While the price was agreeable and the selection from their quartz wholesaler was great - they fell short on craftsmanship, preparation, and scheduling. Robert was quick to come over and look at our kitchen area to take initial measurements for an estimate, he provided us the location of his wholesaler and within a few days we had picked out the slab we wanted and he quickly came over to take the final measurements and present the contract. At that time we were told installation would take place in 3 to 7 business days and we would only know when a day in advance. Thats a pretty open window, and we ultimately ended up being on the 7th day, which after weekends was 12 days since signing the contract. For a family of 4 that means a lot of takeout and paper plates since youre without a kitchen sink and dishwasher in the meantime.Robert also stressed necessary modifications to our new base cabinets to support the new countertop, the IKEA cabinet stretchers had metal straps and screw heads that protruded maybe 1/16 above the cabinet walls, he insisted these needed to be removed, replaced with thick wood stretchers and the surface needed to be completely flat and flush. I performed the work to comply, but was surprised to see the first thing done when the installers came was screw a metal strap across the dishwasher area with screw heads that protruded resulting in the countertop now not even touching all the flush surfaces I took time making, including the metal stretcher I fabricated for the adjacent sink area.Soon after the installers arrived with our long awaited countertop, I was told they would have to take it all back to the shop because the measurements were wrong, and assured this would only take a few minutes because the shop was close. Over 3 hrs later they were back, and were not prepared with the necessary wood to mount the sink so I had to cut and provide wood from my shop, at this point I tried to facilitate the installation as best I could because wed already waited long enough. After installation I went to install the sink faucet, but the sink holes had been drilled crooked and the faucet could not go through the slab straight, fortunately one of the installers was able to come back and drill more of the hole out to make it work but the faucet base barely covers the overly wide hole now. I also noticed that evening that all of the sink cutouts were not straight, with the right one being the most crooked and highlighted by its inconsistent position over the lip of the sink.I have not reached out to the owner with these criticisms because already being several weeks into a kitchen renovation, I simply lacked the energy to verbally express my disappointment with parts of this exchange. There are many positive reviews for Robert and his team, and I hoped to be a part of that experience, but unfortunately I wasnt. Fortunately, the beauty of the quartz outshines the faults of the installation.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job. We had to remove granite countertops, preserve them, and then replace them on the new cabinets. All of the work was done smoothly and professionally. Spend thousands of dollars to remodel my kitchen hire Granite Specialist of Orlando to install my counter tops i cannot say enough what a bad job they did the granite that they install had multiple chip that they patch did not even did a good job with patching the chip . I pay for 50 square feet of granite yet i have a join on the counter top which was done very bad white granite was bond with brown glue gave the look of a dirty counter top also was not join seamlessly. They workers seem like they were pickup off the streets and have no expertise in installing granite.
