly for me. Im also very honored that my trade ended up in Mr. Rays personal collection where it will be appreciated hopefully for years to come.
I bought my own oil and filter for an oil change, unfortunately I didn’t have a way to do the service myself… so I was struggling to find a place that would perform the service at at decent price. I eventually called Bill Ray, even though I don’t have a Nissan, I asked to speak with an advisor. They directed me to Ms Amanda, whom was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She understood my struggle in finding decent prices… she told me that she had an open window and would be able to get my car in and out in a decent time, I explained i was on a schedule and I had to be out by 1:30pm I showed up at 11am and she had me out by 11:45am. She was very courteous, understand, knowledgeable, friendly. I highly recommend Bill Ray & Amanda, will definitely be back again soon!
This dealership and the people that work there are amazing. I was looking to buy my first new car and had some pretty bad experiences at other dealerships but this place was quick and easy with incredible customer service. Reggie followed up with me after my first test drive multiple times and then went and personally picked up the car I wanted, in the color I was looking for. Then when I showed up a day early (without letting them know first) Joey and Reggie took phenomenal care of me, got my trade in appraised, my new car detailed, and the paperwork signed that night. And as a woman buying a car alone, I felt comfortable here and like I could trust the people I was working with which I have found to be a pretty rare experience at car dealerships. Every person I came into contact with, whether they were directly working with me or not, was friendly and professional. They walked me through the finance paperwork quickly and comprehensively, went through the different operations of my car, got me set up with Apple CarPlay, made sure all the safety features were on the correct settings, and made sure I felt comfortable driving off the lot in it. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to buy a car.
Reginald made this the best and easiest car shopping experience I’ve ever had! I came on my lunch break and picked up my new car after work. Customer service was the best hands down! He worked with me on my budget and style and I love my new car! I’m so happy with my purchase and experience here. All of the guys were so nice and helpful and one even recommended me to their referral at Geico for car insurance and my rate dropped from what I was already paying through another agency (who quoted me $100 more a month for the new car). Philip kept it straight forward with me regarding payments and financing and didn’t jerk me around, which I appreciated. Reginald helped me move everything over from my old car, made sure I got set up on my Bluetooth and promptly followed up. Richard Norris is a first class Service Director. He takes his clients needs seriously and it shows. He set me up with Darryl Driver as a Service Advisor and they took good care of my Titan once again. Darryl also helped me get a Nissan Service Credit Card, which I wanted due to special financing they have available. Darryl made it easy. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for services, so long as you continue employ first class individuals like Richard and Darryl.
This location is great! This is the second time Ive been to this dealership, and they have been a huge help. I scheduled a service appointment prior, and I didnt have to wait long for a service manager to start assisting me. Ive had nothing but major costly issues with my 2017 Nissan Versa, that I actually purchased at a Toyota dealership in Sanford. That Toyota dealership hasnt been any help at all after purchasing this vehicle from them earlier this year, which has been nothing but trouble.... with only 57,200 miles on it!! The entire front end was apparently welded back together, pictures show this, and was never reported on the car fax. And the Toyota dealerships certified inspection team missed this!!!?? So for now, Im stuck with this car that the other dealership sold me. A lawyer had been contacted since, but Im so grateful for Bill Ray Nissans service department whos fixed my car twice. Ask for Darryl. Hes great! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When I decide to purchase a new car and get rid of this one, Ill definitely consider Bill Ray Nissan first.
I’m not a fan of car shopping but especially after my terrible car accident last year. I was anxious about looking at cars but Randy calmed my anxieties by answering all my questions. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. From beginning to end the process was great! No “car salesmen pressure” was felt. They allowed me to take my time and really think about what was best for me. If you go to this location definitely ask for Randy! He is one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever met! He even stayed past close to make sure the sale went well and I was shown everything about the car. I’m so happy with the Nissan Kicks! All the safety features make me comfortable to drive again.

Erroll Mcknight has top notch customer service skills, is not pushy, makes sure your comfortable and actually listens and gets you exactly what you want. I have to give compliments to Jimmy in the Service Dept. I called on Saturday and made an appointment for my car to have an oil change and to be checked as it had recently passed over 100,000 miles. Jimmy was prompt and professional in reviewing the techs recommendations for service and helped me understand & decide which ones were critical and which ones I could wait on without being pushy. He arranged for a shuttle to take me home and bring me back. I also noticed how he was one of the few people walking through the service areas and waiting rooms who would make eye contact and greet people--even those that were not there to see him. That is expert level customer service that most people dont realize makes a huge impact. Overall super happy with the service I had and Jimmy made the entire experience less stressful--thank you!
I helped my daughter buy a car here and the salesman Sabier was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the cars available and did not pressure us towards the more expensive vehicle. Very unusual for a car salesman in my experience. A real pleasure to work with. The financing part of the experience was not quite as pleasant. The experience took longer than I would have wanted but it worked out well in the end.. all in all a respectable experience.

