Great service, especially so with the disruption of business due to the current pandemic. While in LA I needed to purchase some hair to repair Dread locs. I thought the store was open and went there, only to find out, open for Parking Lot Pick ups only. I was happy that I could have called and placed the order right there, a salesperson took my order, came out and gave me the hair, very friendly and professional.

Be careful when purchasing hair at this place. I purchased a $400. Bundle of hair and theres no way thats human hair as d girl stated. This hair runs black water when wet and tangles up so badly. I am so disappointed.

I would not buy hair from this place. I have had various types of hair extensions installed in the last 10 years. The Cuticle French Bodywave Extensions are by far the poorest quality and thinnest. I usually only need about 130 bundles in my hair for length and volume. These extensions were suppose to be wavy to match my hair as well but wound up looking straight, thin, shaggy, extremely dry and horribly tangled!!! I had to make a second trip to pick up 80 more pieces just in case the volume was still short. Ultimately, I was left with a mushroom-like volume on my hair making it obvious I have hair extensions even when they were blended in as best as possible with the now over 200 bundles. The only good thing was that the color matched perfectly as one of the staff members assisted during my visit and was very helpful. The hair extension specialist who installed the extensions said I could keep the hair in for a few months but sadly I will end up removing them after only a month. Biggest waste of money I have invested in myself!! I am so disappointed!!

I have emailed this about the quality of the hair that I have received and I did not order the reduced priced hair. Still no one has reached out to me.I have been ordering hair from this company since 2005 from a salon that I go to and order the hair off the site myself from time to time.I have order 2 packs of 20” hair and made it into a wig. I have only worn the hair a few times, 7 the max.I have not colored or added any product to the hair and with in 10 minutes the hair is extremely tangled.This is my normal order and texture that I alway purchase. I am very familiar with this texture and this product does not meet the standards of this company. With the price the price that I have paid for this hair I expect the quality to exceed expectations or better.

In May 2019 bought a full lace Indian Remy wig, and when I first got it, everything was fine, it had a bounce to it and it combed right through. Fast forward to now, the wig hair shed every single day and it’s getting frustrating because I didn’t know that this wig was going to give out in a short period of time. I’ll never buy from them again. They did have friendly customer service though.

Ive shopped here for years and plan to continue. However, shoppers should be aware when you purchase a wig with lace, when you accept the salespersons offer to trim the lace for you, you are forfeiting your right to return the wig. Please be aware. They are not just offering a nice service.

Found what I was looking for but way too expensive. Great parking service was lousy, bunch of men who dont wear wigs assisting not enough space to try on despite the size of the store. Used to be best place in town now worst place in town, not worth the drive for $500.00 non-refundable, no brand, house made wig, but it was cute and what I was looking for. Inspired me to make my own

I paid almost $500 for 2 bundles of Italian Mink hair. When I had the hair installed it began to mat on the first day. I had to carry a wig brush to brush it constantly. When I did brush it the hair shed a great deal. I ended up taking the hair out after 3 days because it was too challenging to keep from matting. I will NEVER shop here again for hair. Buyer Beware!!!!

Ive been wearing extensions for over 20 years. Ive had many excellent types of hair, Good Hair and Poor quality hair. His and Her Hair has EXCELLENT HAIR as well as custom full lace wigs that looks real. Susie is the BEST EVER!!! Shes very helpful in every way & very professional as well as all of their employees and this I very much like and appreciate!

If you are going to buy hair there people are extremely knowledgeable. They let you take your time when making a purchase and will let you open a pack of hair to touch it. I will definitely be back soon.

UPDATE: I originally viewed my entire experience with His and Hers Hair with complete distrust as I thought the practices seemed fraudulent and predatory. Now I am not sure if the miscommunication throughout the process was intentional or not. I am happy now that I just received a receipt for my refund from the company. All in all, I was not a fan of the product that I received. The stylist who recommended them to me even determined that the hair that I got was not of the quality she associated with this company and did not seem to be human hair. Maybe there is some inconsistency. Personally, I won’t try again. Final communications with company reps was much more productive, helpful and clear than earlier communication.Former Review:I am waiting for refund for returned merchandise.- Charged about $350 for what was supposed to be human hair- Received synthetic hair, confirmed by salon professionals- His and Her quoted restocking fee and return shipping charges- Filed dispute with credit card company as charges to return faulty merchandise were unreasonable- His and Her agrees to waive restocking fee, but refuses to pay for shipping- His and Her sends UPS to pick up item without providing notice that they have changed their mind and will pay for shipping- UPS pick-up is missed because the shipping address was not my personal address and I had not been told the pick up would be made- After clarifying arrangements, merchandise is returned to His and Hers- His and Hers reports to credit card company that I did not return the item- Item was returned over two months ago; Refund still has not been made to my account

This is the poorest quality of hair that Ive ever seen in my life. The only reason I came here was because I needed a closure for an event the next day, but realistically if you want good quality hair just go to Paulines. They dont have closures there though and thats why I came here. Ive bought hair from all over, including this place now. These folks didnt even know what kind of hair they were selling. The place looks like a human hair warehouse and the workers seem to behave as such, not experts but more like worker bees just shuffling hair. This place is mediocre at best. Spend your money elsewhere folks. Update: Hair was taken back for a refund (I just couldnt do it) and I was offered my refund by check because I paid with cash. No problem here, but a 10% service charge? Yeah, now Im pissed. So not only was I given poor quality hair made in China, but on top of it, Im getting charged for it? I dont care for that. Needless to say, I for obvious reasons, wont be back.

