I do not leave reviews too often but these guys were just too good not to. I can’t say enough how thankful I am with both the customer service and the work they did in our kitchen. Due to a mistake on my part, the counters didn’t end up exactly how I expected them to and they went above and beyond to come back and make them the way I wanted. Great communication too. I always got a response or call back when I had questions or concerns. Most importantly, our new counters are BEAUTIFUL. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, would recommend

This was the worst experience I have had with any company. First there sales staff shows us a material my wife loves then says its all out of stock but for an extra 10 dollars per square foot they can order it. We buy our own granite and have it shipped to them to fabricate and install. I asked to have all extra material returned to me for more projects. My estimate and bill was for 34 square feet I sent them a slab that was 67 square feet. They threw away all my extra material. Please do not support this type of business practices.

I have been so impressed with this countertop store! I emailed with some questions about my specific project and got a very quick and helpful response. They have an awesome show room that is not overwhelming but inspires creativity and showcases the options available to you. The staff was VERY helpful! They offered us a reasonable price for our project and it was installed as scheduled. DO NOT HESITATE to give this business a try

I did a bathroom remodel Spring 2021. I purchased from Zsolt Granite Corporation a quartz counter top with two sink cutout, two ledges for the top of the shower wall and shower step, and a corner piece shelf for the shower. I spoke on the phone as did my contractor with Melanie Lipas who was friendly and confirmed the orders. The first thing that went wrong was that two days prior to the shower step, ledge and corner piece being delivered, the contractor received a call that they “lost” the pieces and that it would not be arriving for another week. This delayed the entire project plan and backed up other work on the bathroom. Consequently, I had to purchase a different corner piece that did not completely match the quartz in order to keep the project moving forward. The two pieces did eventually arrive a week later after multiple phone calls and follow ups.The next thing that happened was the install for the quartz bathroom countertop. When arriving, the plumbing and cabinetry were installed perfectly and measures for the sink cutouts should have been consistent on both sides of the quartz. However, when the quartz countertop was installed, it was ¼ - ½ inch off on one side not allowing enough room for the plumbing to be connected. The caulking job was also done very sloppily and not completely finished. On the day of the install, I reported the concerns to several individuals on the phone including Sandy Sanchez. I explained the error with the cut, and I asked if they could please have the installer send a picture or the name of the caulking that they used so that I could finish the job and correct some of the errors and have all of the caulking match. I was told that they would take care of this. I called multiple times asking for this. The did send out someone to relook at the measurements and I clearly showed how one side was off by ¼ inch and that was preventing the plumbing from being hooked up. The individual, whose name I did not get, seemed more concerned with proving why he was right rather than recognizing that the issue exists that based on the cut outs of the sink, the plumbing cannot be hooked up. After multiple phone calls and questions, nothing was offered by the company to help remedy the situation, nor was the information I requested on the name and color of the caulking provided. Consequently, we had to cut the drawer underneath to hook up the sink and complexly redo all of the caulking ourselves.My biggest concern with Zsolt Granite was not so much the multiple issues that made it difficult to work with the company, but how they offered no suggestions and did not take any accountability to help remedy the situation. Customer service was poor, and I would not recommend them. I would not want anyone else to feel as frustrated as I did with their service during this project. I have more pictures of the caulking errors, how the sink cut out was wrong, how the door had to be cut to hook up the plumbing, and the mismatched corner piece if anyone would like to see them.

This companies customer service from the moment we stepped inside the door and from the finished project was truly amazing. Their professionalism, workmanship and turnaround on our counter-tops for our kitchen, island and bathroom counter top was just over 2 weeks. Marillya Nunes was exceptional in helping us pick out the perfect counter tops when she figured out what I was looking for. She did not rush us when we walked around and looked at the slabs where it was housed. Our installers Gabe and Russ were very personable and did a great job from start to finish. We will definitely use this company again when we renovate our master bathroom which will be very soon.Thank you it was a wonderful exceptional experience.