I came in for a routine oil change. The service tec Robert informed me based on the mileage that I may want to consider some additional preventive maintenance also. He was very helpful and discovered that a problem I was having with the vehicle was covered by my warranty. I called and arranged for a rental for me since my vehicle would need to be kept overnight. Great service advisor.
I came to Bill Ray Nissan for the first time this morning. I have a 2019 Nissan Altima that I purchased from Reed Nissan. I came to Bill Ray because I will never go to Reed Nissan again! Overall, my experience at Bill Ray surpassed any experience I’ve ever had at Reed Nissan. If you are looking for a Nissan dealership in Central Florida or the outskirts, I recommend Bill Ray Nissan! The people at check out are kind of rude. The foreman Fred was really nice. Valentina was very nice. And the girl with a hurt foot that took your info when you got there is really good too.

I was forced to buy a vehicle very quickly under duress to replace a totaled out Nissan due to a car accident that was not any fault of mine. I went to many dealerships… applied (and was sadly denied due to an ex husband ruining my credit during a divorce) …denied for seven financing options on used cars in a market that was lacking on any availability of affordable and decent used cars. Bill Ray Nissan has been awesome. I had a very attentive sales person named David Crane. Their financing dept. was very helpful. I Purchased a beautiful 2014 Nissan maxima that sadly I could not get a decent finance rate on but that was no fault of the dealership and will hopefully refinance…. This was an “AS IS USED VEHICLE PURCHASE”, however I discovered a problem with the drivers door handle on the date I drive it off the lot and later discovered a few minor issues with the key fobs’ programming and the panoramic sunroof. David worked tirelessly to make these issues right along with the repair department, Zach, and the manager Omandi. David paid for a replacement part out of his own pocket. They provided a shuttle service the date I had to replace the door handle and the shuttle driver Jorge was phenomenal as well…. Going well above and beyond his duties he assisted me in loading a washer and dryer into a friends truck after shuttling me to a location while I was waiting for the repair on my car. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service, as well as the quality of the car I purchased.

While it took a bit of time to find someone to help me out, the team hustled to get a team member to help with my situation. From there on they were quick, friendly, and thorough. I have always been greeted with a friendly demeanor and thoroughly taken care of at this Bill Ray location.
The overall experience was excellent!! They explained in detail the issue with the car, provided me with a rental since they had to keep my car overnight. They also had a shuttle service that dropped us off at home, picked us up to then take us Enterprise. The next day I was able to leave the rental at Bill Ray Nissan.

In a nutshell, habitually over promised and under delivered. I took my Juke there as it had a catastrophic issue with an engine fan, control arms, and numerous hoses that all failed close together. While I wasn’t expecting it to be done immediately, I was expecting it to be completed when I was told. First it was after two days, then after four. Of course all the while, I was having to beg for updates since no one followed up when they said they would. Finally on the 4th day they told me that they needed it a couple of more days because the parts never came in. Of course this contradicted the prior statements that the car was being worked on and it was merely a combo of it being a lengthy job as well as being backed up. After the fourth day a rental car was provided to me for the following day. I picked it up thinking that it was going to be for a couple of days and then miraculously my car was done at 4p that afternoon. I’m glad it was done, but I had already made plans for my job etc, so I couldn’t return the car right away and when I explained that, it was met a feeling of disbelief that I wasn’t going to drop everything and get my car. The final straw was the next day when I picked it up and I was driving home. The car didn’t feel 100 percent like it normally does after an oil change and since I had requested one be done in addition to everything else, I was surprised to say the least. I’m no car expert, but when I checked the oil later in the day it certainly didn’t look entirely fresh. I do know however that I certainly paid for it. As a result, now I’ll have to take it to where my regular oil changes are done and inquire. More time wasted and I’m relying on them to tell me the truth and not want to just make another 50$. In any case, that’s why I will likely never come into bill ray again.