I have continued to order hair throughout the years from His and Her even though the price has almost doubled! I received two bundles of the correct hair and one of the wrong one... I called them to exchange and they want to charge me a restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping both ways, to them and back although it is an exchange! Are you serious? Amazon would have no business if this was the case! The hair is not worth the initial cost much less exchanging with a cost of almost and additional $50. I will not order it anymore online! Never!

I purchased the Hair Couture weft. It was tangling and did not match the quality of other Hair Couture products that Ive purchased. The packaging contained spelling and grammatical errors like a chinese counterfeit. When I notified them, they did provide a partial refund. Be careful before applying the hair and be absolutely sure that it is what you expect before install to ensure a full refund.

I was having my weaves done there for years. I trusted them. I have discoid lupus and I wanted hair. They would do the take down and then weave it again. I always had an appointment. They never deep conditioned my hair or told me I should. They sprayed alcohol in my hair saying it was good for it. I feel extra stupid for allowing that. I had to hold the braid (tracks) because it hurt so badly. Didnt know they were causing traction alopecia. One Saturday a walk in came I and she was prioritized. They knew they were fired that day.I went to a different stylist. She deep conditioned my hair, braided it for the tracks with no itch or pain. My hair started to grow.

I brought 4 of my wigs with them and they were very helpful and polite and always answered my many questions, ill be back

I have been ordering from this place for years but the quality lately is very bad!!!!! Ordering the mink and expensive hair was a luxury I sometimes splurged on but I could always order the regular if I couldnt afford the good stuff. That seems to no longer be an option. I love His & Hers hair. They are easy to locate on Wilshire Blvd. right on the corner. Parking is in the back of the store which isnt very far from the entrance. When you walk in the store, there is hair galore (everywhere you look). They have a wonderful supply of human hair products which is all I ever purchase. No synthetics for me. I wish I could say their prices are reasonable but I cant. They are very expensive. Fortunately, they usually have hair that they discount because it has been sitting in their inventory to long or as they say, it doesnt meet their standards. But I have inspected this discounted hair and it is always above average quality to me. Its actually a whole lot better that the hair Ive purchased fro Ali Express and other quote, end-quote hair companies. theyre hair is in the same price range as Magic Hair Company and Jace Beauty hair. Enough about price. They also have a nice verity of wig making tools which include lace, monofiliment lace, ventilation needles and holders (this is where I purchased mine), wigs, videos and much more. They always have sales bins at the entrance of the store with all this hair and other tools. There are a lot of good deals in those bins if you are patient enough to wade through the large supply. I believe they also do hair there as well. The store is clean and there are many representatives there to assist you. Of course, I have to get the new girl who made it obvious that she really didnt know what she was doing. I purchased 3 bundles of the French refine cuticle hair at 22 inches because I am making a 360 closure and I needed the long length to cut off the weft and ventilate the lace of the closure. I also purchased C shaped sewing needles, nylon thread, several sized Asian ventilating needles and a holder. Its probably much less expensive to purchase some of these items on Ali Express but I figured Id purchase them while I was there because I didnt want to wait for shipping. Yes, I would definitely recommend His & Hers to anyone. They have great products, a proven track record (theyve been there for over 30 years and I know this for a fact because thats how ling Ive been going there. I love this hair store. Oh, and the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are expensive.

I’ve been using this company for over 15yrs and I’ve seen the quality of the hair change for the worse, the quality is just not as consistent as it was before. I just ordered some blonde wavy hair (overnight) for a client, considering that it’s really hard to find a tight deep wave in blonde, I ordered from this place! SMH, IT IS HORRIBLE!! Now, I am very aware that it takes a lot to process hair to be blonde but before I could even unravel it and put it on my client, it was shedding! Once I put it on client, it immediately started to tangle! This was such an inconvenience for my client and I bc she’s going on a vacation and there is no way she can go out of town with this horrible hair!

I ordered a wig online. I paid $79 for a synthetic wig! Got the wig and it didnt look nothing like what it looked online. I should not have paid that much for a synthetic wit to begin with but I didnt have a back up and needed something immediately. The wig had loose curls and didnt have the look of tight curls shown on the website. I am sooooo disappointed with the quality and what I received. I will NOT be purchasing from the EVER again!!!

This company is not good they will lie and take your money.I have had several bad experiences with them all their fault.1.) Hair Extensions were sold to me with bad clue, they fell out2.) Hair Extensions were poor quality verse other orders that were good quality4.) Customer Service lies and calls your complaints crazy stating they never have issues- but Yelp say 26 people hate them and have the same issues I have had5.) Credit Card fraud- they keep your CC# and charge charge charge I have a $600.00 unauthorized amount I am disputing.6.) If you use them for your hair purchase you will have the same experience as me and 26 other unhappy people across the country!
