Tom Rodriguez and his crew did a beautiful job on our kitchen, in our 53 year old home. My wife and I told Tom what we wanted. He designed the whole kitchen, and had a layout in a easy to understand 3-d rendering of the project, before we started. Hard working, very professional contractors under Toms supervision The whole job was done in under 4 weeks. I would recommend 1to1 Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to renovate and improve there living environment. We Love our new kitchen. It is so open and we have much more room to move around and enjoy.

I cannot say enough positive things about 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. We hired them to complete a large scale kitchen renovation, including knocking down two walls, and completely gutting the rest. From the moment they provided a quote to finishing up the final touches, they were extremely responsive, efficient, and affordable. They stuck to the timeline (a mere 5 weeks!) and kept us updated on what the “next steps” would be along the way. I thought I was a perfectionist, but I met my match with Tom and his team. If they felt something was even slightly imperfect, they weren’t willing to accept it until it met their (very high) standards. One of the things I was most dreading was the mess. I’d heard horror stories and had prepared myself to live in a dust-filled environment for 5 weeks; but the team did an amazing job of keeping the dust contained and left the kitchen swept/extremely clean at the end of each day. I also appreciated Tom’s candor. He never tried to “upsell” me on any finishes, and in fact, was very conscious of making sure we did not exceed our budget. It is so rare to find people who take extreme pride in their work, but that is the overriding mentality of 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. I have already passed along their information to two associates, and given the chance, I’d recommend them with the utmost confidence to many, many more. I’ve also gotten quotes on renovating one of the bathrooms in our house. If you are looking for a team who takes pride in their work, settles for nothing less than perfection, and responds within 1 business day (max), look no further than 1 to 1 Kitchen & Bath. They took our 1960’s original kitchen (complete with yellow linoleum floors) and turned it into a magazine worthy kitchen.

Just wanted to take a few moments and thank Tom and his staff at 1 to 1 Kitchen and bath for the wonderful experience I have had with them so far. I am beyond excited and happy with the customer service I have received, the level of craftsmanship from the installer and the quality and construction of the cabinets and granite. Tom and his staff were so helpful and professional at every step, right from the start. They actually went along with me to the granite contractors to help in picking out counter tops. WOW. I have worked in the new home sales industry for 4 years now for the nations largest home builder and this experience goes beyond what I would have expected. I am so thankful and grateful for 1 to 1 and looking forward to finishing the hardware installation and microwave oven combo install.They will 100% be doing the remodel in my master bath in a few months.Wonderful experience. 1 To 1 Kitchen and Bath is a FANTASTIC company! They redid my kitchen and I finally have an open concept kitchen with a peninsula and bar stool seating that opens up into the family room. I never thought that would be possible in my house that was built in 1971. Every room was so closed off. But they found a way to open it up and it looks amazing! And they didnt go over budget and they didnt go over time. I loved what they did so much that I referred them to my mom and they redid her 2 bathrooms in her house. Again, a fantastic job and under budget! The staff at 1 To 1 is really great. They always return calls in a timely manor and are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

Did an extensive remodel of my house in college park... kitchen turned out better than i ever dreamed... they also did both bathrooms and hallway cabinetry... all went well... looks fabulous!!! would highly recommend

If I could rate this a 0 stars, I would. We paid for our install in October and it just finished this month- thats a total of 6 months living without a kitchen (he told us this would take 1 day). Tom provided great customer service until we paid him money. After that, it was impossible to ever reach him. Beginning day 1 of install, the installers ran into issues and actually left the job because they didnt know what else to do. We spent half the day attempting to reach Tom and no one could ever get him touch with him. The next day, he stopped by for maybe 30 minutes and then just left without giving my husband or I any update. The installers didnt even a copy of the layout so my husband and I had to tell them where things go and what to do. Things were measured wrong, ordered wrong (sizes, color, everything). A new installer crew showed up each time and all were obviously lacking experience. Things were done wrong each time to make the progress of the kitchen worse, and now we ended up with a kitchen barely pieced together with random wood glue, putty, and wood scrapes. If I could do it all over again, I would pay double to never have to deal with Tom and this company. Throughout the 6 month ordeal, we only heard from Tom twice. The installers have no idea what theyre doing and Tom has equal knowledge of customer service and common sense. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. If youre thinking about it, dont do it. Its not worth it. He offered a great deal but our brand new kitchen remodel needs to be completed ripped out and started from scratch to change the mistakes him and his crew made.

1to1 was recommended to me after my home flooded during Hurricane Harvey. While speaking with a friend I told him how much Home Depot wanted to charge for my lower cabinets and he immediately said to call 1to1. I was skeptical since I am in Texas and they are in Florida but after sending Tommy my measurements HD did he got me a quote for my entire kitchen and still beat HD pricing. He upgraded my cabinets and got me exactly what I wanted not just what he thought I could afford. The cabinets were shipped quickly, easy to install and look amazing!!! Even working together from states away was seamless. I highly recommend 1to1 cabinets to anyone everywhere. Don’t let distance stop you.

Thanks to Tom and his staff I have the kitchen of my dreams. He drew up plans and was happy to change/add anything we wanted until we were all happy with the plan. They were done in a snap! The cabinets are high quality and installed perfectly. I was reluctant to have the crown molding he suggested, but so happy I took his suggestion. Thank you Tom!!

Dis honest, never orders enough materials, pays employees poorly,thinks hes betterthan everyone else, be leary of Tom, nice guy then will promise you things, then stab you in the back, hes goes through more employees than anyone Ive ever known,