JC did an amazing job delivering my 2021 Nissan Rouge - in these trying times of just trying to find a vehicle to purchase is hard enough but Bill Ray Nissan not only had the vehicle we wanted but they delivered it to my home, went over everything about the vehicle, had me test drive it, JC also made sure I felt comfortable and happy with our purchase!!! This dealership is by far the best dealership in Central Florida! I told them what my loan was for, the car I wanted and they made it work! Everything was effortless and I was in and out much quicker than my previous experiences with past dealerships. They don’t hassle you and try to force you into things that you don’t want or need. I sent Van the Manager all of my paperwork ahead of time and as soon as I arrived my salesman David was ready to go over the features of my car that had already been detailed. Once we were finished the Finance Manager Bobby had all of my paperwork ready to go and made signing very easy. Not only did they go above and beyond with my car buying experience, they also followed me so I could drop my rental car off!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting to buy a new or used car!

My overall experience was great. I will definitely return to have my car repairs done by the service center. The representatives were informative and the checkout was quick. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t informed when my vehicle was ready. I had gotten a rental for the day Friday morning around 9am because I had work & some errands I needed to run. I brought the rental car back at 12:30pm Saturday and looked at my invoice it said I returned the vehicle at 2:38pm and I was charged for an additional day. I was not expecting that extra charge. I essentially paid for a day of a car rental that I didn’t even have.
Look with 12k miles the Juke should not have had both the high pressure fuel pump and the regular fuel pump die, thats $3k gone on repairs that are absurd given how much this car has been driven. The repairs and service were seemingly necessary, I dont blame your repair guys I blame Nissans craftsmanship. If I run into any more MAJOR issues within at least 2-3 years Im most certainly done with Nissan. Unless you are committed to future service being heavily discounted I refuse to buy another car ~10 years down the line. I love this car but the maintenance so far is not worth it.

I had several issues with the Service Dept. basically since the first service after I bought my brand new car from them, but last time it was the worst experience with them. I was there for oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter replacement. They charged me for tire rotation and didnt actually do it, as I had marks on the tires so it was easy for me to confirm they didnt do it. I didnt check it at the shop before I left because never thought they wouldnt do it, it was until I got home that I was shocked to see that they didnt do the tire rotation, so I called them first time next day and took the car back the same day, so I verified and they did the tire rotation this time; however after I left the shop the car was driving weirdly so I checked the tires air pressure on the dashboard and sure enough the pressure was different on each one of the tires, see the picture, I always keep the tire pressure at 32 psi, this time they left them at 34, 35, 37!!, and 32. In addition, I took my own new cabin filter to them to be replaced, Im pretty sure they didnt replace it either, you can trll by the rotten-like smell that comes out of the a/c. I will never ever go back there for anything and wont recommend it to anybody.Just want to let everybody know of a person who works there as Service Advisor who is the exeption to the rule overthere, his name is Zach, and he was always great, really hope he found another job somewhere else as he is so good person and dmployee and doesnt fit there.

Brought it my vehicle for a sound I reported hearing in Oct 2020 while it was under warranty. Since they could not replicate the noise, they could not do any repairs or diagnosis. I recently brought it back in for the same noise along with a front collision light on my dash. Now the car is outside of the bumper to bumper warranty, and I was given a quote of near $3,000 for the repairs to be done (broken air intake box which the part has been superseded by Nissan since the time my vehicle was manufactured in 2017 due to issues with the original design, and for the sensor to be replaced). I was told by my service advisor that a good will claim could be filed with Nissan, but I would have to call customer service to create the case. This seems like the dealership is trying to pull the rug over on me as far as just making money off of me that I do not currently have since I originally brought the vehicle in for this reason while it was still covered by the warranty. There was little to no information provided to me as far as how this may have happened or what, if any, damage it will cause to my car by not getting it fixed right away. I have been less than pleased with this experience. On top of that, I was charged $50 for labor/parts to determine the issue, and I was also charged 3 days for the rental car I was provided. I was aware of a diagnostics fee, but I was not charged that. I was NOT advised that I would be paying for the rental car that was provided to me for the time that my car was at the dealership. POOR BUSINESS if you ask me. This has actually made me consider getting rid of my Nissan and going back to another manufacturer, just based on the customer service, or lack there of, at this dealership.

