Friendly atmosphere nice place to go get some parts even though most of my automotive parts are now purchased online because I like to purchase wholesale not retail with fifteen hundred percent markup but when in need Advance Auto Parts is a pretty good place to go

Most parts are half price on Amazon. Service is ok and if you need a quart of oil or lightbulb, its fine.

I had bad experience at the store 9601 I could start my car and son lazy kid there told me I cant help u so I call someone and came and gave me a bust hes name so l left to the other store at 1792 and bought my battery there is a nice person there name Rivera Rosa and he gave me all the help I needed both store at 434 the one in Longwood I dont shop there because there was a verry disrespected woman Spanish she said she was a manager verry rude she shouldnt be at from talking with attitude to customers now own I shop at the one on 1792 verry nice people working there

I live in altamonte springs but keep going back to that store because of its friendly service especially A X E L who goes above and beyond and thats how the company makes more money because he explains the consequences and effects which nobody else does most sales men or women only say yes or no and thank you give Axel a salary increase because he makes the difference

Dan is the man, I came in with no knowledge on what I’m doing with this transmission replace and not only did he go over the best service to do for it, he also took his time explaining the pros and cons and what’s best suited for my truck. They got the parts!

Location has a very large back warehouse. Jonathan assisted me by looking both in the warehouse and in the database; and while we could not get the part I needed, it was an aftermarket non-standard art anyhow.It means a great deal that Jonathan took the extra care and time to really go check if any of the parts they did have could work for me. Five stars and two thumbs up.

Axel Was very helpful very nice took my battery out and replace it with no problem Very satisfied with the my service!

After having battery trouble and being totally frustrated Chris was a huge help. John installed my replacement quickly.

Dan was extremely helpful. He is the type of employee that makes it easier to pay a little more for a part. Rather than ordering from Amazon and having zero customer service, I prefer to do business with knowledgeable, local people like Dan. Thanks for the help!

Fast and friendly service.

Last time I will use this store. I bought new H7 bulbs for my car. Spent $60. They are not bright enough. Defective? Not sure. But fact of the matter is that for $60 I better see a lot better. So I brought them back 36 hours later (just finished laying a floor) and the management told me because ITS ELECTRICAL THEY CANT TAKE IT BACK. ITS THE CORRECT ITEM FOR THE CAR.Did he forget it has a year warranty? Its not super bright like it claimed and I am unhappy.So I walked out, telling him where he can shove it. I am done here.

I used to go here when it was CARQUEST, they always had the parts I needed at a better price than Advance Auto Parts. They are now Advance Auto Parts, and along with replacing the decor and signage, they seemed to have replaced all the staff.I walked in and asked for the brake caliper tool set, and right away I was told they do not have it. After I questioned him, he said oh wait a minute I might have it, and went back and retrieved it. For those of you who dont know, Advance Auto Parts offers a tool loan program, where you pay a deposit and get it refunded upon returning the tool. The sales person told me that Im better off buying the $14 individual tool instead of loaning the professional tool, and was insisting that I would be saving money if I did that, and even after I told him that Id rather get the FREE tool, he was very hesitant to give it to me. Weirdest thing.I came back to return the tool, and asked for a brake caliper bolt kit, as mine was damaged. Again, without hesitation or a moment to think about my request, he said No I dont have that. After going back and forth three times and insisting that he check the computer, he finally gives up and looks it up, and shockingly it was in stock!I dont know if the old staff was fired or quit, but this new guy managing the place is incompetent, and since its now part of the same chain and I dont get the benefit of a better price, Ill drive a little further to get to a better managed/stocked Advance Auto Parts.