From the top down these guys are excellent. Very friendly and staff, great selection, fast production times and even a fair price. They provided a fully engaged experience starting with my initial visit to their store in Longwood, continuing through the installation. The measurements were extremely precise providing a perfect fit on the first try! The technicians were very skilled as well; the seems are nearly invisible. Very nice selection of granite and friendly people. If you have any issues on the back end, good luck!We paid for premium granite, whatever they determine to be tier 4. Measurements and installs were done in a timely manner. However their fancy laser machine caused the granite to measure between 1/4 and 1/2 inch off in multiple places. They do not return calls, not one. I have had to call and have spoken to a variety of people, every time I have to start from the beginning. They finally sent someone out and its been over 2 weeks and no response.We have been trying to come to a resolution for over a month now and they show zero interest in caring at all (outside of someone coming to look). They use the PANDEMIC as an excuse of convenience. They have no problem selling granite to new customers and continuing installs.Adam has the most nonchalant attitude towards all this and loves using the fact that he’s the only one in the office. He has known about our issue for weeks and as our sales person did nothing. Someone in the accounting side was the one to finally trigger someone to come out.There are too many other granite options, this company does NOT stand behind their product, if they want to do the right thing, it seems like they hope the customer will trail off and forget about it.If you want to see 1/4caulking on your brand new granite, this is the company for you!!

Im so happy I decided to go look at Zsolt Granites selection of stone. I googled many granite places around Orlando, but the unique selection and sample pictures I found on their website pushed me to go take a look. I had been to two other places and left very disappointed and stressed. But Zsolt helped me out right away. This was my first time ever looking at granite, I didnt know much. He was extremely knowledgeable about the stone and helped me pick out my dream countertops, which ended up being the most beautiful piece of quartzite. Weve had a lot of work done at our house over the last eight months with different companies but our experience with Zsolt has been by far one of the best. I could not be happier with Zsolt Granite. I got new white quartz countertops installed. Diane was my contact there and she was very helpful. The two gentlemen that came to install the quartz and take out my old countertops worked so hard. They did a great job of taking out my old countertops with minimal damage and put in the new ones. The kept everything neat and tidy with a smile. My project is done and it looks incredible. I will be enjoying these for years to come.

Started out good went down hill after first meeting on 7/17. Amy in sales requested a drawing so she could write up estimate. Sent email with drawing and pictures on 7/18. No response. Sent second email 7/22 no response. Called office was transferred to her assistant Melania? Was told an estimate will be sent to me in 10 min. Nothing..... Sent final email on 7/28 and gave up. Lots of granite companies out there. Dont waste your time with this company.

Love this place! I called for first time because it was recommended to me by many friends. I spoke to Amy, she was very nice and so helpful. She was able to answer all my questions I had and was able to schedule and install for me within days. She has great customer services and was amazing. From day one every one showed great professionalism, knowledge, and interest in helping me with my very small project. It is hard to find companies that want to get involved in small projects. But Adam treated me as a special customer. All the personnel is great. I was impressed with the template professional and the job he did. The installers were excellent and their job is beautiful. The office personnel are very helpful, efficient willing to do anything possible to resolve things. I am going to remodel my kitchen and I know who to call again.

Run....dont walk....run away from this company! Read Don Greenbergs review and this one....then consider yourself warned. I have rated this company with one star because they do have a beautiful selection of counter tops to choose from and the quartz I chose is stunning. But they would get zero stars for customer service because the service ends when they get your money.I am in the process of renovating my entire kitchen. My beautiful new cabinets were installed and the large farmhouse sink placed in precisely the right location. Apparently when the quartz counter top was installed, the installers made minor adjustments in the sink location and finished the job.When the plumber came to hook up my sink he said he was unable to perform the installation because the support bracket under the sink now covered part of the drain because the installers had adjusted the location. I called Zsolt Granite for a solution and was told someone would call me back. Well, the plumber finally left (after I paid him to do basically nothing) and 3 hours passed without a call back from Zsolt.When I did call them back the receptionist assured me that she had delivered my message to 2 people and was surprised that I had not heard from anyone. She took another message and assured me that someone would call me back that day.Of course I never heard from anyone so I called the next day and left a message. Two hours passed without a return call, so I again called and was fortunate enough to get a live person this time. Once again I was assured that someone will call me with a solution. Im not holding my breath.My kitchen appliances are being delivered on Saturday, if my sink isnt hooked up- it will be impossible to hook up the dishwasher.Do yourself a favor-find anther company with better customer service because these people dont care about you....all they want is your money.

