After having my product here for a month this is the result:(Before that the product was perfectly fine just couldnt charge no crack no nothing)-Does not tell any progress-Never calls you first-Said it will take about a week but ever time I call them they extended it a month, I could not take it anymore so I asked them if they can fix it or not and to please call us.-Told us they can not fix it so pick it up-We eventually asked our relatives if they could fix it and what we found out was pretty shocking.They broke the screen and made it not able to work and when we paid the fee they did not tell us anything about it.We basically paid money for nothing and as a result a broken productSo overall if you want your stuff to get F up go for it!

He is a real professional. He really put his nose to the grindstone and focused on repairing or upgrading my laptop. I strongly recommend him.

I took my new laptop because some of the files I download would crack. They suggested me to reinstall the window at $60 which is about double the price compared to where I used to go. Without any further notice, they returned my laptop, when I turned my laptop, first screen got cracked, the initial problem did not get resolved. Called, a man would connect me to the person who handled but soon hung up on me. Called again. The technician avoided making apologies and offered another chance to take a look at my laptop (which tells me they dont ever feel responsible for the initial problem). He said he will apologize if I wanted him to (what??-he doesnt feel responsible for the cause) He didnt ask me if I wanted to back up my files and now my files are gone. I really regret going here without looking at other reviews. Worst ever customer service and technician! also no stated services displayed...! work done is so unprofessional!Update -after about 2month.Not a surprising.., i had problem on this laptop (a new problem) i took my computer to a different store and they said when Installed the window, few things were missing and suggested me to take this computer back to where I got the Window installed to get it fixed. I took it back, they said they did nothing on my computer, they looked at my laptop and kept insisting that there is no evidence left that they did anything to my laptop. I gave them my phone number to look up in their system and they found me. They said there is no warranty for the work they’ve done and if I need to reinstall the window, i have to pay again. Now I know they logic isn’t of this world and left the store unfixed and without getting any apologies. I cannot believe they are still open!!!

Horrible service. They have no enough experience to fix it and do not responsibility to take care of it. Very expensive charged. Be aware

What a nice surprise to talk to friendly, knowledgable people! I went to get something fixed and they were so helpful. Parking lot in the back is very easy. Wonderful people working here. I will come back whenever I need a repair and I will send everyone there. I have already told others and I was just there yesterday!

Thought i needed to replace ipad cracked screen, there person told me to just replace the screen protector which was cracked.he could’ve not say anything about the screen protector and charged me for a repair. very honest place. they have also helped out for the past few years since they were at wilshire.will always take my pc/apple to them.

Threw away/sold my computer without even a phone call. Yes I extremely procrastinated picking up but would expect a strong effort would be made before such drastic actions were taken. They are nice and may have been a mistake. But regardless all my data and hardware being sold or thrown away is something I could never recover from. Yet all I got was a verbal sorry and I should have picked up. A discount or anything would have been a nice gesture but not even that was offered. Although Im a idiot for leaving wish it was handled differently before selling and then remedied after in some way

Great experience overall. The person who I met at the shop I believe is the one who runs the show. He seems to place customer ahead of things. I walked into the shop at 7:10 and they were supposed to close by 7:30 but I could not help but ask if he could fix the phone asap., he hesitated once and after he saw my urgency he decided to stay late - 9pm and delivered it by 9:15 pm. He also fixed the sensor and no extra labor cost. Please pay him a visit if you mess up your phone, I wish you dont mess it up in the first place

AVOID to his repair shop.They do not check up whether the computer fixed or not after their job. when I complained about this, just tole me that come again but they never said Sorry They just avoid to their fault. and do not response about refund.

My phone was totally broken instead of expected repair, but I was enforced to pay in full under terribly threatened atmosphere.Do not go. I have been embarrassed by an employee who professes badly. The phone that I left for repair was broken in half, and the money was stolen. Please dont go.

The desktop I bought here 2 years ago broke down and went to fix it, but it is said that I have to throw it away.