Bo Rhodes, this is the man! This is my 3rd car purchased from him at Bill Ray Nissan! The service that he provides is the upmost genuine quality that you can get. He goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the car that you want and as well as getting the finances in your budget. No funny stuff here (other than the awesome jokes we make). Tim was my salesman, he was amazing as well, he made sure that we went through all of the features on the vehicle and gave me a tour through the dealership, even though I’ve been there multiple times, and introduced to some of the staff. Bo, you are a professional and my man (at Bill Ray Nissan) and thank you so much for such for making sure that I left with a smile knowing that my family is in a safe and fun car in a timely manner! I recommend that you go and see Bo and Tim for your next vehicle purchase!
They are such an amazing Dealership and made my new car buying so easy. I have bought a few cars and this was the quickest I have ever gotten it all done . Definitely go see Bo Rhodes and Reginald they will treat you great. My new 2020 Nissan Kicks is great!!!
I was ready to see what I could do about getting into a new Nissan so I returned to Bill Ray. JD McLean was my first experience with Bill Ray back when I bought my first Nissan in 2017, he was so incredibly helpful with the whole process this time as well. Bobby Johnson also was very professional and worked hard to get me exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Bill Ray Nissan and all of their staff.
Valentina was my service rep and she was great. She was very thorough and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. It wasn’t a very long wait either. I was very pleased with the service there. I’ll be going back there to get brake pads.
Very disappointed in the service this time. Someone from the Bill Ray team completely messed up my key fob. Its an after market item that is true however it worked before arriving and when I was given my keys back it would no longer locked, unlocked, or start my vehicle. When I brought it to you attention I was brushed off like I was lying. I then had to go have it looked at causing me to have to spend another $55 to reprogram the key fob. I am very unpleased with the way everything went down!
I’ve been coming to the dealership for routine maintenance on my vehicle since I’ve moved here. They have always got things done right and efficiently.
Tony is an amazing service advisor, he always goes above and beyond for me and I am always leaving Bill Ray happy thanks to him. He always takes the time to really educate me on everything going on with my car and always makes sure I understand. I couldn’t recommend him more!!!
Dropped my car off at 8:30am on Friday. Not one update on my car in over 24 hours. Not one email, phone call or text message. After 3 times calling, someone told me they haven’t even inspected for the problem I brought it in for! Absolutely terrible service. Not only will I never be back but they have made me want to get rid of my Armada. You guys have some major improvements to make on your communication, service, and professionalism Bill Ray.
My car needed a new transmission and Sam worked very hard to make sure I was set up with a rental and that all the paperwork got filed for a “goodwill” transmission. I was taken aback by how friendly everyone was. I was ecstatic when I found out Sam got my transmission 100% paid for by Nissan even though it was outside of its warranty. Having to go to a car dealership is generally a pain but Bill Ray Nissan made my experience so easy! As soon as I stepped foot in the dealership parking lot several employees asked how they could assist me and they got me taken care of without a set appointment! Very professional, very clean, and excellent customer service!
Tire rotation and oil change. Valentina my agent. She was great. Tried to get the new Rogue brochure from front desk and there were none. Lady did not try to get one or order for mr. My daughter is in the market.
I went to Bill Ray Nissan this morning to get my oil changed and the service advisor Antonio Camacho said it would take about an hour. My car was returned to me in just under an hour. I have always received great service from Bill Ray Nissan and I wish I would have bought my Pathfinder from them but I didnt and I regret it. Thank you so much to Antonio and Bill Ray for honoring what you say and for having a great service department.
Erroll McKnight was such a pleasure working with during the purchase of my vehicle from Bill Ray Nissan. The experience from start to finish was more than satisfactory. I wasnt pressured into buying a different model or color. He found exactly what style, interior, and wheels I preferred and made sure I received just that!!! I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. My brother lives in Raleigh and is going to purchase from this dealership because of this fantastic experience.

Just purchased a 2020 Kicks. The salesmen I dealt with were Bo Rhodes and Kirk. The finance gentleman was John. I have to say I never dealt with a more honest, knowledgeable and professional team. Ive never had a better car buying experience in my life, and Im in my late 50s! I inquired about a used Ford Ranger. One of the salesmen Erroll McKnight knew exactly what truck I was talking about and advised it was transported to auction earlier that day. But it was close and if I wanted to see it he would go to the auction and get it. Which he did!! I got to see the truck just as it was traded in. Im a motor geek so seeing a vehicle prior to being cleaned up and serviced was a HEUGH plus. I was so glad they were fine with me seeing it. After noticing a couple things that needed attention we agreed on a price. Now I was also dealing with Bo Rhodes. Mr. Rhodes was absolutely honest and straight forward. These are two guys you could make a handshake deal with. When the truck was being serviced something else came up that had to be addressed. Well all of it was at zero cost to me!! I could go on with more details but to sum it up. Erroll McKnight bent over backwards to help me, went on three test drives, and kept in constant contact with me as to the status of the truck and when it was ready. Bo Rhodes is a no nonsense, get things done kind of guy who is honest and extremely willing to work with you. Im telling you, 58 years old and I have NEVER had a better experience than I did at this dealer!!

I enojyed working with Randy Minnich. He was such an upbeat and positive person, he showed me so many details about the vehicle and explained a lot. Randy always followed up and made sure to answer any questions I had.