OK, I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Yes they messed up the dimensions on two bathroom counters in my house but they went out of their way to make it right. I got to select a much more expensive counters at no extra cost for three counters and they refunded me a check for $200.00. They also made this a rush order. So in the end I would definitely use this company.

This is very friendly place to shop with many choices for home improvement. It provides great and quality services as well when I asked them to fix minor infection after initial install. Chris did extra job beyond his responsibility when he discovered our vanity cabinet blocking faucet through the counter top.If any one need beautiful countertop for any project, Zsolt Granite is the place to go. We definitely made good choice for our home improvement at Zsolt Granite.

I ordered quartz countertops through Home Depot of Winter Park because they had a special on the quartz I wanted. Home Depot contracted with Zsolt Granite to supply and install the countertops. I had a surcharge dispute with Home Depot that they were not willing to correct, so my recommendation would be to deal directly with Zsolt unless there is a special price only available through Home Depot. That being said, I must say that Zsolt Granite itself was great to deal with. Diane Persuad was very responsive and helpful. Their templater (didnt get his name, but he was from Columbia) arrived as scheduled and was very thorough and knowledgeable. The installers, Heyber and Matt, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was fitted perfectly and they didnt bump or scratch anything. I am a very particular person and am very pleased with the product and service I received from Zsolt. Id use them again without hesitation.

Absolutely fabulous. The installation was done on time. The slab cutting and seams were done in the most professional manner to bring about a beautiful kitchen. The best granite and quartz countertops! We were renovating our kitchen and after an in-depth research we paid them a visit. I had many questions and they answered them all without pushing me to buy anything. They have the widest selection of countertops and accessories presented by professional and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire experience of replacing the countertops in our kitchen with granite from Zsolt.The ability to view the full slabs in the warehouse was very important since it is difficult to envision a kitchen with a small sample many stores offer. Zsolt also offered a very nice product at a most attractive price instead of upselling to a more expensive product.Adam was most helpful in the store. He was also able to arrange the intallation within a week and the installation crew did an amazing job. Seams are virtually invisible and all sections of the countertop fit perfectly. Finally, the crew did a very nice clean up when the job was done. Will recommend this company to anyone!

You wrote a review for Zsolt Granite Corporation2 minutes ago1/23/2020I picked, ordered and paid for my counters 9/17/19. I was told 2-4 weeks. We did a complete renovation of our kitchen so the construction side of it lasted 7 weeks, this included knocking down walls, putting up walls and so on, it was an extensive reno. The frustrating part is that it took the counters to be installed longer then the entire renovation. I had to constantly call them to check on the status, no one ever had an actual answer. I do know that someone dropped the ball and did not order them when I went in to pay since I called 2 weeks after I ordered to check if they knew an estimated arrival time and the receptionist tells me that they were waiting on the measurements from the cabinet company. The cabinet company had given them the measurements the same day I picked out the counters so I know they were just trying to find someone to point the fingers at. Finally counters come in and 1 slab doesnt match the other in color. This is understandable, these things happen but had the counters been ordered when I paid for them and not 3-4 weeks after, there would of been time for them to be sent back and received the correct ones. We are now at 7 weeks and approaching the Holidays so Im furious. I had to call no less then 20 times to find out a status. Finally the owner got involved and I got my counters a week later. Now I am dealing with them yet again. I was told I could have the left over counters that I paid for. I asked if could have them delivered when they come to install. Amy (my sales rep) assured me that they store left over counters for customers all the time, that they had plenty of space and could hold it for 6 months. I again mentioned that I would take them the day they installed if they brought them as I had plenty of storage space, she again insisted. The week of Dec 16th I contacted their office because I just had a bad feeling and just wanted to have the left over counters as I would be using them for the next project. I was told that the company decided to clean out their warehouse and that my counters were no longer there and apologized. Are you kidding me! Needless to say I wasnt going to accept that response. I told the girl they need to do another inventory and however they had to, find my counters and about the conversation I had with Amy (which of the 20+ calls I made not once was she available to speak with me) which in itself is really upsetting when the person who sells you something is on an 8 week conference call according to every person that ever answered the phone. I get a call back and what do you know, they found my counters but I was told that the person who is in charge of all of this was on vacation and they would get back to me. I wait until after the New year which is now another 3 weeks later and now I am dealing with a Kristina whom assured me she was handling things from now on and even emailed me her contact info. I had to email Kristina on the 21st to see what the hold up was. She said she would talk to Amy that day and get back to me. Night of the 23rd and nothing! Although my counters are beautiful and the install crew they had was fantastic, I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. There are a ton of companies offering beautiful counters, save yourself the headache and use someone else.As for my counters, I am hoping someone will read this and take care of this. I dont wasnt apologies, I want my counters!

