I went to this dealership as Tesla doesn’t do reasonable trade ins. I knew I had positive equity in my car and Josh S made a fair deal to buy my car. I was in and out within an hour. I would do business with this dealership in the future. I would recommend Josh S to anyone that needs to sell their car.

The wait was ridiculous long and the service price were outlandish.

Amazing and fast service provided. Very honest dealership that really helped me finance my used vehicle with very average credit without breaking the bank and offered much better interest rates and pricing than expected. This was my first time ever financing a vehicle and Jorell was fantastic and had the majority of my documentation covered before I even arrived to the dealership. He walked me through the entire process and was forthright about all of information that was needed. Although I ended up getting a different vehicle than I originally planned, he ensured that a smooth transition would be made and went above and beyond his job specifications to give me what I wanted. He follows up as promised and genuinely cares about his customers. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle and I will absolutely continue to do business with them in the future. I travelled 80+ miles from 2 counties away just to do business with this dealer and it was the best decision I have made with no regrets.

My mom bought a car a week or 2 ago with the help of Jose. My husband and I decided maybe we need another car. We found one on their website and I called up Jose for a test drive. Again, Jose made it so easy to buy the car. He got us a great deal and worked with me thru text because I was at work. We went and picked up the car and are more than satisfied with this amazing car! From the minute you walk in the building to the time you leave all the staff make you feel welcomed. The customer service is so perfect that I would say it is the only business where I dont mind waitng for an extended amount of time.It is a pleasure to go there to have my car serviced or what ever other reason.

When I purchased a Mazda CX-5 we came to the agreement of complimentary oil changes for 2 years.Come to find out; when you go in for the oil change they said management had changed and I’d be charged $80. They couldn’t honor the agreement. I won’t be back here

Horrible. I took my vehicle in for recall work and scheduled it in advance, they were very vague in explanations and kept my vehicle overnight since they didnt have the part...NOW my engine cover doesnt fit, a wire was left dangling in my engine and my cruise control worked PERFECTLY when I brought it in, and guess what? Now it doesnt work at all!! I And my engine cover doesnt fit!! Do yourself a favor and do not let them touch your vehicle! Ughhh!

Would give it 5 Stars if I didnt have a bad experience with the sales department. Too many games trying to get a final price jumping back and forth not giving me a definite answer. I was looking for a car around a certain price according to what I found doing research online that would have been a good number, and when I gave that number, all I was told is that we were too far apart on the number. No counter or anything. Literally let me walk out the door when I was ready to buy a car. Thats the reason I ended up buying my car at a different Mazda dealer. When it comes to the service department though Brian Celso is second to none. Anytime Ive had issues he has helped me and taken care of me and made me come back to this place time and again with whatever issue I have. Definitely one of the biggest assets to this location.
