What a great Body shop! I was greeted by the owner when I arrived, he took a look at my broken bumper and gave me different options of repair. I was short in cash so I went with the option of doing the best we can with the same bumper. To me, it looks like new, best of all, price was really reasonable! Definitely 5 stars experience.

These guys are the best. They fixed our Tiguan when we got hit by an under-insured driver and then for a separate ding we recently got on our front bumper they fixed the loose trim for free! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Its so hard to trust auto mechanics when you know nothing about cars. You are at their Mercy. When I needed body work done on my car I went to Yelp and found a local shop with excellent reviews. So I paid them a visit and from the very first day AC and Dave were not only professional cordial and helpful, they were downright honest. Once I completed my insurance claim I made a point to go back there for the work because of their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile and show me the extent of damage my car sustained by putting it up on a lift and inviting me back to see it with my own eyes. After the work was completed on my car I went to pick it up and AC showed me all the work that was done as well as a few extras they did as a courtesy including a hinge on my passenger door that used to swing wide open since it broke. I never even mentioned that to them but when they found that problem as they worked on my car they went ahead and fixed it at no cost to me. These are the kind of guys and this is the kind of shop that seems to exist only in a perfect world, not in reality. Well, Silverlake Autobody Is For Real and these guys are the real deal. I recommend them 100%. Not only are they fabulous but they did not even hesitate to refer me to a couple other shops for different work I needed that they do not do at their shop. Because of their service and quality of work they need not be concerned with another shop stealing their business. If you need any kind of body work for your car this is the only place you need to know about. Period.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. AC took care of me and a more genuine and helpful individual would be hard to find. The work on the gouge that ran from the front passenger door to the rear quarter panel on my Subaru was perfect. Hassle factor: almost zero.Okay, so someone had broken the latch on my cars hatchback in a parking garage when I was on jury duty. !#x#!!@!xSo I called Silver Lake Auto Body & Paint, which is close to where I live, to start getting estimates. I talked with A.C., the manager, and he suggested I bring it in so he could give me an accurate appraisal.I also put out a request for estimates on Yelp and got some nice responses, but also got a surprising amount of junk mail soon thereafter. (hmmm...) So I drove over to Silver Lake Auto Body & Paint - because its so close and Im so lazy - to get an estimate. A.C. gave me a competitive price, so he ordered the part and called me the next day when it came in. After jury duty (I was in a bad mood and wanted to find the person Guilty! - unfortunately, it was a civil trial), I drove over, they did it in about hour.

I called in to ask about the auto body shops policies and business practices. The person who picked up the phone, Raj, was very honest, straightforward, and patient - he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. If I ever find myself needing autobody work, I am definitely taking my business to these people.

If youre looking for a body shop in this area, look no further! Ive worked with these guys (RAJ and AC) twice and I cant speak highly enough of their work and helpfulness. Raj took the time to really help me through the insurance process (he even had Geico come out to do a readjustment after finding much more damage than they had originally quoted) and made the whole process so much easier on me.Raj made sure I was getting what I needed from the insurance company, made sure I got a rental car, etc. - I cant thank Raj and AC enough!!(Note** highly suggest this place if youre a young lady and dont know much about cars.. youre in good, honest hands here.)On top of Raj being SO helpful and kind, their actual body work is outstanding.