The Zsolt Granite team was great to work with and I love my beautiful new kitchen countertops! Our install was not without a few challenges but they worked through them and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Mission accomplished!

Zsolt Granite did a wonderful job in my kitchen. Monica helped pick out the granite that she thought would look good and she did an excellent job------I love it. Robert did an excellent job measuring and then Adam and John installed, my kitchen looks beautiful and I am very happy. They were all very professional and thorough and left my kitchen clean and looking like a whole new kitchen. I highly recommend them.P.S. Just a note when Adam turned off the water under the kitchen sink a leak developed that I didnt find until the next night. The job was finished at 4pm on Friday and I found the leak at 10:30 Sat. night (it had finally soaked through the rug in front of the sink). We managed to get through the weekend until the plumber came on Monday morning. I contacted Zsolt on Sat. evening but havent heard anything and this is Wed pm. The leak was not their fault but we would have appreciated if Adam had double checked to make sure to make sure that everything was dry when he left.

This company was recommended by a cabinet store doing my kitchen re-model. Company has not responded to emails or phone calls. Has been 2 weeks so will definitely not use Zsolt to get my countertops!

Had Zsolt put in a Granite Counter-top and some quartz in the laundry room. The only thing better than the quality of his work is the price. Very very awesome! Highly recommend. I know a lot of friends that have used him and they all say the same thing.

This company is a 5 star in all that they do. Honest, personal, and prices that no one can beat. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE..... outstanding selection. Found granite that we didnt find at any of the numerous other granite shops we looked at. Reasonably priced, amazing customer service, cutting edge tools for precision measuring, and the installers were amazing. The backsplash broke during installation (through no fault of theirs), and they just rolled with it. Found another slab, cut the piece they needed and didnt miss a beat with the install. Zsolte Granite far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

We had the great fortune to come across Zsolt Granite Corporation during our search for new kitchen cabinets. Zsolt and his employees were amazing from the first visit to the final walk-through after the completion of the project. He really took the time at the beginning of the project to talk to us about our needs and how we planned on using our new kitchen. We obviously had some ideas of what we wanted, but without Zsolts consultation, we would have made some BIG mistakes that could have cost us greatly. They exceeded our exceptions in every aspect of the project. He and his employees were extremely professional and took great care to not damage anything that was not being replaced. The kitchen looks amazing and we have received wonderful compliments from our family and friends. It was a real pleasure working with Zsolt and his entire staff and would highly recommend them!

Terrible experience. Took 3 weeks to even come and measure and then the cut outs for sinks were cut too big after I asked if they wanted to take sinks with them. Come back a few days later with a new counter top and it still didn’t fit. I got my money back and went somewhere else. Was left hanging several times when I was told I would get a call back like I had nothing better to do but wait around. Too many other options to do business here.

If it’s customer service your are looking for my experience is to find another granite company. The only thing worse than no customer service is to be told to do something that doesn’t exist. Also was overcharged by over 200.00 and 3 weeks later no refund still

Buyer beware, if you are not a big enough project, you will simply be pushed to the side and ignored. Was a walk in for a cash and carry project. Just needed a small remnant job, was told it would be a week, then when I called, it would be another week, then called, it would be another week. Here on week 3, they supposedly broke the granite and are now out of it (even though they had a slab and a half on hand 3 weeks ago). What a complete waste of my time.

Zsolt treat us as his most important customer no matter how big or small was the project. I greatly recommend Zsolt Corporation over any other company doing this samekind of projects with granite/quarz.Zsolt deserved all my respect and consideration. Thanks so very much.Gloria A. Acevedo-Ishak
